Beginning two years ago, and up until just recently, the <i>smart boys </i>were assuring us all of the imminent Russian economic collapse and the downfall of President Putin. With the polls nearly closed in Russia, Putin routed his opponents and currently has around 88% of the popular vote (contrary to popular belief, Russia actually does have multi-party elections). The results were no surprise to anyone reading Media outside the influence of the US Corporate Deep State. Polls in Russia were showing Putin's approval ratings at between 81 and 89 percent: higher than both Biden and Trump combined. </span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> I'm anticipating listening to Putin's victory speech tonight. Putin is one of the few world politicians who actually talks to, rather than down to, the people and understands the issues. That's why he wins by landslides while the best our candidates can do is to pose as the least objectionable alternative.</span></p><p></p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh9xpqTzOO1AmKI-b89x2Vm9N8ulkSTqoFkcFxnEgINcEIMxZAksEkTu06gvnWBf2Hno5ql0NQBlXCE4uRg5ucKksLX1dLRl0_vaHQu-rBCYfgZOX4iaLIx6tOqKD8VGSzzrKjdJ5M80YhD4nQrPFRUf7XdRZT8S5XwIFYueIPPBKcdNw_aIXY6pKxcu6km/s300/download%20(4).jpg" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="168" data-original-width="300" height="224" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh9xpqTzOO1AmKI-b89x2Vm9N8ulkSTqoFkcFxnEgINcEIMxZAksEkTu06gvnWBf2Hno5ql0NQBlXCE4uRg5ucKksLX1dLRl0_vaHQu-rBCYfgZOX4iaLIx6tOqKD8VGSzzrKjdJ5M80YhD4nQrPFRUf7XdRZT8S5XwIFYueIPPBKcdNw_aIXY6pKxcu6km/w400-h224/download%20(4).jpg" width="400" /></a></div><br /><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> The jackals in the Media are flummoxed by these developments, but not so much because they were exposed as complete fools yet again. The Corporate Media can spin <i>the narrative </i>to the polar opposite of what they promoted only days before, and the public buys into it. In our last presidential 'election' for example, the Media cracked down upon and dismissed anyone who questioned the results only a few days after they were hyping Congressional hearings and producing documentaries about the alleged 'Election Steal' in 2016. The Media's main problem is diverting attention from the Russian Elections in case people start questioning why Putin is so popular and what his Party is doing for Russia that keeps winning elections by wide margins. </span><p></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> Thus, the Media this weekend seized up some remarks <a href="https://www.rt.com/news/594368-trump-bloodbath-us-china/" target="_blank">made by President-in-Exile Trump during a campaign speech in Vandalia, Ohio</a>. Trump referenced a <i>"bloodbath" </i>if Biden were re-elected, and vowed to save the US auto industry from China. </span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> </span><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"><em style="background-color: white; box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px; padding: 0px;">“He wants another January 6, but the American people are going to give him another electoral defeat this November because they continue to reject his extremism, his affection for violence, and his thirst for revenge!"</em><span style="background-color: white;"> proclaimed a spokesxhe for the Junta---as if they wouldn't turn Black Lives Matter and Antifa thugs loose on the public again if Trump wins. Trump's team responded on CNN by saying "C</span></span><span style="background-color: white; box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px; padding: 0px;"><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"><i>rooked Joe Biden and his campaign are engaging in deceptively out-of-context editing,” </i>which is true, but context deserves some consideration here. </span></span></p><p><span style="background-color: white; box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px; padding: 0px;"><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> The strange context to my mind was Trump's apparent beliefs that American Elections are actually fair; and that America actually still has an auto industry. The Controlled Opposition would prefer us all to forget that previous Republican politicians allowed their corporate masters to sell off the auto manufacturing industry to countries like China. Nearly all auto parts are manufactured abroad and merely assembled here in the US, Canada, and Mexico since Bush, Clinton, and GOP Congresses gave us NAFTA, GATT, fast-tracked China into the WTO, busted unions, and repealed laws that protected American jobs and industries. As an interesting contrast here, but one of Putin's campaign themes was that Russia had become more economically self-reliant after the imposition of sanctions.</span></span></p><p><span style="background-color: white; box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px; padding: 0px;"><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> Vandalia, where the speech occurred, has seen its population growth<a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vandalia,_Ohio" target="_blank"> crash since the 1980s</a>, and its population steadily aging. Its major auto component plant, <i>Delphi Automotive, </i>was sold off to German industrial conglomerate Mahle GmbH about a decade ago. Among auto manufacturers still with brand names, Ford motors <a href="https://finance.yahoo.com/quote/f/holders/" target="_blank">is owned about 8% by WEF linchpin BlackRock</a>, which also <a href="https://www.marketscreener.com/quote/stock/GENERAL-MOTORS-COMPANY-6873535/company/" target="_blank">owns about 10% of General Motors</a>. Chrysler is <a href="https://www.marketscreener.com/quote/stock/STELLANTIS-N-V-117814143/company/" target="_blank">not even owned by Americans any longer</a>. </span></span></p><p><span style="background-color: white; box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px; padding: 0px;"><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> Trump vowed during his speech to bring back manufacturing jobs, although where the skilled workers or needed infrastructure to accomplish this are going to come from hasn't been explained. It seems much like Congress' recent <a href="https://nightwind777.blogspot.com/2024/02/now-its-cranes.html" target="_blank">grandstanding about Chinese-made cranes, which was supposed to be about bringing back American jobs but ended up benefiting foreign consortia instead</a>. </span></span></p><p><span style="background-color: white; box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px; padding: 0px;"><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> Talking about rebuilding America's manufacturing base sounds good and plays into the fantasies of the Electorate, but it isn't simply a matter of re-imposing protectionism and hoping that industries will sprout up again out of thin air. 40 years ago, we still had schools producing engineers and managers, a trained workforce, factories and facilities, and a modern industrial and transportation infrastructure. We lost all of things too when the Robber Barons on Wall Street sold industrial workers out and the Media told us <i>how to learn to code.</i></span></span></p><p><span style="background-color: white; box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px; padding: 0px;"><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"><i> </i>It is possible to bring an industrial base back, as Russia has done. But it will take decades of investment and determination which, unlike the Russians, Americans are unwilling to do. The whole point of American politics today is to sell illusions and disturb the public too much with hard facts---and certainly not to impress upon them the necessity of hard work for the benefit of the Nation as a whole. That's why Russia will continue to triumph on the global stage as world leaders, while we sink further into the clutches of the Corporate Deep State. </span></span></p>The Night Windhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/05288746952754043429noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5677268555273537920.post-10333038834365278682024-03-17T04:35:00.000-07:002024-03-17T04:35:20.073-07:00ARROGANT US DEEP STATE HUMILIATED AGAIN IN AFRICA <p> <span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> Things haven't been going especially well these days for the Deep State and their overlords on Wall Street in the continent of Africa. Our <i>brave xhes in uniform </i>have failed ignominiously trying to defend their commercial and smuggling efforts in the Red Sea. Sanctions leveled against various countries have borne no effect; in fact, popular efforts to boycott Western-owned commercial cartels have intensified. The African churches are revolting against the 'woke' edicts coming out of the Vatican and elsewhere. Egypt and Ethiopia became members of the BRICS coalition in January.</span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> Frustrated by these developments, the Pentagon's head of US Africa Command, Michael Langley <a href="https://www.rt.com/africa/594132-africa-us-budget-russia-china/" target="_blank">fumed last week</a> to our equally impotent Congress that <i>"</i></span><span style="background-color: white;"><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"><i>Russia was actively seeking to broaden its influence in African nations, with several countries nearing a critical juncture where they could come under its sway." </i>Obediently, the House appropriated an additional $332 million to counter this 'threat,' although they never seem to find available funds for issues in the United States. Nobody really knows where any of this money is actually going to go; or even why we have a 'US Africa Command' in the first place since we have no territory on that continent. These days, however, the phrase <i>national security </i>operates like an <i>open sesame </i>to the US taxpayers' wallets. </span></span></p><p><span style="background-color: white;"><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> Langley, however, did not meet with the same success in Africa on Saturday when he and an entourage of Beltway bureaucrats stormed into Niger---<a href="https://www.rt.com/africa/594362-niger-scraps-us-military-agreement/" target="_blank">without even bothering to inform the local authorities</a>---to negotiate US presence at an obscure fort in the Sahara Desert which the Nigerien Government intends to close. The President of Niger snubbed the Junta's henchmen, sending them home empty-handed. Today, their official spokesman announced that all previous military agreements between Niger and the United States were cancelled. Apparently, Nigerien politicians have a little more self-respect than their American counterparts and don't simply jump when ordered. </span></span></p><p><span style="letter-spacing: -0.36px;"><span style="color: #202224; font-family: BBC Reith Serif, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 18px;"> </span><i><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;">"The government of Niger therefore strongly denounces the condescending attitude combined with the threat of reprisals by the head of the American delegation against the government and the people of Niger,"</span></i><span style="color: #202224; font-family: BBC Reith Serif, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 18px;"> </span></span><span style="color: #202224; font-family: "BBC Reith Serif", Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 18px; letter-spacing: -0.36px;"> </span><span style="letter-spacing: -0.36px;"><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;">Col. Amadou Abdramane said, in an official statement yesterday. The Beltway bullies apparently even accused such officials who met with them of </span></span><span style="letter-spacing: -0.36px;"><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"><a href="https://www.bbc.com/news/world-africa-68590531" target="_blank">making a secret deal to supply uranium to Iran</a>. A fabricated story about Nigerien uranium was employed as pretext for invading Iraq by the Bush Administration in 2003.</span></span></p><p><span style="background-color: white;"></span></p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg2o5csXCpay4R3GvpJIQSpkxN7CDtMrIgedTOmVsPXNlP1poKMoImwxO3os09o7UyKXetJwEaOnzn-rrc74UwBYnniHjIB66yyRMPdZVYgqGsuNqmJvyqI6iFwN7sg48kkGA4c_LUZYRZ0xjl8rAzR_ROzxkuloUWUQs5oyAJNaFap_GwkJ8wvUapkQ3yi/s446/download%20(4).jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="328" data-original-width="446" height="294" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg2o5csXCpay4R3GvpJIQSpkxN7CDtMrIgedTOmVsPXNlP1poKMoImwxO3os09o7UyKXetJwEaOnzn-rrc74UwBYnniHjIB66yyRMPdZVYgqGsuNqmJvyqI6iFwN7sg48kkGA4c_LUZYRZ0xjl8rAzR_ROzxkuloUWUQs5oyAJNaFap_GwkJ8wvUapkQ3yi/w400-h294/download%20(4).jpg" width="400" /></a></div><br /><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> Incidents like these typically have the Controlled Opposition lamenting that other countries don't fear the International Bully as obediently as American citizens do; and that just proves that the Democrats are weak. The truth is, that this wave of anti-American sentiment currently sweeping Africa would have happened no matter which faction of the Uniparty occupied the White House. Other peoples haven't had decades of cultural erosion imposed upon them like Americans have; consequently they still insist upon being treated like human beings instead of <i>human capital </i>for the so-called Elites to manage like so much livestock. Eventually, people who still retain a degree of character feel they have nothing to lose by fighting back, and they take action. The situation in Niger---like Ukraine and Palestine---was bound to occur once Corporate Deep State hubris and Cultural Imperialism had reached a saturation-point. </span><p></p><p><span style="background-color: white;"><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> As we've seen throughout the 21st Century, Americans long ago lost any will to assert their rights, and the tactical mistake that our Establishment makes in Foreign Policy is assuming that other peoples are as dispirited and deflated as their domestic subjects are. Langley's failure in Niger was a perfect example of this attitude in action. Anyone in a position of authority in America never need concern themselves with things like asking permission from those they consider their inferiors and feel at perfect liberty to impose on them without consequence. The Elites have proven time and again that, here, they can order people to accept the most degrading humiliations and insults to their intelligence. Accustomed as they are to dealing with such people, they are completely stunned when they encounter even the smallest show of self-respect from anyone abroad.</span></span></p><p><span style="background-color: white;"><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> They then make the mistake that all bullies and thugs invariably do: they double-down and behave even more forcefully and arrogantly. As recently as December, the Biden/Harris Junta announced that <i><a href="https://www.rt.com/africa/589124-us-plans-niger-security-partnership-resumption/" target="_blank">"withdrawal from Niger was not an option,"</a> </i>apparently without much concern for what the Nigerien people actually want to do. </span></span></p><p><span style="background-color: white;"><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> Contrary to what the would-be <i>Alphas </i>among the Controlled Opposition say, it is not <i>perceived weakness </i>that is driving this trend. This trend of resistance is coming from the abuse of power and resorting to force with no regard to the interests or desires of the other parties concerned. Rule by fear is the policy of <i>terrorists---</i>the very thing that the Pentagon is supposedly in Niger to prevent. <a href="https://nightwind777.blogspot.com/2023/07/africa-stands-up-to-western-tyranny.html" target="_blank">We've spoken here before of <i>the blessings of American Exceptionalism </i>which drove Niger to revolt against its Western masters in the first place</a>. Niger was the sort of place that the Great Reset crowd and the Beltway Deep State would like to bring to everybody. </span></span></p><p><span style="background-color: white;"><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> Ultimately, the Junta probably will slink away quietly from Niger and their media parrots will go on to new distractions. However, the inevitable loss of any American influence in Africa will go on; and given the current state of affairs in the US, that is probably the best outcome for the African people. </span></span></p><p><span style="background-color: white;"><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> </span></span></p><p><span style="background-color: white;"><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"><br /></span></span></p><p><span style="background-color: white;"><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"><br /></span></span></p>The Night Windhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/05288746952754043429noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5677268555273537920.post-85307209980429268432024-03-16T06:59:00.000-07:002024-03-16T06:59:59.001-07:00OF LAWFARE AND SOAP OPERAS <p> <span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> One of the most common misconceptions about the degenerate Postmodern American culture is that we are a sexually libertine people. The reverse is actually the case: the United States is probably one of the most sexually repressive cultures (and consequently the most sex-obsessed) on the planet. That, of course, only applies to heterosexual behavior---anything that the Rainbow Crowd wants to engage in is fair game. </span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> Americans are also obsessed with real-life courtroom dramas---we have more lawyers <i>per capita </i>than any other country and are by far the most litigious of all the human race. Americans hold their black-robed courtroom kingpins presiding over these performances in the most reverential awe: despite the fact that both the intelligence and character of most American judges is beneath those of the people over whom they pass judgment. Being able to read and behaving with arrogant, condescending contempt towards the <i>common herd</i> are about all of the qualifications one needs today to be a judge at any level. Thus, whenever a legal case and that nebulous formula of <i>sexual impropriety </i>can be combined, it is a bonanza for the Infotainment Industry, which has supplanted both our once great legal system and our once highly professional news media. </span></p><p></p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhVo9MB8tAAwCgms_-Y3TbxpmZ1HwpAZ3ECi_4e3oF_Y9CF_X7-5nn7lr4oPp3OEYooSyHf5SIi604MctLbLs3ZM6qbiB47P7V8UDFRkNq5ZHv00Bd7cDdDz5yitCY9ppW7LfPgMCLeZckHymSQbnXr9mGvd-GZqSjnklVZH6Hn5pnZp7OlDqH0Un20R0g7/s171/images%20(6).jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="170" data-original-width="171" height="398" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhVo9MB8tAAwCgms_-Y3TbxpmZ1HwpAZ3ECi_4e3oF_Y9CF_X7-5nn7lr4oPp3OEYooSyHf5SIi604MctLbLs3ZM6qbiB47P7V8UDFRkNq5ZHv00Bd7cDdDz5yitCY9ppW7LfPgMCLeZckHymSQbnXr9mGvd-GZqSjnklVZH6Hn5pnZp7OlDqH0Un20R0g7/w400-h398/images%20(6).jpg" width="400" /></a></div><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: large;"><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: large;"><br /></span></p> </span><span style="font-family: georgia;"><span style="font-size: medium;">The Media Circuses and Courtroom Extravaganzas surrounding the President-in-Exile have been paying high dividends for the Media and Legal Establishments, although accomplishing very little else. Since Americans today have little interest in anything deemed newsworthy unless it involves sex, these performances have to be interlarded with as many lurid <i>allegations </i>as possible. One trial somewhere accuses Trump of having had an affair and paying his mistress to keep quiet about it---something we're sure that no American businessman has <i>ever </i>done before---and that, naturally, to the Liberal Hive-Mind is worse than anything they accuse Trump of doing (e.g. trying to overthrow the government). The Controlled Opposition has responded in kind, by accusing the District Attorney and Prosecutor in another case of having an affair---that, naturally, to the Conservative Hive-Mind is worse than anything that they accuse the Left of doing (e.g. weaponizing the Legal System for political gain). </span></span><p></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia;"><span style="font-size: medium;"> This latter incident, which happened in Georgia, caused a diversion during the legal proceedings and the local District Attorney and County Prosecutor were obliged to go through the same humiliation ritual that the former President endured in New York: much to the satisfaction of the media slime hyping such national embarrassments for higher ratings. What was troubling <a href="https://www.aljazeera.com/news/2024/3/15/judge-says-prosecutor-fani-willis-can-stay-on-trump-case-must-ditch-deputy">was the ruling in the Georgia</a>---not because it was a ridiculously stupid sham to begin with---but because <i>His Honor </i>the judge played along with cultural hysteria and made a ruling at all instead of throwing out the case and sanctioning the people who brought it up as he should have. </span></span></p><p><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: georgia;"> Judge Scott McAfee arrogantly fumed </span><span style="background-color: white;"><span style="font-family: georgia;"><i>“As the case moves forward, reasonable members of the public could easily be left to wonder whether the financial exchanges have continued, resulting in some form of benefit to the District Attorney, or even whether the romantic relationship has resumed. </i></span></span><i style="background-color: white; font-family: georgia;">Put differently, an outsider could reasonably think that the District Attorney is not exercising her independent professional judgment totally free of any compromising influences. As long as Wade remains on the case, this unnecessary perception will persist.”</i></span></p><p><span style="font-size: medium;"><i style="background-color: white; font-family: georgia;"> </i><span style="background-color: white; font-family: georgia;">His ruling didn't disqualify the District Attorney, but only on the condition that the prosecutor (Wade) not remain on the case. The question here is: where do these pompous judges get the authority to dictate to anybody what they do in their private lives?</span></span></p><p></p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjYtqlhCijBVjFpYEmV9T0TdYhbckdqNDq-7p8uytszNA0nEQdP0XCqXhn0C1Lg-Sb9rDqaR_QflTf_5jmohHYiJsf22F2vRyuUuU8xHv_tTJzs8XvI15tNUPoASj6TpSpPXLjbUclTeahuilV5uGYPMNQuvQmj8fMNxNzyA1RO7X55eCnqiEjqXaaSHkgA/s163/download%20(3).jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><span style="font-size: medium;"><img border="0" data-original-height="163" data-original-width="152" height="320" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjYtqlhCijBVjFpYEmV9T0TdYhbckdqNDq-7p8uytszNA0nEQdP0XCqXhn0C1Lg-Sb9rDqaR_QflTf_5jmohHYiJsf22F2vRyuUuU8xHv_tTJzs8XvI15tNUPoASj6TpSpPXLjbUclTeahuilV5uGYPMNQuvQmj8fMNxNzyA1RO7X55eCnqiEjqXaaSHkgA/w298-h320/download%20(3).jpg" width="298" /></span></a></div><span style="font-size: medium;"><br /><span style="background-color: white; font-family: georgia;"> It's bad enough in our society that we have Corporate and Academic HR Departments issuing encyclicals about what it is and isn't 'appropriate' behavior between persons of the opposite sex; not to mention the informal militias of various trolls snooping into every corner of people's private lives without <i>judges </i>intervening too and issuing decrees. There are plenty of cases in the United States where people lose their jobs, are exposed to public shame, and even charged criminally and jailed for things like this, no matter how consensual the relationship is. </span></span><p></p><p><span style="background-color: white; font-family: georgia;"><span style="font-size: medium;"> This is truly a sick society. Once upon a time, if an individual whose attitudes towards human sexuality were anything like what's now considered <i>the new normal, </i>he'd be sent to a psychiatrist for treatment. I strongly suspect that a major reason that the Homo Agenda is received with such tolerance in America directly comes from our collective horror and loathing of heterosexuality. This horror, I also believe, ultimately is rooted in envy. Today's culture is essentially a narcissistic and predatory one; and under such circumstances a mutually satisfactory heterosexual relationship is bound to excite nothing other than jealousy and contempt. The suppressed libido involved in this degree of sexual jealously drives us collectively to a fanatical degree of open malice driving us to destroy any <i>'appearance of impropriety' </i>and expose any <i>'bad errors in judgement' </i>as the judicial swine Scott McAfee expressed it.</span></span></p><p><span style="background-color: white; font-family: georgia;"><span style="font-size: medium;"> The Judge's ruling sums up the state of our social attitudes towards sexuality and relationships: it's inappropriate and an error in judgement. It's a matter that, when it occurs, is something to be dragged out as a spectacle for the public to gawk at and make salacious gossip about; and ideally even brought before judicial hearings. It isn't any wonder that younger Americans are turning to homosexual perversions or dropping out of pursuing normal relationships altogether. They've been educated in a culture where acting upon such natural inclinations is considered dirty, shameful, and subject to exposure, humiliation, and ridicule. </span></span></p><p><span style="background-color: white; font-family: georgia;"><span style="font-size: medium;"> A <i><a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/R._G._Collingwood" target="_blank">Dead White Male</a> </i>whom I had occasion to re-read this week said: <i>"Civilizations sometimes perish because they are forcibly broken up by the armed attack of enemies without or revolutionaries within; but never from this cause alone. Such attacks never succeed unless the thing that is attacked is weakened by doubt as to whether the end which it sets before itself, the form of life which it sets to realize, is worth achieving. On the other hand, this doubt is quite capable of destroying a civilization without any help whatever. If the people who share a civilization are no longer on a whole convinced that the form of life which it tries to realize is worth realizing, nothing can save it."</i></span></span></p><p><span style="background-color: white; font-family: georgia;"><span style="font-size: medium;"><i> </i>American Culture was built on a culturally ideal foundation expressed in mainstream Christianity by St. Paul as <i>Faith, Hope, and Love. </i>All three of these things imply complimentary social relationships---obviously the opposite of the narcissistic and exploitative social values which prevail universally throughout American Culture today; and for that reason our Culture is effectively doomed so long as we collectively hold to such values. This is why the Political Right's abandonment of social issues has been such a crucial failure, and their attempts at superficial top-down solutions are only going to lead to further tyranny unless they address the responsibility of the public in acting upon such beliefs. As it is, the Right wants to have it both ways: they want values legislated without having to practice them in their own lives. Such a position is only the antipode of the Left, which seeks to legislate tolerance and force everyone else to accept it. Hence, our schizophrenic attitudes towards human sexuality where some activities are above criticism while others are brutally suppressed and micromanaged---and, of course, that <i>little detail </i>about a <i>Right to Privacy</i> is not even a factor open to consideration or debate. </span></span></p><p><span style="background-color: white; font-family: georgia;"><span style="font-size: medium;"> The absurdity of all of this is reflected to a shameful degree in our current electoral-year theatrics. We have two candidates accusing each other of being <i>dirty old men </i>while their respective partisans are digging up scandal-sheet gutter-level allegations on each other; and the main topics of discussion are about immigrants raping White Women and banning <i>Tik-Tok </i>because some men might be viewing women whom legislative fiat has declared 'minors.' In better times, these kinds of things would be beneath the notice of anyone with any degree of self-respect, but today they are regarded as serious national issues while the real facing us go on blissfully ignored. </span></span></p><p><span style="background-color: white; font-family: georgia; font-size: large;"> </span></p><p><span style="background-color: white; font-family: georgia; font-size: large;"> </span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> </span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> </span></p>The Night Windhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/05288746952754043429noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5677268555273537920.post-78602696620034071282024-03-14T23:51:00.000-07:002024-03-14T23:51:19.948-07:00ANOTHER STUDY FINDS UNSAFE ELEMENTS IN FOOD SUPPLY<p> <span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> Robert Kennedy's organization, <i>Children's Health Defense Network, </i>which <a href="https://childrenshealthdefense.org/defender/bored-cow-synthetic-milk-protein-unknown-compounds/" target="_blank">previously exposed the potential harmful chemicals being pushed by the Corporate Oligarchs with no Government oversight</a>, has published the results of another study which shows that many products consumed by Americans <a href="https://childrenshealthdefense.org/defender/food-additive-sodium-aluminum-phosphate-lower-sperm-counts/" target="_blank">is laced heavily with the chemical compound, S</a></span><span style="background-color: white;"><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"><a href="https://childrenshealthdefense.org/defender/food-additive-sodium-aluminum-phosphate-lower-sperm-counts/" target="_blank">odium Aluminum Phosphate</a>. This particular compound is allegedly used as a leaving agent and stabilizer in baked goods and is used widely as well in processed cheese. Despite the fact that <a href="https://www.rt.com/news/594232-american-women-bisexual-genz/" target="_blank">another recent study showed that nearly one-third of American girls in their teens and twenties consider themselves bisexual</a>, and studies showing that <a href="https://www.urologytimes.com/view/testosterone-levels-show-steady-decrease-among-young-us-men" target="_blank">the average 20-year old male today has lower testosterone levels than 70-year old men had as recently as the 1980s</a>, or that even the UN <a href="https://www.upmc.com/services/south-central-pa/women/services/pregnancy-childbirth/getting-pregnant/fertility/infertility#:~:text=It%20is%20estimated%20that%20almost,infertility%20is%20likely%20to%20rise." target="_blank">has warned our health agencies about our declining fertility rates</a>, or that we've <a href="https://www.ajmc.com/view/us-has-highest-infant-maternal-mortality-rates-despite-the-most-health-care-spending" target="_blank">hit rock-bottom among Developed Nations in infant mortality</a>, <i>nobody seems to have noticed </i>that <i>maybe</i> our young people are in trouble. Just because gender dysphoria is running rampant and over half of <a href="https://nightwind777.blogspot.com/2023/04/the-road-to-oblivion.html" target="_blank">young adult men are living at home and not even seeking a relationship</a>, it doesn't seem to have occurred to anybody that something may be wrong.</span></span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"><span style="background-color: white;"> Fertility issues and our looming demographic crisis are not even on the radar-screen of any major politicians this year, which is unsurprising. The Corporate Oligarchs <a href="https://nightwind777.blogspot.com/2023/04/whats-behind-wave-of-store-closings.html" target="_blank">are pursuing a depopulation agenda</a>, and the USDA---which should be regulating food supplies---is <a href="https://nightwind777.blogspot.com/2021/01/bill-gates-and-great-farmland-fleece-job.html" target="_blank">wholly captured by interests connected with the Great Reset</a>, and <a href="https://competitivemarkets.com/ocm-releases-report-on-regulatory-capture/" target="_blank">has been for some time</a>. As is with the current moral philosophy of the United States, most parents want a top-down solution, because, after all <i>it takes a village; </i>and so far the Controlled Opposition has responded by banning and clamping down on social media outlets (so younger people have even fewer opportunities to meet); and restricting immigration because that, supposedly, is <i>tainting our national blood---</i><a href="https://recruiting.army.mil/pao/facts_figures/" target="_blank">which doesn't seem especially healthy to begin with</a>. </span></span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"></span></p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgu4_y_BFQC4EQypan622MGFcPtW8WnpnWQkDlAu7kew975hm4DuG7BGo0PDjjTG6m2M141x61yzTJEu2IjfRFPoqfL0x4gkmb8C5YvEi2z8mPOT5OlSoRWJzusXJBSLdx_Jf611_4V5KGyZEknhPkdhtv4LaNDB8-Yx1IAgGvYSvt5jvNHEg_iXXRQuaUf/s754/images%20(6).jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="754" data-original-width="643" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgu4_y_BFQC4EQypan622MGFcPtW8WnpnWQkDlAu7kew975hm4DuG7BGo0PDjjTG6m2M141x61yzTJEu2IjfRFPoqfL0x4gkmb8C5YvEi2z8mPOT5OlSoRWJzusXJBSLdx_Jf611_4V5KGyZEknhPkdhtv4LaNDB8-Yx1IAgGvYSvt5jvNHEg_iXXRQuaUf/w341-h400/images%20(6).jpg" width="341" /></a></span></div><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"><br /><span style="background-color: white;"> Sodium Aluminum Phosphate was last reviewed by the FDA in 1977, which is roughly how long it's been since the US has had an Agricultural Department not controlled by Big Ag or Big Pharma. A Democrat Congresswoman from Illinois <a href="https://www.congress.gov/bill/118th-congress/house-bill/3927" target="_blank">recently proposed a review of the chemical's use</a>, which is unlikely to see the light of day <a href="https://www.opensecrets.org/industries/indus?ind=A" target="_blank">given the Corporate stranglehold that Big Ag has over the GOP leadership</a>, or the influence of woke NGOs seizing American farmlands have over the Democrats. </span><p></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> The important thing that we as individuals can do is be aware of these potentially harmful additives, what the objectives of the people promoting them are, and take appropriate precautions. Titled <i><a href="https://amgreatness.com/2024/03/11/the-anti-democratic-democratic-left/" target="_blank">The Anti-Democratic Democratic Left</a>, </i>Hanson's article is ostensibly about abuses of the Legal Establishment committed by the Democrats. As of typical of most of Hanson's writings, it is mostly simply a laundry-list of crimes committed by the Junta heavily punctuated with declamations about how <i>'Things have never been this bad!' </i>and <i>'Never before in history has this happened!' </i>and <i>'OMG things were so much better under Bush!' </i>etc. </span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> It seems to escaped Hanson's notice that most of the unprecedented Lawfare and abuses of the system have been committed by the Republican-controlled House, which has exceeded every Congress in history in impeachments, censures, removals, expulsions, inquisitorial hearings, forced resignations, and the like, but we digress.</span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> </span></p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh-RUAxUj0HV6wi7eg1i3zFDfdbJqhCYf07jC2ih6jVBtGBj9eD2CFrl2ZlTgET277TledNg4Wfx9EIFNoYV5XPpyhBCfVi0cjQyPl7WsovZslqx8FmuqVF8gsj5JMc99GtLcMlYdMPE_jCBUGTHZ42CWMaNcTarmoGmXuTP0lL85UeASwGjWNO7NDdRYy_/s399/images%20(6).jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="301" data-original-width="399" height="301" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh-RUAxUj0HV6wi7eg1i3zFDfdbJqhCYf07jC2ih6jVBtGBj9eD2CFrl2ZlTgET277TledNg4Wfx9EIFNoYV5XPpyhBCfVi0cjQyPl7WsovZslqx8FmuqVF8gsj5JMc99GtLcMlYdMPE_jCBUGTHZ42CWMaNcTarmoGmXuTP0lL85UeASwGjWNO7NDdRYy_/w400-h301/images%20(6).jpg" width="400" /></a></span></div><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"><br /></span><p></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> The problem with Hanson's article is not that his complaints are <i>factually </i>incorrect. The problem is with the presuppositions and inferences liberally salted throughout it. This a fairly typical technique that he uses in most of his writings: he states facts, but in such a way that it leads to dangerous conclusions. For example, the header and conclusion of his piece reads, <i>"</i></span><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"><i>the defense of those destroying democracy is that they are doing it to prevent others from doing what they would do, should they have been on the receiving end of exactly what they are now doing."</i></span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"><i> </i>While it is true that despots typically <i>do </i>live in fear of retribution, the idea implied here is <i><b>retribution is the goal of the postmodern Conservative movement</b>. </i>It is not a traditionally Conservative position. Our Founding Fathers, for example, weren't interested in <i>owning the Royalists </i>and making it <i>payback time for the Tories; </i>their goal was to free the American Colonies from tyranny and establishment a Government of Laws which would ensure that such tyranny never happened again. If we had a real Conservative Movement, that would be the goal of removing the Democrats: to re-establish a Rule of Law and institute reforms to keep such abuses from returning.</span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> In contrast, the 21st Century's version of 'Conservatism' is simply to replace the Liberals while leaving the apparatus of abuses intact, and dishing it out upon their former overlords. In a previous post, <a href="https://nightwind777.blogspot.com/2024/02/the-red-pill-is-for-losers.html" target="_blank">we analyzed the degraded thinking and low morality involved in such a position</a>, but it may not hurt to repeat a wise observation from a <i>Dead White Male </i>again here:</span></p><p><i><span style="background-color: white; font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> "They have given the world the classical expression of the slave's ideal: the ideal, I mean, by which the crushed and cringing servitor would like to live if only he were strong and free. The power to get or do the things that he wants to do or get is every man's desire; but sheer Power---hard, empty, hectoring Power---is the daydream of the downtrodden. To such, the real meaning of Liberty is veiled; they neither understand nor want that equal fellowship of mutual consideration, courtesy, and self-respect which among themselves the free-born take for granted. What the slave longs for is to be, still more to feel himself to be, the kind of man that he thinks that his master is."</span></i></p><p><span style="background-color: white; font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"><i> </i>That is the dynamic driving far too many minds in the Postmodern Right, and it explains in large measure the complete lack of concrete substance to their whole political orientation. Since Hanson mentioned the January 6th Protest, let's look at a widely-circulated photo of that day of notorious Red Pill 'influencer' and provocateur </span><span style="background-color: white;"><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;">Anthime Gionet, a.k.a, Baked Alaska, who was stirring up trouble at the event:</span></span></p><p><span style="background-color: white;"></span></p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgSd6-BWgGHPtbl6eo0iryRqoS5JRg1QJBcpqjDZxSsuzPDqW0lknwCDrH1QdLTkU2rBAk9Jxjxjx-aw9JQdDNqUWrJDm_BVPm7zrRbU31pWqYv8BSzGg8VqnNgAkVeJ7n4vSUiwxNcT5dSl256WIdFpQx6TXyuTpMm8xi7st_q1nScxZsYkd_2nTRiMGXa/s275/download%20(4).jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="183" data-original-width="275" height="266" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgSd6-BWgGHPtbl6eo0iryRqoS5JRg1QJBcpqjDZxSsuzPDqW0lknwCDrH1QdLTkU2rBAk9Jxjxjx-aw9JQdDNqUWrJDm_BVPm7zrRbU31pWqYv8BSzGg8VqnNgAkVeJ7n4vSUiwxNcT5dSl256WIdFpQx6TXyuTpMm8xi7st_q1nScxZsYkd_2nTRiMGXa/w400-h266/download%20(4).jpg" width="400" /></a></div><br /><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> Here we see him with his feet propped up on Nancy Pelosi's desk, chatting on her phone while one of his toadies is taking selfies in the background for social media. A picture is sometimes worth a thousand words. It was a foolish thing to do and publicity stunt and yes, the Junta over-reacted on Gionet like everyone else; but what we would like to observe is what it symbolized in Gionet's thinking. <i>He wanted to be in Pelosi's shoes, </i>'to be the kind of man that he thinks that his Master is.' </span><p></p><p><span style="background-color: white;"><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> While I certainly don't condone the January 6th inquisition, the last thing that America needs is 4-8 more years of some new group launching assizes against its own perceived enemies---which easily could include anybody reading this article. The actions of the US House since the rather anemic <i>Red Tsunami of 2022 </i>shows us exactly the direction which they intend to take: very little about <i>restoring democracy </i>as the likes of Hanson and Gionet assert and <i>a lot </i>to do with putting the lash in somebody else's hands to use as freely as he likes. </span></span></p><p><span style="background-color: white;"><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> Simply replacing the Junta isn't going to solve anything if we are unwilling to replace them with anything <i>better. </i>It underscores the unspoken issue again that there is no political solution, it is at root a collective spiritual and moral problem---and that our problems are fundamentally of our own making. Shifting responsibility for our collective failures as a society onto a political movement will accomplish nothing in the end, but only potentially delay the inevitable descent into tyranny. </span></span></p><p><span style="background-color: white;"><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> </span></span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"><br /></span></p>The Night Windhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/05288746952754043429noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5677268555273537920.post-88606830606654439462024-03-11T01:41:00.000-07:002024-03-13T15:35:13.269-07:00BEHIND THE SCENES OF THE TIK-TOK BAN<p> <span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> These days it's a rare phenomenon when legislation crashes through the Federal Government with little to no resistance. This week, a move to 'ban' the popular social media app <i>Tik-Tok </i>won unanimous support in an otherwise useless House Committee. <a href="https://www.wmtw.com/article/tiktok-ban-potential-what-to-know/60142344" target="_blank">Nominal Head-of-State Biden gleefully chortled</a>, </span><span style="background-color: white;"><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"><i>“If they pass it, I’ll sign it,” </i>and one of his spokesxhes told the Corporate Media, </span></span><span style="background-color: white;"><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"><i>"We welcome it, Obviously, we've been working with [lawmakers] on it. And we would want to see this bill get done so it can get to the president's desk." </i></span></span></p><p><span style="background-color: white;"><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"><i> </i>Usually, these unusual displays of bipartisanship never happen unless it involves money for Israel or expanding the Security State. They can't even pass Border Security or Ukraine aid---even though both parties agree on the same things---for political reasons. Wisconsin GOP Congressman Mike Gallagher---an anti-China fanatic---spent six months crafting the Bill. His former boss, California GOP Congressman Kevin McCarthy remarked: </span></span><span style="background-color: white;"><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"><i>“The House will be moving forward with legislation to protect Americans from the technological tentacles of the Chinese Communist Party.” </i>These people have argued, without evidence of any kind, that the Chinese-owned network is harvesting data on American users on behalf of the Chinese Government---ignoring the mountains of evidence that our own Government is doing exactly that.</span></span></p><p><span style="background-color: white;"></span></p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjGER125S4Fvxy0mrm0asLaVTGHbHEKfWNW0BUDp5belvOY9ny3fXQZvDrwRXtl4d9GTf7jwkpfhtm8sFBpw8vlQqmrpTYrkTWPCowlxsYi2a9ZG-UuvHUn7u0zf8Di3C_-C8AmKI6t8UC5uV5wPYyLjRYIS4zckcbdiguhVOXHvWOnzkcgwu0kYUkUG928/s502/download%20(4).jpg" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="502" data-original-width="299" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjGER125S4Fvxy0mrm0asLaVTGHbHEKfWNW0BUDp5belvOY9ny3fXQZvDrwRXtl4d9GTf7jwkpfhtm8sFBpw8vlQqmrpTYrkTWPCowlxsYi2a9ZG-UuvHUn7u0zf8Di3C_-C8AmKI6t8UC5uV5wPYyLjRYIS4zckcbdiguhVOXHvWOnzkcgwu0kYUkUG928/w239-h400/download%20(4).jpg" width="239" /></a></div><br /><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> The Neocons' flying monkeys in the Controlled Opposition Press likewise have <a href="https://amgreatness.com/2024/03/08/house-committee-unanimously-approves-bill-forcing-bytedance-to-sell-tiktok/" target="_blank">celebrated the move</a>, which---in typical Neocon fashion---is disguised as a <i>matter of choice. </i>Gallagher said, </span><span style="background-color: white;"><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium; font-style: italic;">“This is not a ban. Think of this as a surgery designed to remove the tumor and thereby save the patient in the process</span><i style="font-family: Georgia, serif; font-size: 18px;">." </i><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;">The Bill </span></span><span style="background-color: white;"><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;">would force the divestiture of Tik-Tok from its owner, ByteDance. If the sale doesn’t happen within about six months, the bill calls for the app to be blocked on U.S. app stores and websites.</span></span><p></p><p><span style="background-color: white; font-family: georgia; font-size: large;"> </span><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"><i>“Tik-Tok is the top search engine for more than half of Gen Z, and about 6 in 10 Americans are hooked on the app before their 17th birthday." </i>Gallagher further proclaimed<i>, "This is worrisome because Tik-Tok is controlled by America’s foremost adversary, one that does not share our interests or our values: the Chinese Communist Party (CCP).”</i> As if, our course, Wall Street-run Big Tech really does share our national values. Also as typical of the postmodern <i>family values </i>Conservatives, parents aren't competent to limit social media access, so it's up to the State to take action.</span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> Gallagher and other GOP lawmakers came to the conclusion that the U.S. must ban Chinese ownership of Tik-Tok: “<i>We are ceding the ability to censor Americans’ speech to a foreign adversary,”</i> he said—suggesting that censorship isn’t altogether wrong. It’s only wrong when committed by someone other than the Neocons. </span></p><p><span style="background-color: white; font-family: georgia; font-size: large;"> </span><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"><span style="background-color: white;">Washington Republican Cathy McMorris Rodgers---who, along with the aforementioned Kevin McCarthy <a href="https://www.opensecrets.org/federal-lobbying/top-recipients" target="_blank">makes the Top 25 of total Congressional recipients of lobbying cash</a>---said this in much the same pro-censorship vein: </span><i>“Earlier today, we heard from members of the intelligence community about the dangers posed by applications, like Tik-Tok, that are controlled by foreign adversaries and who are determined to exploit and weaponize Americans’ data. We also witnessed firsthand, in real time, how the Chinese Communist Party can weaponize platforms like Tik-Tok to manipulate the American people. <b>This morning, prior to our hearing, Tik-Tok used its influence and power to force users to contact their representatives if they wanted to continue using Tik-Tok. This is just a small taste of how the CCP weaponizes applications </b>it controls to manipulate tens of millions of people to further its agenda.” </i>(Emphesis mine: note how now this fake Conservative considers soliciting public input on an issue an enemy operation). </span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> Why do we suppose that both the Republican and Democrat Establishments are scrambling to get the Bill passed? While Big Media is focusing on the potential ban, the operative part of the Legislation is contained in the phrase: <i>"</i></span><span style="background-color: white; font-style: italic;"><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;">The Bill </span></span><span style="background-color: white;"><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"><i>would force the divestiture of Tik-Tok from its owner, ByteDance." </i>Now, <a href="https://www.drwealth.com/who-will-buy-tiktok/" target="_blank">let's look at who are the top contenders to buy this valuable resource at a fire-sale price</a>: Microsoft, Meta (Facebook), Alphabet (Google), and Amazon---all of which are WEF Top 100 Strategic Partners. It's about as exciting as the last Hollywood/Madison Avenue performance on Tuesday. Remember all of those polls that said that Americans want neither Trump nor Biden in 2024? Well, who won their primaries and secured their nominations?</span></p><p></p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh5TnAB62H4XbqknC4rZgQoqq3FqHHbUZ064JyKapWH3a3gXIIwu3jiiZGVf0tMhOlrLBcITdVofrrhXtir143EVDS3_LC7_lDd9iG85FnrIi7q7vM1BU_jKJrmPxh7jt2uh2f2dNV4Ryi-PjP-YunBuDgV9azCvTDMomo5V9afdRbEjrT4PtELpI3N9zmN/s800/rofl.gif" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="600" data-original-width="800" height="240" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh5TnAB62H4XbqknC4rZgQoqq3FqHHbUZ064JyKapWH3a3gXIIwu3jiiZGVf0tMhOlrLBcITdVofrrhXtir143EVDS3_LC7_lDd9iG85FnrIi7q7vM1BU_jKJrmPxh7jt2uh2f2dNV4Ryi-PjP-YunBuDgV9azCvTDMomo5V9afdRbEjrT4PtELpI3N9zmN/s320/rofl.gif" width="320" /></a></div><br /><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> It's truly astounding how anybody believes that any of this Electoral stuff is any more real or relevant than the Super Bowl or the Academy Awards, but millions watch those too, so there we go. </span><p></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> It's really no argument to pretend that because the President-in-Exile got nominated that this somehow going to save the country. Trump was obstructed and sabotaged just as much by his own Party when he was in office (<a href="https://nightwind777.blogspot.com/2023/12/gop-and-wef-year-end-hi-jinks.html" target="_blank">and still has been</a> during his <a href="https://www.semafor.com/article/03/06/2024/pro-haley-super-pac-relaunches-as-haley-voters-for-biden" target="_blank">entire campaign</a>). Right now, they've been angling to choose an Establishment/WEF operative for Trump's Vice-Presidential nominee in the unlikely event that he wins in November. That opens up an interesting possibility for the Deep State. They have become so frustrated with the Junta's continual bungling that they allow the President-in-Exile to win: but recall that Trump is now 77 years of age and that <i>accidents can happen </i>to elderly gentlemen. </span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> Most likely though, the current Head-of-State will remain in office. Without or without cheating, the Republican Party as a whole is so incompetent and void of any substance that 2024 will in all probability end up as much of a washout as it has been for the last three years. </span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> For example, having learned nothing from the resounding defeats of the likes of Larry Elder, Bruce Jenner, Dr. Oz, and Herschel Walker the Republicans are <i>still </i>trying to win key<a href="https://ballotpedia.org/Steve_Garvey_(California)" target="_blank"> races with celebrity appeal</a>. Neocons can never admit to being wrong about anything; which is why they continually make the same strategic blunders in everything they do. </span></p><p></p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiSwyhujs3YNcEtEVN3tiRc5e9cBOhJ6jxtgopvJoE7x-wihAziy7PulIRwnDhjTdrbBKKRET2CoueeuigMq7u7fuvlOQr0OatzxcrmqZhjD5fNQCFFLt7Ms5MI3_bjdDStXGgVxkIeNI-BWFixt-5YLN6fZCu1htv_8pnoIBk1aW7x5u7Enz2QFCX_M02h/s483/Capture-1.PNG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="483" data-original-width="260" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiSwyhujs3YNcEtEVN3tiRc5e9cBOhJ6jxtgopvJoE7x-wihAziy7PulIRwnDhjTdrbBKKRET2CoueeuigMq7u7fuvlOQr0OatzxcrmqZhjD5fNQCFFLt7Ms5MI3_bjdDStXGgVxkIeNI-BWFixt-5YLN6fZCu1htv_8pnoIBk1aW7x5u7Enz2QFCX_M02h/w215-h400/Capture-1.PNG" width="215" /></a></div><br /><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> Steve Garvey, a former professional baseball player and current head of a <i>marketing firm </i>won 32% of the vote and finished second in the California Senate race---laughably because his <i>opponent </i>Democrat Adam Schiff funneled money<a href="https://www.politico.com/news/2024/02/09/schiff-pac-ads-fox-news-00140785" target="_blank"> from his own PAC to Garvey's campaign</a> because he saw Garvey as less of a challenge than his closest Democrat rival. That small detail hasn't stopped the Controlled Opposition from coronating Garvey as the next savior of the cause.</span><p></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> Not to be outdone, a Congressional committee today <a href="https://www.bbc.com/news/world-us-canada-68505405" target="_blank">passed a Bill approving Republicans' long-standing obsession with banning </a><i><a href="https://www.bbc.com/news/world-us-canada-68505405" target="_blank">Tik-Tok</a>. </i>I'm certain that this move is <i>really </i>going to win support from younger voters. <i>Tik-Tok </i>currently has around 113,000,000 subscribers in the United States alone, over half of whom are between 18 and 35 years of age. Of course, the real objective here is to force to Chinese owner <i>Byte Dance </i>to sell the app to some Wall Street consortium rather than ban it outright---because, of course, the Tech Lords and Big Media don't already control enough of the American social media market; and because the Conservatives totally oppose <i>Cancel Culture. </i></span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> There seems to be this strange dissonance in the thinking of the Postmodern Right. They all (so they say) oppose 'woke' Corporatism and Globalism generally, but seem to think that giving more power to the Oligarchs is the way to contain them. Their foreign policy positions are a perfect example: they think that securing the entire region from the Black Sea to the Red Sea for international High Finance and the WEF plutocracy will make the world a <i>safer </i>place---evidently because they need control of more oil, more shipping, and more cheap labor to outsource our jobs to than they already have.</span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> Congress also earlier this week quietly slipped into their so-called 'Budget Deal' a proviso <a href="https://bunkerville.wordpress.com/2024/03/04/congress-to-close-and-empty-northeast-gasoline-supply-reserve-in-latest-budget-bill/" target="_blank">to sell off the entire New England Oil Reserve to their Corporate cronies</a>. House Speaker Mike Johnson is deeply hooked into the Energy Cartels. </span><span style="background-color: white;"><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;">According to <i>Open Secrets, </i>the largest industry supporting Johnson since his first federal campaign in 2015 is the oil and gas industry, which has infused $338,000 into Johnson’s campaign coffers. Of that amount, $30,000 came from the Koch Industries PAC. Much of that Oil Cartel cash came from WEF Top 100 Strategic Partner, Chevron, which also is a leading contender for the contracts in the Gaza Oil Fields. Not surprisingly, the Zionists are also major donors to Johnson. Let's see who Chevron's top stakeholders are---do we suppose any of them have WEF connections?</span></span></p><p><span style="background-color: white;"></span></p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiqH4nhdBcav5nZ8p25Q1211Y2oedskK6wgdVMKKEvL8AD61yYIH94WvwWLLuQUvGSxeH9X52d22O5iWoDzsaeRsFRie1Mk8gg_s50ASraNu36JFBEhUzdF-wZ9DV7Oo225ZLHiA4FKhjSZqHaV8APjedJEECysPTdnN2ptHmQED6C_HoAi_WjxzfGCPSBP/s682/86.PNG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="433" data-original-width="682" height="254" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiqH4nhdBcav5nZ8p25Q1211Y2oedskK6wgdVMKKEvL8AD61yYIH94WvwWLLuQUvGSxeH9X52d22O5iWoDzsaeRsFRie1Mk8gg_s50ASraNu36JFBEhUzdF-wZ9DV7Oo225ZLHiA4FKhjSZqHaV8APjedJEECysPTdnN2ptHmQED6C_HoAi_WjxzfGCPSBP/w400-h254/86.PNG" width="400" /></a></div> <span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> </span><p></p><p><span style="background-color: white;"><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> But let's all just keep pretending that all of this malarkey about the <i>"most important election of our lifetimes" </i>really is what it claims to be. The issue disappeared before the off-year elections and hasn't been brought up since, although <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/East_Palestine,_Ohio,_train_derailment#Health_and_environmental_concerns" target="_blank">problems from the chemical spill still exist</a>, and in fact, railway accidents on our freight lines <a href="https://goldbergloren.com/shocking-train-accident-statistics/" target="_blank">have been on the increase</a>; in fact, <a href="https://www.pennlive.com/news/2024/03/investigation-continuing-into-3-train-derailment-along-lehigh-river.html?outputType=amp" target="_blank">there was another spill into a major river just this week</a>. Working conditions on our freight lines have gotten so bad that even the tepid, accommodating railroad workers' unions threatened a strike recently but were vetoed in their attempts by our Corporate-controlled government. Alan Shaw, the CEO of <i>Norfolk Southern, </i>the shipping cartel involved in both accidents <a href="https://local12.com/news/nation-world/norfolk-southern-ceo-pay-raise-despite-companys-east-palestine-train-derailment-railroad-corporate-america-east-palestine-ohio-alan-shaw" target="_blank">received a substantial pay-raise, however</a>.</span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> Even though both leading Presidential candidates did photo-ops in East Palestine, very little has been said about either the accidents <a href="https://omaha.com/news/nation-world/article_70900a85-c2e7-5f4c-be9b-c68ade0ce45b.html" target="_blank">or the massive lay-offs that are sweeping through the industry</a>---at least the subject is not deemed as urgent as defending the shipping cartels' interests in the Red Sea. </span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> The aforementioned Norfolk Southern is one of only six shipping monopolies in the United States dominating freight rail. All six have significant lobbying power inside the Beltway, <i>to wit:</i></span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"><i> </i>1. Norfolk Southern: $2.4 million in lobbying dollars last year. They maintain 41 lobbyists, of whom 32 are revolving-door former federal bureaucrats, including former US Senators John Breaux and Trent Lott, as well as former Republican Congressman from Pennsylvania, Patrick Meehan. </span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> 2. Burlington Northern, which is owned by Berkshire Hathaway: $6.9 million spent on 79 lobbyists, 49 of whom are revolvers including former US Senators the aforementioned John Breaux and Tom Daschle, as well as former Republican Congressman from Kentucky, Ed Whitfield.</span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> 3. CSX: $1.7 million, with 15 lobbyists, 13 of whom are revolving-door.</span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> 4. Canadian National: $1.1 million with 20 lobbyists, 13 of whom are revolvers including former Democrat Congressman from Pennsylvania Ron Klink and former RNC Chairman, Haley Barbour. </span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> 5. Canadian Pacific Kansas City: nearly $1 million with 23 lobbyists, 19 of whom are revolvers including former Democrat Congressman from Kansas Jim Slattery.</span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> 6. Union Pacific: $3.3 million with 12 lobbyists, 9 of whom are former Beltway operatives, most prominent of whom is the <a href="https://nightwind777.blogspot.com/2023/12/alphas-splash-around-in-red-sea.html" target="_blank">shady Kirk Blalock</a>. </span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> </span></p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjZrVBBZjA45EIfOjtmmLNeqFAguF5CLLwTIFIyTeLVGtUsp60eNALnns45jaDUsQCbr172ptemPlokLGE9hl8sPCT4P9KpgspSIkVdpxpq8clu-nEWOFfEASa4rEmo1y5O3KN3jeSet1Fm_kLtsR59fvDhTuZotJwYNUZSNNWXkRRmwMeFW2_S2zApmQ3Y/s280/images%20(7).jpg" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="180" data-original-width="280" height="257" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjZrVBBZjA45EIfOjtmmLNeqFAguF5CLLwTIFIyTeLVGtUsp60eNALnns45jaDUsQCbr172ptemPlokLGE9hl8sPCT4P9KpgspSIkVdpxpq8clu-nEWOFfEASa4rEmo1y5O3KN3jeSet1Fm_kLtsR59fvDhTuZotJwYNUZSNNWXkRRmwMeFW2_S2zApmQ3Y/w400-h257/images%20(7).jpg" width="400" /></a></span></div><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"><br /></span><p></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> Well with about $16 million in lobbying cash and 200 hired henchmen to spread it around, it's no wonder that the Political Class has lost interest in things like railway safety, substandard working conditions, and rising freight costs. On top of this distressing situation, consider that the freight cartels have considerably powerful <i>stakeholders </i>involved in the process too. Let's see:</span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> 1. Norfolk Southern: top shareholders include WEF Top 100 Strategic Partners BlackRock, JP Morgan Chase, and Lazard for a combined total of about 17%.</span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> 2. Burlington Northern: is owned by WEF Top 100 Strategic Partner Berkshire Hathaway. Berkshire Hathaway is owned by Warren Buffet, co-chairman of the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.</span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> 3. CSX: About 10% is owned by WEF Top 100 Strategic Partners BlackRock, JP Morgan Chase and Merrill Lynch International, a subsidiary of WEF Top 100 Strategic Partner, Bank of America.</span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> 4. Canadian National: top shareholder is the aforementioned Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation (and WEF Top 100 Strategic Partner). Others include<a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chris_Hohn#Investor_activism" target="_blank"> 'woke' NGO, the TCI Foundation,</a> and the Royal Bank of Canada which played a major role in Tienanmen Trudeau's bloody suppression of the 2022 Truckers' Protest.</span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> 5. Canadian Pacific Kansas City: about 10% is held by the aforementioned TCI group and the Royal Bank of Canada.</span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> 6. Union Pacific: About 10% of stock is owned by BlackRock and BOA's subsidiary, Merrill Lynch.</span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> So, essentially, BlackRock's Larry Fink, British billionaire Chris Hohn, Bill Gates, Warren Buffet, Jamie Dimon, and Justin Trudeau dominate North America's freight rail system and pay politicians to see to it that nobody gets in their way. One would think that this, too, would be a major campaign issue; but it doesn't appear that anything to do with railways---or infrastructure in general---is a very high priority with the American Electorate. It isn't like when <a href="https://www.politico.com/story/2018/12/03/this-day-in-politics-december-3-1027800" target="_blank">we had a <i>real </i>Conservative movement which believed in free and fair competition and enforcing the law</a>. The <i>Dead White Males </i>who were in charge back then produced a railway system that was the envy of the world with low freight costs and even a stellar passenger service. </span></p><p></p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg6fi4DZuLxAn28REz5OaWxlrU47r2B9ketA0ZKVFyavP2YWYqAIim4VCUOrjaM7eNQls4pvf7dsujfgQd88Wv0cT7BJ1wnPl7wm2nhL2irgDvHZ8JdXEj6wxcIT9DgjueKXsiMOIxacIt_Z4qx-u5oF3lIL9OrBkZccVaJ4W64q0d-dshok4g-royqArzi/s640/4iFXAi8l.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="640" data-original-width="443" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg6fi4DZuLxAn28REz5OaWxlrU47r2B9ketA0ZKVFyavP2YWYqAIim4VCUOrjaM7eNQls4pvf7dsujfgQd88Wv0cT7BJ1wnPl7wm2nhL2irgDvHZ8JdXEj6wxcIT9DgjueKXsiMOIxacIt_Z4qx-u5oF3lIL9OrBkZccVaJ4W64q0d-dshok4g-royqArzi/w278-h400/4iFXAi8l.jpg" width="278" /></a></div><br /><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> Today, the massive job cuts, the Corporate looting, and 'woke' ideology has created an atmosphere where increased costs and higher accident rates are inevitable. This being an 'Election Year' in the US, both political machines would rather that we all forgot about things<a href="https://nightwind777.blogspot.com/2020/04/media-sneers-as-police-crackdowns-begin.html" target="_blank"> like Democrat governors who imposed martial law but now hold prominent positions in the Junta</a>; or Republicans governors <a href="https://nightwind777.blogspot.com/2020/03/government-thugs-aim-at-churches.html" target="_blank">who padlocked churches and sealed borders until they suddenly became champions of medical freedom</a>. To the average Ameroboob, 2020 and 2021 are about as remote a past as the Antediluvian histories of the Old Testament---complete with about as much revisionism of the official story.</span></span></p><p><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: georgia;"> Both articles elicited the predictable <i>outrage </i>from the True Believers, who showered their wrath liberally in the comments sections. Actually, I don't worry about such people too much: <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Inverted_totalitarianism#" target="_blank">authoritarian regimes like ours</a> always have a share of people who'll deny the obvious. In truth, I feel a measure of pity for these poor simps; their intense fear of facing the truth and the ensuing moral choices that they would have to make by accepting it literally paralyzes their Reason and the <i>Official Narrative </i>acts for them like a tranquilizing narcotic. </span></span></p><p><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: georgia;"> The True Believers aren't really so much of a problem: what's genuinely troubling though is that neither Scamdemic abuses of the past <a href="https://www.theatlantic.com/science/archive/2022/05/bill-gatess-plan-save-world-next-pandemic/629826/" target="_blank">nor the New World Order crowd's future proposals</a> are even on the Electorate's collective radar-screen. No opinion polls reflect any major public concern over the issue, and the only presidential candidate of any standing talking about it has been Robert Kennedy, who has failed to generate much interest. Probably half of the American population doesn't even know who Kennedy is anyway and could care less.</span></span></p><p><span style="font-size: medium;"></span></p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><span style="font-size: medium;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj-ApjBa3xpV8L8Lx7h4iyB6QxaQ06kGwq7gFOqK13dVJxks7YKlp-kx5xovpCVxExWwkaKCdqCJR_EH-j5LChLtpAU1fQX66sPZop69d37Fg0cD_2RyPNNeHroZ3gLOXIRTouu-wyo_QZ0-6ZtzIhtpBdL2yPEYT_KG1JOWRUx9Mcb14uZaAA9Jh_tjEEJ/s300/images%20(4).jpg" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="168" data-original-width="300" height="224" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj-ApjBa3xpV8L8Lx7h4iyB6QxaQ06kGwq7gFOqK13dVJxks7YKlp-kx5xovpCVxExWwkaKCdqCJR_EH-j5LChLtpAU1fQX66sPZop69d37Fg0cD_2RyPNNeHroZ3gLOXIRTouu-wyo_QZ0-6ZtzIhtpBdL2yPEYT_KG1JOWRUx9Mcb14uZaAA9Jh_tjEEJ/w400-h224/images%20(4).jpg" width="400" /></a></span></div><span style="font-size: medium;"><br /><span style="font-family: georgia;"> Scamdemic abuses <i>should </i>be a campaign issue: obviously political leaders who, on behalf of their Wall Street Overlords, participated in such a massive suppression of human rights and such an egregious transfer of wealth---not to mention ongoing national health concerns over pushing untested vaccines---certainly shouldn't be entrusted with <i>any </i>degree of political power again. In fact, they should have to answer for their multitudinous crimes instead of silly Congressional inquisitions about a protest or absurd witch-hunts about alleged 'anti-Semitism.' Of course, that would presume a State where people actually cared about their liberties and a political class willing to uphold them: neither of which we possess today in the United States. In 2022, <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Steve_Sisolak#2022_failed_re-election_campaign" target="_blank">only one lockdown tyrant lost his position</a> as governor, and even <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Joe_Lombardo#Political_positions" target="_blank">he lost to a disgusting RINO</a>. 2021 saw <a href="https://nightwind777.blogspot.com/2021/11/rinos-romp-in-virginia.html" target="_blank">a similar election trend</a>. </span></span><p></p><p><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: georgia;"> Instead, both political machines and the Madison Avenue shylocks managing their campaigns would prefer that the public either remains in a state of blissful apathy or focused on distractions, while demonizing each other's camps for public consumption while working together behind the scenes. This way, nothing upsets public tranquility too much and the Great Reset can go on unabated. </span></span></p><p><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: georgia;"> </span></span></p>The Night Windhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/05288746952754043429noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5677268555273537920.post-35403271973550215272024-03-02T17:27:00.000-08:002024-03-02T17:27:29.805-08:00DO WE REALLY NEED ANOTHER 'NATIONAL EMERGENCY'?<p> <span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> Our immigration system in the United States has been dysfunctional for a long time. Over the years, there have been many stop-gaps, and other patchwork legislation to address the problems without ever really solving much of anything. In spite of that---and in spite of contemporary propaganda---we don't have as serious a problem in that sphere as many other countries; and <b>yes</b>, that includes <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Illegal_immigration_to_China#:~:text=The%20Chinese%20government%20has%20instituted,Laos%20and%20Africans%20in%20Guangzhou." target="_blank">China</a> and <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Illegal_immigration_to_Mexico" target="_blank">Mexico</a>. </span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> During our quadrennial Election Year showcases, the issue comes up regularly and serves as a useful distraction from our multitudinous other problems which the American Political Class is making no effort to solve. This week, the President-in-Exile and the current figurehead of the Junta both visited the US-Mexico Border---as if we don't have a northern border and two seacoasts which are under-defended too. What Biden had to say was about typical for a Neoliberal Democrat. The concerning is what has been coming from the Controlled Opposition on the subject. Because they have so few other issues or accomplishments to promote, the 'Border Crisis' has been hyped to a truly dangerous degree. They bombard us routinely with talk of <i>'an invasion' </i>and their media outlets nearly every day focus on some crime committed by an illegal immigrant, in much the same way that the Mainstream Media focuses on shootings to promote their anti-2nd Amendment agendas.</span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> The Republicans are proposing (and actually doing where they can) some very draconian policies aimed at immigration enforcement. I think that we ought to think back to a little recent history and <i>think a little bit </i>about how the GOP has dealt with these kinds of things.</span></p><p></p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh_ROf6oz_BQL8sM8awTeuFxgfApJX5LvOd2LWSsmpCBzwUyMOGhZtgMIeTiARGdZ3D6tmjvbod3Arra6Nzp4cazJLRiL9GK38QiGorAr7XSEah_9mVZgaokTC4O3VUCdn3qg2wNie0ieR46DEJTDkYAv9-FVnfTYyJFZDl_nlkaqVjLubH-B21DE9jNM1M/s320/1d7.jpg" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="320" data-original-width="320" height="320" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh_ROf6oz_BQL8sM8awTeuFxgfApJX5LvOd2LWSsmpCBzwUyMOGhZtgMIeTiARGdZ3D6tmjvbod3Arra6Nzp4cazJLRiL9GK38QiGorAr7XSEah_9mVZgaokTC4O3VUCdn3qg2wNie0ieR46DEJTDkYAv9-FVnfTYyJFZDl_nlkaqVjLubH-B21DE9jNM1M/s1600/1d7.jpg" width="320" /></a></div><br /><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> 1. George Bush Sr. declared that the drug problem in the US was 'a national emergency' and proceeded to decimate Constitutional protections against unaccountable police power and eviscerated many of our privacy laws---especially relating to financial privacy.</span><p></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> 2. George Bush Jr. declared 'a national emergency' after the 9/11 terrorist attacks and proceeded to create a Surveillance State and revoked many of the laws on Government transparency.</span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> 3. Over the objections of President Trump and, initially, several Democrats, Republican Governors invoked 'a state of emergency' over a flu outbreak; suspended legislatures, imposed curfews, ruled by decree, illegally sealed State borders, and were the first to order mask mandates. </span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> Now is it any wonder that, in 2024, claims of 'a national emergency' over immigration sound about as dangerous as the Left's claims of a 'climate emergency?' </span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> The Republicans are talking seriously about establishing internment camps, mass-deportations, crack-downs on businesses hiring illegals and charitable organizations trying to aid them, and some even more violent measures have been suggested. Now, why isn't anybody asking the obvious questions here?</span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> The measures that the Republicans are proposing couldn't help but expand the powers of the Police/Surveillance State radically. To prove legal status would almost require some kind of National Identification Papers. Private homes and businesses would be subject to having their doors kicked in (moreso than they already are) on mere allegations. Police checkpoints could re-surface after being overturned by the Courts after some earlier GOP-led 'emergency.' Financial snooping would necessarily expand too: and the Republicans haven't expressed much opposition to (actually many support) a transition to Digital Currency. </span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> As usual, Americans tend to act first and think later; and most are assuming---just like they assumed before---that such <i>tough new measures </i>only will effect <i>other people. "If you're not doing anything wrong, you've got to worry about?" </i>they snort, just like they said before about drug dealers and terrorists being the only ones who had anything to fear. </span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> The problem with all of these Bush-era Republicans is that they fail to understand that <i>the use of government force </i>is the last---not the first---option that civilized societies resort to when solving problems. Even then, it is to be used with as much restraint as possible---a concept that has been observed since the time of St. Augustine. This is also conspicuously absent from Republican political discourse: they seem to take a perverse delight not only in employing power but in employing it as ruthlessly and disproportionately as possible. It's no argument to say <i>'Oh, but the Liberals do it too!'</i> We're supposed to be different from them. </span><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: georgia;">Ever since Bush's </span><i style="font-family: georgia;">kinder, gentler America, </i><span style="font-family: georgia;">our side has countered the extremism of the Left with even more extremism and it hasn't worked either in practical results or in winning popular support. </span></span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: large;"> </span><span style="font-family: georgia;"><span style="font-size: medium;"> In fact, these heavy-handed tactics have actually caused more problems at the Border than they have solved. Criminal gangs and terrorists are a lot more likely to risk being gunned down by government thugs than ordinary asylum-seekers or laborers. This is exactly what happened during Bush's War on Drugs: the corner drug-dealers disappeared while vicious cut-throat cartels took over entire neighborhoods. </span></span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia;"><span style="font-size: medium;"> Likewise, most of the migrants surging at the Border are coming from countries under the thumb of Wall Street/Beltway interests. Either they are from countries languishing under draconian sanctions (e.g. Venezuela, Cuba) or countries whose governments have imported American cultural and economic <i>exceptionalism </i>and have eroded their working classes like ours have been (e.g. El Salvador, Haiti). </span></span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia;"><span style="font-size: medium;"> There are ways to fix our immigration and border-control problems without stripping Americans of what few freedoms we still possess. Any political movement depending on Force and Fear to govern is not a movement we should support under any circumstances.</span></span></p><p></p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEihPRBWlU1afv3B_Jsg2n0xEtIJv2t-naw3bRdO5eV9gvbYRDkyNtU2MFk2AvPha1dqKsFcUyUl4p1SZ7lolI4ny9JMAAekbagDZvhe0szMHJ10IoTvjrMDiVMovPN6HXcEqqDH7Z11lIUZTknEPrFQlLRnfDW-HkGhcACgrVs2U-zcL4BuMYmDwQdSi-_z/s850/57-19-81.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="400" data-original-width="850" height="189" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEihPRBWlU1afv3B_Jsg2n0xEtIJv2t-naw3bRdO5eV9gvbYRDkyNtU2MFk2AvPha1dqKsFcUyUl4p1SZ7lolI4ny9JMAAekbagDZvhe0szMHJ10IoTvjrMDiVMovPN6HXcEqqDH7Z11lIUZTknEPrFQlLRnfDW-HkGhcACgrVs2U-zcL4BuMYmDwQdSi-_z/w400-h189/57-19-81.jpg" width="400" /></a></div><br /><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: large;"><br /></span><p></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: large;"> </span></p>The Night Windhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/05288746952754043429noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5677268555273537920.post-71298392027933555992024-03-01T03:42:00.000-08:002024-03-01T03:42:33.318-08:00WHY THE SILENCE FROM THE CHURCHIAN RIGHT?<p> <span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> Compared to just a few weeks ago, it seems as though the Civil War in Palestine has dropped out of the news cycle. The war is still going on; but it seems as though the Controlled Opposition sites have forgotten about it. It wasn't that long ago that anybody who didn't stand with the Zionists were <i>'anti-Semites' </i>and that this was <i>'Israel's 9/11'---</i>and what happened to <i>the <a href="https://nightwind777.blogspot.com/2023/10/return-of-meme-wars.html" target="_blank">West's War for Existence</a>?' </i>Why aren't we getting daily reminders any more that <i>'there are no innocents in Gaza' </i>or that <i><a href="https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2023/nov/10/florida-republican-michelle-salzman-palestine#:~:text=The%20assault%20came%20after%20Hamas,How%20many%20will%20be%20enough%3F%E2%80%9D" target="_blank">'the world won't be safe until every Palestinian is dead?'</a></i></span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> The war is about to enter its fifth month, and several things are being abundantly clear: to the point where Neocon and Churchian apologists for the Zionists can't make excuses any longer. The first cause is the bravery of the Palestinian people, who've stood off a vastly superior military (armed and trained by our Pentagon) and inflicted heavy casualties on the Zionist fanatics that even their stranglehold on the Media can no longer hide. The Palestinians have won the admiration of the civilized world for refusing to submit in the face of unparalleled barbarity.</span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> The second reason is that that very barbarism itself is becoming increasingly more difficult to gloss over. Videos of <a href="https://www.moonofalabama.org/2024/02/the-picture-shows-one-man-and-one-zionist.html" target="_blank">IDF goons commandeering houses of worship and gloating over torture they've committed there</a>; their drunken soldiers dancing and celebrating over their kill-counts; medical crews intentionally murdered; journalists targeted for assassination; elderly people shot down in church doorways: this is becoming an apparent strain on even the tolerance levels of American Churchian hypocrites. This weekend, the <i>"bulwark of Western democratic values" </i>engaged in a Canadian-style brutality, <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LbZsAbTttD8" target="_blank">crushing a protest by Israeli citizens</a>. </span></p><p></p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiwCA_sVKzAmF292D73bzy047zUanp9nRZM1vb5UxvN1gsBKFcC4a-IDZdI4q2Pfsm0XYGgShKrHJmTtg3DYwMMuj0tcAdDtz4wZc5ekCkv1ZMHZvnHRJcJYxkywjMWrPTLaAW5Qfw9G41di1fP1n_E2Epmm54_4GNMliPwY9If6haU35g-Ui75DLKR7RgH/s796/Capture43.PNG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="533" data-original-width="796" height="268" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiwCA_sVKzAmF292D73bzy047zUanp9nRZM1vb5UxvN1gsBKFcC4a-IDZdI4q2Pfsm0XYGgShKrHJmTtg3DYwMMuj0tcAdDtz4wZc5ekCkv1ZMHZvnHRJcJYxkywjMWrPTLaAW5Qfw9G41di1fP1n_E2Epmm54_4GNMliPwY9If6haU35g-Ui75DLKR7RgH/w400-h268/Capture43.PNG" width="400" /></a></div><br /><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"><br /></span><p></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> As if there was already a level of depravity that the Zionists hadn't reached, they managed to crown all of their crimes on Thursday by massacring<a href="https://www.rt.com/news/593470-idf-shoot-gaza-hungry-crowd/" target="_blank"> a group of Palestinian civilians under a flag of truce and truckloads of humanitarian aid</a>. Last week, the Regime began targeting and expelling UN and other humanitarian aid groups, taking over the responsibility themselves. As the convoys reached the aid center, </span><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"><i>“Numerous people fell from the trucks while attempting to take a bag of flour, and many others were targeted while carrying a carton of canned goods or a bag of flour to feed their starving family members.” </i>Ismail al-Ghoul, a reporter with Al Jazeera said.<i> "After opening fire on them, Israeli tanks ran over dead and injured people and that ambulances were unable to reach the scene because the roads are totally destroyed.” </i>Another eyewitness noted that: <i>"</i></span><span style="background-color: white;"><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"><i>IDF troops opened fire twice – waiting until the first aid-seekers had returned to the truck from hiding to shoot them again." </i>About 112 people were killed and nearly 1,000 wounded in this latest atrocity.</span></span></p><p><span style="background-color: white;"><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> Since the revolt began on October 7th, we've put the question out to any Christians in the Western world how they can justify Israel's actions. So far, no takers: and it doesn't appear as if there will be. The postmodern Churchian Right has difficulty enough justifying its own actions against Christ's teachings, let alone anybody else's.</span></span></p><p><span style="background-color: white;"><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> The really dangerous thing is that what we're seeing in Israel is, essentially, what these <i>Christian Nationalists </i>---or whatever they call themselves--- advocating for in this country being put into actual practice. It's one thing to play an <i>Alpha </i>on a keyboard, but the situation in Palestine is a real-life demonstration of those ideologies carried out to their logical conclusions. This may be another reason why the Controlled Opposition is avoiding too much discussion about Gaza these days: with an election coming up, people might start noticing a few too many similarities. Worse still (for them), they might <a href="https://nightwind777.blogspot.com/2024/02/primaries-cpac-and-great-reset.html" target="_blank">start connecting the dots between Israel, the Republican Party, and the Great Reset</a>.</span></span></p><p><span style="background-color: white;"><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> Americans need to stop ignoring the situation in Palestine and, if nothing else, look very closely at the Regime running Israel and what they are doing, because that is the future of our own country if the Neocons and their Alt-Right confederates manage to regain power. If anybody doubts that this is so, look at our US Congress and most Republican-controlled State Legislatures. We look in vain for politicians working for the benefit of all Americans: instead we see kowtowing to the Corporations, draconian laws, and endless inquisitions and Lawfare against </span></span><span style="background-color: white;"><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;">political opponents. In short, they are no better than the Left, and arguably worse in many respects. Combined with their overheated rhetoric, it's not difficult to envision a Netanyahu-style Regime evolving here under the banner of 'Conservatism.' Most Americans even believe that Israel is a 'right-wing' government, when in reality it's at least as far Left as Macron, King Charles, or Justin Trudeau have made their Regimes. There isn't a single </span><i style="font-family: georgia;"><span style="font-size: medium;">Blue State</span></i><i style="font-family: georgia; font-size: large;"> </i><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;">in America that wouldn't be preferable to living in Israel. </span></span></p><p><span style="background-color: white;"><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> What we desperately need in the United States is an actual Conservative party again. This isn't likely to happen until Christians and Conservatives start assuming some responsibility for self-government and start behaving like Christians again instead of adherents of the Cult of the Super-Man. </span></span></p><p><span style="background-color: white; font-family: georgia; font-size: large;"> </span></p><p><span style="background-color: white;"><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"><br /></span></span></p><p><span style="background-color: white;"><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"><i> </i></span></span></p>The Night Windhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/05288746952754043429noreply@blogger.com2tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5677268555273537920.post-80649659291628675052024-02-29T11:43:00.000-08:002024-02-29T11:43:58.512-08:00REAGAN-APPOINTED JUDGE SWATS DOWN GREG ABBOTT<p> <span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> It's a rare thing these days when a Conservative scores a victory for Liberty over the Reactionary Republicans. On Thursday, Federal Judge David Ezra---who was appointed to the Federal Bench by Ronald Reagan---<a href="https://www.khou.com/article/news/local/texas/texas-immigration-law-senate-bill-4-ruling/285-c54372ec-33ab-48f1-b6f9-f157d3d20ae8" target="_blank">blocked a Texas law scheduled to go into effect next week</a> which drastically would have expanded Police State powers under the pretext of fighting illegal immigration. If the law had gone into effect, it would have </span><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;">authorized any and all law enforcement to arrest, and judges to order removed, anyone merely <i>suspected</i> of having entered Texas without presenting identification papers. </span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> </span><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"><span style="background-color: white; font-style: italic;"> "I </span><span style="background-color: white;"><i>fear that the United States could become a confederation of states enforcing their own immigration laws. That is the same thing the Civil War said you can’t do," </i>Ezra told the State's attorneys.</span></span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"><span style="background-color: white;"> </span></span></p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj55l2arTKQIhecHB6w4NdSjtV9tBFXCTDSdOblq6WLizFUbVxx7NuF_etQ4jWRNy7xqewJU1Ar16Xni5sNZBxSYqOVwuXhgSli4hX8jgWYKTkOifQcfPUQ6vuqZkh1oASRfqWu1HCIiiFHOw7SPczQUu28RYrUDYxuiPKeh-h1hVmcAHGqVvMw4q0xRGCF/s275/David_A._Ezra,_U.S._District_Court_Judge.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="275" data-original-width="220" height="320" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj55l2arTKQIhecHB6w4NdSjtV9tBFXCTDSdOblq6WLizFUbVxx7NuF_etQ4jWRNy7xqewJU1Ar16Xni5sNZBxSYqOVwuXhgSli4hX8jgWYKTkOifQcfPUQ6vuqZkh1oASRfqWu1HCIiiFHOw7SPczQUu28RYrUDYxuiPKeh-h1hVmcAHGqVvMw4q0xRGCF/w256-h320/David_A._Ezra,_U.S._District_Court_Judge.jpg" width="256" /></a></span></div><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"><br /></span><p></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"><span style="background-color: white;"> A similar law attempted by so-called 'Conservatives' in Arizona was struck down in 2012. Similar laws to Texas' were being proposed by other Neocon thugs in Florida, North Carolina, and Louisiana. What ought to shame American Conservatives is that an Attorney for the Texas ACLU had more of a Conservative statement than they have:</span></span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"><span style="background-color: white;"> <i> </i></span></span><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"><i>“The federal court’s decision confirms over a century of Supreme Court precedent, affirming that immigration enforcement is squarely within the federal government’s authority. S.B. 4 is a blatantly unconstitutional attempt to bypass federal law."</i></span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"><i> </i>Not only is it not a Conservative value to usurp the United States Constitution whenever it's convenient: it's also hardly a Conservative position to authorize police forces to stop and detain anyone at will and demand they present identification papers. Unfortunately, today, we don't have anything like an actual Conservative party anymore: since the first Bush Administration, Conservatives have felt totally at ease with expanding the Police/Surveillance State whenever one of their gauleiters declare <i>"a national emergency." </i>We saw it again and again: during the Drug War; post-9/11; the Scamdemic---today it's <i>"an immigrant invasion" </i>which is just about as fake a pretext as the others were. </span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> The Neocons and their Alpha Alt-Right confederates believe (so they say) in smaller government, so naturally all of these tight new immigration laws they have planned will be farmed out <a href="https://nightwind777.blogspot.com/2022/04/illegal-immigration-and-fake.html" target="_blank">to private prison and security industries, which give this party a lot of financial support</a>. Some of the policies that they've been yakking about during the 2024 campaign would involve a massive expansion of the Police State; including mandatory identification papers, detention camps, criminalizing religious and charitable institutions, and likely facilitate the shift to digital currency <i>"to combat workplaces hiring illegals," </i>of course. </span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> A real Conservative position would be to enact sensible immigration laws, with amnesty for those already here and contributing, a stronger presence at our borders, and shutting down swine like George Soros and <a href="https://nightwind777.blogspot.com/2024/01/pro-israel-neocons-get-caught-funding.html" target="_blank">his Neocon pals</a> who are creating Border surges. But that wouldn't be <i>Alpha </i>enough for our new breed of <i>realistic </i>Republicans: as <a href="https://nightwind777.blogspot.com/2024/02/primaries-cpac-and-great-reset.html" target="_blank">we saw in our last post</a>, they are just as committed to destroying democracy as the Left is---provided that <i>they</i> get to destroy it and be the power-brokers themselves instead. </span></p><p></p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhsf8ApamWS_hl0Mkp2PnjQ62lAEWQNv3C7gf1_VAwig48QhocNvK_WiNO1vSYh7AlzPXeXcGeji1yt5A8GPn_JEoK56XK3BqY-kGAmU9GDbCVPLpNYFCk4yqmTGHi8T1S9y6I4VGG7tnfs70EfTvgdXVZuJM-4CrF1-jPzNyhQJhS_XyWL1TR67iWw7-hM/s327/download%20(5).jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="154" data-original-width="327" height="189" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhsf8ApamWS_hl0Mkp2PnjQ62lAEWQNv3C7gf1_VAwig48QhocNvK_WiNO1vSYh7AlzPXeXcGeji1yt5A8GPn_JEoK56XK3BqY-kGAmU9GDbCVPLpNYFCk4yqmTGHi8T1S9y6I4VGG7tnfs70EfTvgdXVZuJM-4CrF1-jPzNyhQJhS_XyWL1TR67iWw7-hM/w400-h189/download%20(5).jpg" width="400" /></a></div><br /><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"><br /></span><p></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> </span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"><br /></span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> </span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> </span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"><span style="background-color: white;"><br /></span></span></p>The Night Windhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/05288746952754043429noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5677268555273537920.post-39723915328109113712024-02-26T12:39:00.000-08:002024-02-28T19:36:51.048-08:00PRIMARIES, CPAC, AND THE GREAT RESET<p> <span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> So the Controlled Opposition today is brimming with excitement because the President-in-Exile won the South Carolina Primary, although again by a less wide margin than <i>experts </i>had predicted. WEF Young Global Leader Nikki Haley is staying in the race; and her WEF cohort, Vivek Ramaswamy finished at the top of a CPAC poll for potential Vice-Presidents. Trump is also being pressured to <i>celebrate diversity </i>and Tim Scott---one of the biggest grifters in the Senate---was suggested; as was WEF Young Global Leader Tulsi Gabbard and Sarah Palin clone, Kristi Noem. It seems as though the Deep State is hedging its bets here again; they realize that they can't stop Trump from being nominated: so after failing to get a replacement, they're focusing on his successor. In the unlikely event that Trump actually wins the 2024 Election, recall that he is 77 years old and that <i>accidents can happen</i> to people of that age. </span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> For whatever their words are worth, the pollsters at Quinnepac released a poll showing that the SC Primary didn't help much: for the first time in a while Biden is leading Trump by a narrow margin. This might not mean much, but the <i>little detail </i>that everyone is ignoring is that the same poll showed Biden <i>losing</i> by a more substantial margin if he was matched against Nikki Haley. </span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> Those poll results show that things really aren't boding well for a 'Red Wave' in November, because what it really highlights is something that we've been warning about since 2021: <i>the GOP's shift to the Far Right is <b>not</b> going to win them support. </i>To underscore this point, consider that the Republican-controlled Congress' approval ratings are barely into double-digits; and while Biden's approval ratings are nothing to brag about, they are about 300% higher than what the GOP 'leadership' has been able to muster. </span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> In their headlong rush to self-destruction, the Republican Party took a decisive turn to the hard Right at the CPAC convention over the weekend. </span><span style="background-color: white; font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;">Shady provocateur Jack Posobiec opened the proceedings by stating:</span><span style="background-color: white; font-family: georgia; font-size: large;"> </span><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"><span style="background-color: white; font-style: italic;">"</span><span style="background-color: white;"><i>Welcome to the end of democracy. We are here to overthrow it completely. We did not get there all the way on Jan 6, but we will endeavor to get rid of it." </i>This got a round of applause from the crowd. </span></span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> Since the Biden/Harris Junta has alienated American Moslems by their slavish support for Zionism, the Republicans decided to sabotage their (once) growing support among Latinos by advocating Zionist-style tactics against Hispanics' relatives at home and abroad. Alt-Right figure Stephen Miller said:</span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> <i>"</i></span><span style="background-color: white;"><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"><i>The immigration issue is extremely simple. The simple part is seal the border, deport all the illegals. You would establish large-scale staging grounds for removal flights. So you would grab illegal immigrants and then you move them to the staging grounds, and that’s where the planes are waiting for federal law enforcement to then move these illegals home… You deputize the National Guard to carry out immigration enforcement and then you also deploy the military to the southern border, not just with a mission to observe, but with an impedance and denial mission. In other words, you reassert the fundamental constitutional principle that you don’t have a right to enter into our sovereign territory to even request the asylum claim. The military has the right to establish a fortress position on the border, and to say, 'No one can cross here at all.'" </i>(Except, of course, when other countries defend <b>their </b>borders, but we digress). </span></span></p><p><span style="background-color: white;"><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> Tom Homan, former Commissar of the corrupt ICE agency said of a future GOP Administration:</span></span></p><p><span style="background-color: white;"><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> <i>"</i></span></span><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"><span style="background-color: white; font-style: italic;">He will abolish the criminal cartels in Mexico. He will take them on, because the country of Mexico is not doing a damn thing about the cartels who have killed more Americans than any terrorist organization. President Trump will declare them a terrorist organization, he will send a Hellfire rocket down there and he will take the cartels out… There </span><span style="background-color: white; font-style: italic;">has to be</span><span style="background-color: white;"><i> an historic deportation operation. It has to be that way, there is no other option. It’s the right thing to do." </i>(We've all seen how well American missile barrages have worked in the Middle East, but we digress). </span></span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"><span style="background-color: white;"> Bush Machine toady Congressman Dan Bishop of North Carolina chimed in: <i>"</i></span></span><span style="background-color: white;"><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"><i>The significance of what you just said Stephen, and all the things you just laid out, we got to have a president to do it, but you also cannot proceed in a way in which you are tentative and unsure. The idea that you deport everybody… that’s just cause. It’s obvious because that’s what has to occur. Our nation’s survival depends on that sort of aggressiveness in asserting ourselves."</i></span></span></p><p><span style="background-color: white;"><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"><i> </i>Along with effusive praise for Israeli strongman and WEF member Benjamin Netanyahu, Argentine President (and also a WEF member) Javier Milei made an appearance. Milei, a </span></span><span style="background-color: white;"><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;">self-described anarcho-capitalist who wielded a chainsaw during his campaign last year to signal his plans to disembowel Argentina’s government and sell as much of the country off to Wall Street as humanly possible, was joined by Salvadoran strongman </span></span><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="background-color: white; color: #2a2a2a; font-family: PublicoText, Georgia, "Publico Text", "Times New Roman", Times, Baskerville;">Nayib Bukele, </span><span style="background-color: white; font-family: georgia;"><a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bitcoin_in_El_Salvador" target="_blank">who is a strong advocate for digital IDs and currency. </a></span></span></p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh9IaBVrtQX7j-ATKAYcsrrsu3QPCqqbnPOjLglNqUOjpROFjiCkNdPoGghkVg5MjnwSCIzptd9D5TIZLxUnkn0ikFJ3l8llJrFZpy1lEP7-PXvztwBqoAW8oWRFQby519pBj3w881paf1nLBFkWYDrPzFKsaSWNG6P4CxrWNWFoZV9aBQ5rMMGoHqLwk5G/s897/Capture9087.PNG" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="639" data-original-width="897" height="285" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh9IaBVrtQX7j-ATKAYcsrrsu3QPCqqbnPOjLglNqUOjpROFjiCkNdPoGghkVg5MjnwSCIzptd9D5TIZLxUnkn0ikFJ3l8llJrFZpy1lEP7-PXvztwBqoAW8oWRFQby519pBj3w881paf1nLBFkWYDrPzFKsaSWNG6P4CxrWNWFoZV9aBQ5rMMGoHqLwk5G/w400-h285/Capture9087.PNG" width="400" /></a></div><br /><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> So let us analyze what we're being sold here. The Biden/Harris Junta is dangerous for the country, that is a fact. That the Junta is a figurehead for Globalist Corporate Cartels is also a fact. The antidote for this, we're told is:</span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> 1. A more militarized Police and Surveillance State to combat the <i>national emergency </i>of illegal immigration (like the Left did during the Scamdemic).</span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> 2. Setting up Federal Detention Camps (like the Left proposed to do the unvaxxed). </span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> 3. Holding up foreign dictators as role models (like the Left does with Ukraine and Canada).</span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> 4. Unilaterally bombing other countries who don't kowtow to the Deep State's demands (like the Left does in the Middle East).</span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> 5. Promoting WEF Young Global Leaders to positions of power (like the Left does across the board).</span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> 6. Sealing the borders (like the Left did during the Scamdemic).</span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> 7. Committing to <b>overthrowing democracy </b>(like the Left is also committed to doing).</span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> It should be obvious to anybody that we have no Conservative party in America at all any more: what we have are Neocons and Alt-Rightists who are exposing themselves for what they really are: <b><i>the Reactionary Left. </i></b></span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> In other words, all of this nonsense is only for show and the Oligarchy wins either way. Either they get an authoritarian government who does their bidding and calls it a 'popular mandate;' or the Republicans get wiped out again and the Junta goes forward with the Great Reset because they have a 'popular mandate.' Maintaining the illusion of a having a Popular Mandate for their schemes is the only reason that the Oligarchs permit us to have Elections any more in the first place. </span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"><br /></span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"><span style="background-color: white;"> </span></span></p>The Night Windhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/05288746952754043429noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5677268555273537920.post-14068720291795412862024-02-23T00:25:00.000-08:002024-02-23T00:25:21.618-08:00NOW IT'S THE CRANES <p> <span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;">So cranes are in the news now, yet another in the seemingly endless <i>China Threat </i>that the Government-Media Complex has been using recently to distract American attention from our multitudinous domestic and international failures. On Wednesday, the Biden/Harris Junta by Executive Order <i>"</i></span><span style="background-color: white;"><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"><i>announced a plan to invest billions in domestic manufacturing of cranes, citing concerns that Chinese-made cranes could pose a potential national-security risk." </i></span></span></p><p><span style="background-color: white;"><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"><i> </i>At first, this sounded hopeful. With all of the hysteria about Chinese-owned farmland, I hoped that would mean that the production of Crane Potato Chips was coming back. They were my favorite during my childhood years (OK, unless readers are over 45 and grew up in the Midwest, you probably don't remember those 😇)</span></span></p><p><span style="background-color: white;"></span></p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg70sB64hjajgukYiXcHluyJ_S2LMdZOUDXozvRsZFTUBUQwtG_6WBiqXgYIKzv4nyY64OH47iiaAD0hheGw0LymT-etA71hFLr8-4T2tIUndC4jnHVIBAtHqhcG7F_fCtZKqSpYhkGLYAJE8UkHio0Wvp3-8DAw3sB0lKJwYqg7Q8oHXvN1LIqTVwlbWTM/s1600/600.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1600" data-original-width="1200" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg70sB64hjajgukYiXcHluyJ_S2LMdZOUDXozvRsZFTUBUQwtG_6WBiqXgYIKzv4nyY64OH47iiaAD0hheGw0LymT-etA71hFLr8-4T2tIUndC4jnHVIBAtHqhcG7F_fCtZKqSpYhkGLYAJE8UkHio0Wvp3-8DAw3sB0lKJwYqg7Q8oHXvN1LIqTVwlbWTM/w300-h400/600.jpg" width="300" /></a></div><br /><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> Sadly, we learned that this Executive Order<a href="https://maritime-executive.com/article/us-increases-port-cybersecurity-citing-threat-of-chinese-cargo-cranes" target="_blank"> had to do with <i>cargo cranes </i>at American ports</a>.</span><span style="background-color: white;"><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"><i> </i></span></span><span style="background-color: white;"><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"><i>“Every day malicious cyber actors attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Marine Transportation System’s control systems and networks,” </i>thundered a White House spokesxhe, <i>"</i></span></span><span style="background-color: white;"><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"><i>the administration is highlighting a plan to invest over $20 billion over the next five years in port infrastructure including an effort to reestablish domestic crane manufacturing to end Chinese dominance in large cargo cranes."</i></span></span><p></p><p><span style="background-color: white;"><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"><i> </i>This latest round of hysteria <a href="https://www.globaltimes.cn/page/202402/1307516.shtml" target="_blank">originated in the Controlled Opposition media outlet, <i>The Wall Street Journal </i></a>about nine months ago. Though Murdoch's mouthpieces had nothing but praise two decades ago when the Bush Administration was fast-tracking Chinese inclusion into the World Trade Organization and couldn't seem to uproot and outsource American manufacturing communities to China fast enough, these days Chinese-manufactured cranes are a <i>"Trojan Horse" </i>and another of those nebulous <i>national security threats. </i></span></span></p><p><span style="background-color: white;"><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"><i> </i>Now, since the US hasn't invested anything---from infrastructure to education--- on heavy-equipment manufacturing in decades, one might logically inquire who is going to build cranes in America?</span></span></p><p><span style="background-color: white;"><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> We learned today that the Junta has already tapped San Diego-based Paceco Corporation as the recipient of this sudden commitment to <i>Making America Great Again. </i>However, there is one small detail, that the anti-China hawks seem to be overlooking: Paceco is <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mitsui_Engineering_%26_Shipbuilding" target="_blank">a subsidiary of a Japanese-owned industrial consortium, at the top of which sits WEF Top 100 Strategic Partner and major corporate component of the Japanese Deep State, </a><i><a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mitsui_Engineering_%26_Shipbuilding" target="_blank">Mitsubishi Heavy Industries.</a> </i></span></span></p><p><span style="background-color: white;"><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"><i> </i>Isn't it interesting how many of these policies and programs always seem to lead back to the same people? Just a <i>coincidence </i>too, that this Executive Order and suspiciously <i>well-prepared </i>deal with Paceco just happened to take place <a href="https://www.mofa.go.jp/a_o/na2/pageite_000001_00002.html" target="_blank">while a high-level summit was going on in Tokyo</a> between the US, Japan, and South Korea, we should suppose. </span></span></p><p><span style="background-color: white;"></span></p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhw67PteutWtFYTznE2aUANLqwexK1Ax-wV6pDjYvJur5idmJupg9m2KIKWz4VzB4taKGmtUIbkOLaEiew6AuSRB34vp0RwHCwBsvKFn4cnDBQ7XXfL1O2-x3McKdwhrOGbgOdpjtNnButvEGNHytRyV4EnAiQw3KPC09x0INJVMyDBdnvCD6EZ-WBchyphenhyphenft/s466/WWII-warning.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="466" data-original-width="362" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhw67PteutWtFYTznE2aUANLqwexK1Ax-wV6pDjYvJur5idmJupg9m2KIKWz4VzB4taKGmtUIbkOLaEiew6AuSRB34vp0RwHCwBsvKFn4cnDBQ7XXfL1O2-x3McKdwhrOGbgOdpjtNnButvEGNHytRyV4EnAiQw3KPC09x0INJVMyDBdnvCD6EZ-WBchyphenhyphenft/w311-h400/WWII-warning.jpg" width="311" /></a></div><br /><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> At the time that the WSJ article appeared, <a href="https://maritime-executive.com/article/american-ports-dismiss-chinese-spy-cranes-as-media-sensationalism" target="_blank">it was hooted down widely by engineers and others of the few remaining American authorities on ports and supply-chains</a>. But American Liberals and Conservatives seem to be able to become <i>very bipartisan</i> when certain Corporate interests snap their fingers; and a public gullible enough to believe that Chinese weather balloons and <i>Tik-Tok </i>threaten <i>our way of life </i>can be convinced of about anything. </span><p></p><p><span style="background-color: white;"><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> Granted, we <i>should </i>be manufacturing things like heavy equipment in America again, and American companies <i>should </i>be controlling such ventures, and American universities <i>should </i>be training competent engineers again. Wishful thinking aside, however, we can't simply wave a magic wand (or sign an Executive Order) and make all of that happen tomorrow. It would take years of national planning and investment---which there is no political or social will to do---so replacing Chinese cranes will have to rely upon supplies from some other foreign power. So, America takes the usual course: transferring wealth from one entity to the Crony Capitalists and propping up the popular illusion that American Industry is really making a comeback.</span></span></p><p><span style="background-color: white;"><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> </span></span></p><p><span style="background-color: white;"><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"><i> </i></span></span></p>The Night Windhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/05288746952754043429noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5677268555273537920.post-51221797392940061162024-02-22T06:40:00.000-08:002024-02-22T06:40:09.131-08:00PARENTING EXPERTS JAILED FOR CHILD ABUSE<p> <span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;">In Utah yesterday, two principles of a <i>Youtube </i>vlog channel were <a href="https://www.rt.com/news/592848-us-youtube-influencer-jailed/" target="_blank">sentenced to between 4-16 years in the State Penitentiary on multiple charges of Child Abuse</a>. Ruby Franke and Counselor Jodi Hildebrandt were jailed last Fall after a 12 year-old escaped and was discovered begging for food and water. <i style="background-color: white;">"</i></span><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"><i style="background-color: white;">The child had been bound with duct tape and had visible open wounds as a result of being tied with rope," </i><span style="background-color: white;">according to police. The two accused ran a vlog on so-called <i>traditional parenting </i>called <i>8 Passengers, </i>which had 2,300,000 subscribers.</span></span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"><span style="background-color: white;"> </span></span><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"><i><span style="background-color: white;">"The children were regularly denied food, water, beds to sleep in, and virtually all forms of entertainment," Prosecutor Eric Clarke said. "They were isolated from others, and were hidden when people came to visit the house. </span><span style="background-color: white;">They were also forced to do manual labor outdoors in the extreme summer heat, at times without shoes or socks. Both children had extensive physical injuries from the abuse that required hospitalization. T</span><span style="background-color: white;">he children were emotionally abused to the extent that each believed, to some degree, that they deserved what was being done to them. </span><span style="background-color: white;">Heaven knows how much longer they could have survived in that situation."</span></i></span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"><span style="background-color: white;"><i> </i>Unsurprisingly, until police moved in, <i>nobody knew </i>what was going on, including Ruby Franke's separated husband, who is <a href="https://www.newsnationnow.com/danabramslive/ruby-franke-kevin-franke-manipulated/" target="_blank">running all over the Media playing the Victim Card</a> despite having Visitation Rights and participating in several videos himself. Kevin Franke, a professor at Brigham Young University, once even called the police and <a href="https://www.abc4.com/news/8-passengers/kevin-franke-sought-burglary-charges-against-eldest-daughter/" target="_blank">tried charged his own daughter with burglary after she ran away from the abusive environment</a> and sought refuge in a home that Franke owned. </span></span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"><span style="background-color: white;"> All three of these characters are members of the Mormon Cult; and <a href="https://nightwind777.blogspot.com/2020/02/idaho-cult-leaves-trail-of-dead-and.html" target="_blank">as we've seen before, the Cult rallies to protect its members like this</a>. Much like the Scientology and Moonie cults, the Mormons have considerable reach in media and government. In a sane society <a href="https://www.theguardian.com/world/2016/jul/10/mormons-pledge-to-stay-in-russia-despite-religious-clampdown" target="_blank">like other countries have</a>, Kevin Franke would be tried too and dangerous cults like these would be suppressed. But Utah is dominated by the the despotism of the cult and this is tolerated in <i>exceptional America </i>where such organizations are seen as <i>political assets: </i>traditional religions, not so much. </span></span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"><span style="background-color: white;"> </span></span></p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgGkjyQ8XwkOtOAY2OviKThxVKjna0Il1f8qklziSd7cr1SS9VsfDNg1lcQTkZwhBDrIkOGkji201lx0pjp_pC6ngFDO-8NsW8H9Xa_WO_QrBlsk_3BK0nuKeNHivQ3tIGkD1Q5evibfVCeNgzyxxhjR54WGhUmePiptMyzY-g8ave4fEZLNj65wFPIxwq1/s857/blog3.PNG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="434" data-original-width="857" height="203" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgGkjyQ8XwkOtOAY2OviKThxVKjna0Il1f8qklziSd7cr1SS9VsfDNg1lcQTkZwhBDrIkOGkji201lx0pjp_pC6ngFDO-8NsW8H9Xa_WO_QrBlsk_3BK0nuKeNHivQ3tIGkD1Q5evibfVCeNgzyxxhjR54WGhUmePiptMyzY-g8ave4fEZLNj65wFPIxwq1/w400-h203/blog3.PNG" width="400" /></a></span></div><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"><br /></span><p></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"><span style="background-color: white;"> All of this would be bad enough by itself, but the most troubling thing is that over two million American parents sought parenting advice from this collection of scumbags. The same demographic which sends its children and teens to public schools <a href="https://wikispooks.com/wiki/School" target="_blank">in full awareness of what hells those places are</a>. With the degree of abuse, exploitation, and neglect that Americans experience until their early 20s, it's a wonder that the younger generations aren't more messed up than they already are. The situation is so bad here that many foreign governments discourage participation in cultural exchange programs with the United States. It's not unknown that immigrant families have returned to their homelands because the culture here is so toxic for children and young adults. </span></span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"><span style="background-color: white;"> By and large, though, American parents are in complete denial about any of this. Typically,<a href="https://nightwind777.blogspot.com/2023/03/failure-begins-at-home.html" target="_blank"> they also deny any responsibility for this state of affairs and demand top-down solutions</a>, so it's only logical that cultish approaches would appeal to them. Over the years, I've seen enough of American parenting, public schools, children's media, and the ridiculously-named 'child welfare' and 'juvenile justice' systems to believe that all of the talk about America's concern for the children is just another of the numerous cultural illusions that we collectively enchant ourselves with. </span></span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"><span style="background-color: white;"> Sadly, unlike politicians, I don't have an easy answer to this problem; since it really begins with parents' inability or unwillingness to address it. The Government---if we had one that itself really was interested in solving the problem---could take a <i>few </i>proactive measures; but expecting any kind of top-down solution when the problem is this deep and has gone on for this long is pure fantasy. The problem needs to be turned around at the individual level, but until and unless parents acknowledge the problems even exist, we can expect stories like this Utah case to become increasingly common.</span></span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"></span></p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi8H3xyldR4hofgCbymnnJkNL056qDOFC5aLg9D7YWDo4FHYOyjwADsNiaA7NJapY7z2scwQH_wspnuqszbn6J7_mRtlzMQ7w-pfZObnt5WM5GP7wQZqIViF2Z9eeiAfqUdjRyPAWr6fHuNI1MLnLVZUmotseBcs1CEjXbzMQE9GssqTB0yJkgTwrvPAhBF/s804/224.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="350" data-original-width="804" height="174" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi8H3xyldR4hofgCbymnnJkNL056qDOFC5aLg9D7YWDo4FHYOyjwADsNiaA7NJapY7z2scwQH_wspnuqszbn6J7_mRtlzMQ7w-pfZObnt5WM5GP7wQZqIViF2Z9eeiAfqUdjRyPAWr6fHuNI1MLnLVZUmotseBcs1CEjXbzMQE9GssqTB0yJkgTwrvPAhBF/w400-h174/224.jpg" width="400" /></a></span></div><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"><br /><span style="background-color: white;"><br /></span></span><p></p>The Night Windhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/05288746952754043429noreply@blogger.com2tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5677268555273537920.post-56298213807165032982024-02-21T05:04:00.000-08:002024-02-21T05:04:33.824-08:00JESUS VS. THE CHURCHIAN RIGHT<p> <span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> So, an article has been floating around in the Controlled Opposition press exhorting American Christians to be more like the Gay Mafia and Black Lives Matter and become more aggressively active. Titled <i><a href="https://amgreatness.com/2024/02/20/christians-must-get-serious-if-they-hope-to-challenge-the-leftist-culture/" target="_blank">Christians Must Get Serious if They Hope to Challenge the Leftist Culture</a>, </i>the author excoriates the Churchian Right for not adopting the tactics of the Churchian Left. The author is a disciple of celebrity preacher Eric Metaxas. Metaxas was <a href="https://www.ncronline.org/blogs/distinctly-catholic/eric-metaxas-dangerous" target="_blank">a strong supporter of Mitt Romney</a> and a never-Trumper until Trump's election and he switched sides and has become a vocal Trump supporter since. His most famous act of support <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eric_Metaxas#Other_activities" target="_blank">was beating up a counter-protester</a> at the 2020 RNC. Let's all hope that this is <i>getting serious about challenging the Leftist culture </i>enough!</span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> In a Church where the New Testament has largely been rejected and replaced with the Talmud, and Christian testimony <a href="https://www.pacificpundit.com/2023/12/14/michael-cassidy-iowa-republican-tears-down-and-beheaded-satan-altar-set-up-by-democrat-in-state-capitol/" target="_blank">is going berserk in public and attacking statues with an axe</a>, it's not surprising that an article like this one would gain widespread support. </span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> After an opening paragraph promoting Metaxas' newly-released film, the author tells us: <i>"</i></span><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"><i>The left is a wall. And that wall, standing for some nutty idea it wants to make mainstream, begins by saying to those of you who stand in front of it, albeit at some distance, 'Hey, meet me halfway.' So, you take a couple of steps closer. But the left, just like a wall, stays right where it is because it is immovable. Then, a little while later, the wall again says, 'Hey, meet me halfway.' And, again, you comply. Pretty soon, it begins to dawn on you where this is going. That leftist wall has not moved an inch, but you are now standing right up against the wall."</i></span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"><i> </i>In the first place, it's a bad analogy because the Radical Left is not a 'wall' it is more like a wave, always advancing while our side is always retreating---or in today's <i>Red Pilled </i>Churchianity, demanding the Government engineer a bigger wave. Of course, the <i>truly </i>Conservative Christian position would be to build a dam and institute some flood-control, but that wouldn't be <i>Alpha </i>enough. </span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> That leads to the second error: the implication of this analogy is that debate or dialogue is foolish and weak and that nobody can be convinced by reasoned argument. That of course, is the Red Pill influence again, which meets brute force with brute force:</span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> <i> "Ask yourself these questions:</i> </span><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"><i style="background-color: white;">Did the Apostles just wander around the cities only preaching the Gospel? Did they confront the culture and the politics of their day (whether in the public square or in the synagogue)? Did they end up being beaten and thrown into prison because they played it safe?”</i></span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"><i style="background-color: white;"> </i><span style="background-color: white;">Actually the Apostles weren't persecuted for opposing the Romans, they were persecuted by the Pharisees (you know, the forefathers of the same group that the Churchian Right now supports in the Palestinian Civil War). As far as 'confronting the politics of their day' the author seems rather ignorant of both History and Scripture. The Roman Empire wasn't exactly a participatory democracy. Rome was a highly stratified society where the Aristocracy and Citizenry were considered two entirely different things, and one didn't mix with the other. Nobody at the Apostles' social level <i>confronted the politics of their day. </i>I don't see anywhere in the New Testament where Jesus teaches anything other than <i>My Kingdom is not of this world, </i>and that Caesar is to be honored and that Christians are to live as good citizens. </span></span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"><span style="background-color: white;"> Our Founding Fathers strongly supported Religious Liberty and opposed the idea of the tyranny of a State religion. In the modern era, Christians have an obligation to safeguard that Liberty---something few of them did during the recent Scamdemic when Governors (<a href="https://nightwind777.blogspot.com/2020/03/government-thugs-aim-at-churches.html" target="_blank">including Republican ones</a>) were padlocking churches and jailing pastors. The concept of a Political Church betrays again the malignant influences of the Red Pill philosophy that has crept into the Church. Postmodern Christians seem to envision God as the Great CEO of the Universe who holds his middle managers (governments) accountable while absolving the people of any personal responsibility. </span></span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"><span style="background-color: white;"> The author complains about Rainbow Churchianity and Woke Ideology in contemporary Christianity: he and others like him ought to reflect that the existence of such movements proves that the church can't even manage itself, let alone an entire nation. </span></span></p><p><span style="color: #374151; font-family: "Source Serif Pro"; font-size: 18px;"> </span><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"><i>"Did Jesus not upset a few big wigs in the upper echelons of power by turning over money-changing tables in the synagogue," </i>he disingenuously points out,<i> "sending demons into a herd of pigs, and healing the child of a Roman centurion, a man responsible for enforcing the laws of an occupying government?"</i></span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"><i> </i>These examples, especially that of the Roman Centurion, shows again that Christ's actions were spiritual and not political in nature. If contemporary Christians wanted to follow the example of throwing out the exploitative money-changers, a good place to start would be standing up to the Financial Octopuses. But given that the author's boss, Eric Metaxas is syndicated by Media Conglomerate <i>the Salem Media Group, </i>it's doubtful that we'll hear much about about <i>that kind </i>of <i>getting serious about confronting the Left; </i>especially since a substantial chunk of Salem's stock is held by very woke Corporations like WEF Top 100 Strategic Partner, Blackrock and shady Beltway <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Renaissance_Technologies#Campaign_contributions" target="_blank">lobbying powerhouse Renaissance Technologies</a> among others.</span></p><p></p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg42lnKP-XgT5E5BAjLrz64U7X1UZiXVWd2xc0EPkgG9Gu0XGyazWnUc93WRm7tEko1uTHMRzwFjGoZBwPjM4Yb8qD28vD2FVXOp9uNu9992OsIxYvSLlUPQcCI81MG_zkYivdg6wCxtz9Sjl27woQbUn5i5NnaXaBy1sDsRQ83WAx0l1QrXFr_kvEyUTfW/s1100/Captureds.PNG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="537" data-original-width="1100" height="195" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg42lnKP-XgT5E5BAjLrz64U7X1UZiXVWd2xc0EPkgG9Gu0XGyazWnUc93WRm7tEko1uTHMRzwFjGoZBwPjM4Yb8qD28vD2FVXOp9uNu9992OsIxYvSLlUPQcCI81MG_zkYivdg6wCxtz9Sjl27woQbUn5i5NnaXaBy1sDsRQ83WAx0l1QrXFr_kvEyUTfW/w400-h195/Captureds.PNG" width="400" /></a></div><br /><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> </span><p></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia;"><span style="font-size: medium;"> The author goes on with some typical Neocon historical revisionism, which only deserves comment because such nonsense so routinely turns up in Controlled Opposition articles. <i>"</i></span></span><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"><i>We have gotten to this place in our society and our government because we have not heeded the warning signs of the cantankerous 1960s," </i>he pontificates, apparently ignoring that Richard Nixon won by electoral landslides then and the public overwhelmingly supported the Vietnam War; or that Nixon's successor Gerald Ford was the last American President to challenge legal abortion. Oh, and we did have a higher percentage of the population attending religious services then too. <i>"</i></span><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"><i>The film <span style="--tw-border-opacity: 1; --tw-ring-color: rgba(59,130,246,0.5); --tw-ring-inset: var(--tw-empty, ); --tw-ring-offset-color: #fff; --tw-ring-offset-shadow: 0 0 transparent; --tw-ring-offset-width: 0px; --tw-ring-shadow: 0 0 transparent; --tw-shadow: 0 0 transparent; border-color: rgba(229,231,235,var(--tw-border-opacity)); border-image: initial; border-style: solid; border-width: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;">Letter to the American Church</span> reveals some stark and undeniable similarities between the German church of the 1930s and 1940s and the Church here in America over the past decades;" </i>although the film may say that, history says otherwise: the German churches of that period overwhelmingly supported the Nazis, and that's where we <i>really </i>should fear some similarities. </span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> <i>"</i></span><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"><i>Let’s be encouraged. Scripture gives us our marching orders with many uplifting, bold reminders...Will there be victory? If we do our part, we shall see. Ultimately, the battle belongs to the Lord.”</i></span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"><i> </i>The New Testament doesn't give anybody <i>marching orders </i>and this militaristic rhetoric is positively dangerous. I have followed the Red Pill movement for a long time, and there is no doubt in my mind that these people actually <a href="https://nightwind777.blogspot.com/2024/02/the-red-pill-is-for-losers.html" target="_blank">desire conflict, violence, and ultimately domination as we outlined in our previous article</a>. If it comes to this, it will lead to disaster and has a better chance of provoking a crackdown from the Deep State a lot more than any chance of these fanatics actually taking power themselves.</span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> Instead of shoveling responsibility for building strong communities and families onto an authoritarian government, what Christian Conservatives <i>should </i>have been doing all along is focusing on sustaining our traditions at the local and familial levels. The author snorts that </span><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"><i>being nice is not the way to win the lost </i>and that </span><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium; font-style: italic;">staying on the sidelines is an excuse</span><span style="color: #374151; font-family: Source Serif Pro; font-size: 18px; font-style: italic;"> </span><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;">otherwise we <i>give the devil a foothold</i><i style="color: #374151;">, </i>without realizing that this is exactly what he's advocating. We give the devil a foothold the minute we politicize the church. That's where Rainbow Churchianity went off the rails, and it's hardly a solution for our side to emulate. </span></p><p></p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEihRjWHxzqTDP6FYDmN-4M76zZg1hUf_wFlu7vy1J8Q5mIURm1UjX-KKJkqMEKXOvi19WLBdoUfPX-1T0AId_6kwb1Pvf68D08yRVJhy9dEXiDgHw3JHASxyr5LFsEp6r5Q_aTqy2-r21k6nAwRLmZI_h1F8oEeX4Dvo_TBKfbvm4JpyjAgwVVCHGc3OZaW/s327/download%20(5).jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="154" data-original-width="327" height="189" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEihRjWHxzqTDP6FYDmN-4M76zZg1hUf_wFlu7vy1J8Q5mIURm1UjX-KKJkqMEKXOvi19WLBdoUfPX-1T0AId_6kwb1Pvf68D08yRVJhy9dEXiDgHw3JHASxyr5LFsEp6r5Q_aTqy2-r21k6nAwRLmZI_h1F8oEeX4Dvo_TBKfbvm4JpyjAgwVVCHGc3OZaW/w400-h189/download%20(5).jpg" width="400" /></a></div><br /><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"><br /></span><p></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"><br /></span></p><p><br /></p><p style="--tw-border-opacity: 1; --tw-ring-color: rgba(59,130,246,0.5); --tw-ring-inset: var(--tw-empty, ); --tw-ring-offset-color: #fff; --tw-ring-offset-shadow: 0 0 transparent; --tw-ring-offset-width: 0px; --tw-ring-shadow: 0 0 transparent; --tw-shadow: 0 0 transparent; border-color: rgba(229,231,235,var(--tw-border-opacity)); border-image: initial; border-style: solid; border-width: 0px; box-sizing: border-box; line-height: 2rem !important; margin: 1.33333em 0px;"><span style="color: #374151; font-family: "Source Serif Pro"; font-size: 18px;"> </span></p>The Night Windhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/05288746952754043429noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5677268555273537920.post-46694402926815850552024-02-20T03:27:00.000-08:002024-02-20T03:27:28.907-08:00THE RED PILL IS FOR LOSERS<p> <span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> The term 'Red Pill' as it is commonly understood refers to an online movement---which has taken on many aspects of a cult---which began earlier this century among self-styled 'Pick-up Artists' in the Manosphere and which spread quickly into sociopolitics. The term originated from a very overrated 1990s film, <i>The Matrix, </i>and is based heavily in Evolutionary Psychology and mass-marketing techniques. Much of it centers on a system called 'Game' which was based on <a href="https://gettherapybirmingham.com/transactional-analysis/" target="_blank">the discredited theories of Transactional Analysis from early 1970s pop culture</a>. </span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> The Red Pill is unique as a cultish movement, because it is an ideology with no central leader; instead is a system with numerous promoters and followers who agree upon its central tenets. It is based primarily in a counterfeit masculinity which is more stereotypical than genuine. According to the theory, the best men, enlightened by the Red Pill, aspire to be 'Alpha' which sets them apart from the herd of 'Beta' males. The Alpha essentially is the Super-Male, who embodies material and sexual success, power in all its forms (physical, intellectual, and spiritual), hyper-egotism, and marked contempt for the feminine, and civilized behaviors in general which they consider weakness. </span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> As the United States drifted into a system of <i><a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Inverted_totalitarianism#Wolin's_theses" target="_blank">Inverted Totalitarianism</a> </i>throughout the 21st Century, it is not difficult to see why the Red Pill gained such a following on the sociopolitical Right. The two concepts have striking similarities: the domination of an Elite who rules by force and fear; the application of mass-marketing techniques to control the 'narrative.' and contempt for the common man. We see this inversion manifested in several American churches, where the actual teachings of Christ on things like mercy, compassion, and the Brotherhood of Man are disparaged as weakness; with the image of God as a loving Father replaced by that of God as an Inquisitorial Judge. In the Conservative movement, traditional values of debate and diplomacy likewise are seen as weakness, replaced by militarism and the ruthless and amoral application of raw power.</span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> Ultimately, such an orientation is neither Christian nor Conservative. Despite the swaggering and bravado of its proponents, the Alpha<b><i> is not a strong man</i></b>. </span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> I had occasion recently to read a commentary by <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/B._H._Streeter" target="_blank">a </a><i><a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/B._H._Streeter" target="_blank">Dead White Male</a> </i>who served as Canon of Oxford University and grappled with a similar movement in his own day. In those days, one didn't take pills of a certain color but wore shirts of certain colors to show one's ideology. His remarks from 1927 have an applicability today which is so apt, we will quote it extensively:</span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> <i>"To them, Christ is the supreme corrupter of mankind, the all-too-successful prophet of a 'slave morality.' But in fact, it is their morality which should be called the slave's. They have given the world the classical expression of the slave's ideal: the ideal, I mean, by which the crushed and cringing servitor would like to live if only he were strong and free. What the slave longs for is to be, still more to feel himself to be, the kind of man that he thinks that his master is...</i></span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"><i> "Modern psychology has shown that the Will to Power, where it appears in an exaggerated form, usually has a pathological explanation. It originates not from the strength but from the weakness of the patient. Some personal defect, some exaggerated delinquency in early years, an oppressive parent or teacher, a series of social snubs or reprimands by a superior often produce a permanent sense of inferiority; this is resented and therefore driven out of conscious memory but still exists in the subconscious self. In compensation for this dimly felt inferiority that self puts forward an exaggerated sense of pre-eminence and self-assertion which not infrequently may manifest in harsh ideal or in destructive action. That is why, even among some of free and noble birth, there are always individuals who accept that truly 'slave morality' which idealizes mere strength and violence...</i></span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"><i> "The Will to Power is only one of many instincts and any individual in whom, by reason of an abnormal development, the assertive instinct, the love instinct, and the herd instinct have been atrophied is from a purely medical point of view suffering from a stunted development which has resulted in what may be termed a kind of psychological malformation. Their philosophers have given us the supreme expression of the slave's ideal---the neurotic slave dreaming himself a king."</i></span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> So it is; the Postmodern Right is not motivated by any desire to restore what our Founders envisioned---a voluntary union of free men in a culture of mutual trust and respect---but are simply driven by envy of what they think that the other side has. They speak with contempt of the <i>White Knights </i>and <i>Social Justice Warriors </i>while idolizing the Bully and the Thug. This sense of envy is strongly seen in the fact that the Postmodern Right continually projects envy and jealousy freely upon the motives of others. It may be so that many on the Left actually <i>are</i> motivated by envy but that doesn't justify it from our side. </span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> This is why those of us on the Right---those who believe in the ideals of Liberty and Equality need to recognize the Red Pill for what it is. What we're seeing in those types---whether they call themselves Neoconservative or Alternative Right---are simply the Reactionary Left. They merely want the Power that the Left currently has with the same disregard for how it used as the Left employs it. Nothing fundamentally will change simply by changing Parties because both are working to the same ends. </span></p><p></p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjjSvmT58Dfs6VSkoJyyhyphenhyphenRoxc85Y2M_I7sFOfzEy-_bYQD08LMmA56jpf1W499VXqrWyGYiAwMSmaxSF9y-Iu5ej69KQcuOzkXzjw_bXKHrUIjAcIleYtwi1QFG9ue8Osy2ZLBKaMZtQDmn-44JyCOfUo6HSSOWuilHEgoEdWBzpK34tccxt4qD11AkEoP/s290/images%20(1).jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="174" data-original-width="290" height="240" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjjSvmT58Dfs6VSkoJyyhyphenhyphenRoxc85Y2M_I7sFOfzEy-_bYQD08LMmA56jpf1W499VXqrWyGYiAwMSmaxSF9y-Iu5ej69KQcuOzkXzjw_bXKHrUIjAcIleYtwi1QFG9ue8Osy2ZLBKaMZtQDmn-44JyCOfUo6HSSOWuilHEgoEdWBzpK34tccxt4qD11AkEoP/w400-h240/images%20(1).jpg" width="400" /></a></div><br /><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"><br /></span><p></p>The Night Windhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/05288746952754043429noreply@blogger.com2tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5677268555273537920.post-13590485743276113102024-02-17T13:09:00.000-08:002024-02-17T13:09:18.371-08:00THE FACE OF THE REAL ENEMY<p> <span style="font-family: georgia;"> <span style="font-size: medium;">Mercifully for the United States, the US Congress adjourned on Friday for a two-week recess, forestalling any further damage that these idiots can do to the country until March. Presumably, they're going back to their districts to rev up support for the <i>Red Wave </i>they think is happening in November: although what accomplishments they actually can cite will take considerable imagination. Most of them, though, realize that they're talking to people who'll vote for anybody with an 'R' after his name and who really believe that there is some essential difference between them and the Democrats. </span></span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia;"><span style="font-size: medium;"> In reality, the Republican leadership---such little as has existed---has been more active in the interests of Israel than of the United States. Anyone who points out that inconvenient truth is labelled an <i>anti-Semite, </i>which has become the Right's version of <i>systemic racism. </i></span></span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia;"><span style="font-size: medium;"> It really would behoove American Conservatives to stop and think a little bit about this. The Zionist onslaught in Gaza is now four-and-a-half months long with over 40,000 civilians dead. Recall that this is over 120 days that the Palestinian people have had no water, electricity, food, medical supplies, or sanitation. The Regime yesterday attacked one of the few remaining hospitals, such as still 'functions.' A doctor's account of what services this hospital provides is:</span></span></p><p><span style="background-color: white;"> <span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"><i>"We stand helpless, unable to provide any form of medical assistance to the patients inside the hospital or the victims flooding into the hospital every single minute. Staff were forced to transfer all the patients and the wounded to the hospital’s old building. Israeli forces were rounding up patients and civilians taking shelter in the hospital. Electric power was cut off from the entire medical complex. Many patients in ICUs and those on oxygen supply and also those on dialysis are left fighting for their lives since 3 am.</i></span><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"><i>There is no electricity, oxygen, food or heating in the hospital. We are looking at another health facility being pushed out of service by Israeli forces. It is a continuation of the psychological warfare emphasizing to Palestinians there is no safe place across the Gaza Strip."</i></span></span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia;"><span style="font-size: medium;"> From the Red Crescent, whose members have been targeted by Zionist goon squads:</span></span></p><p><span style="background-color: white;"> </span><span style="background-color: white; font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"><i> "People who were so desperate that they were resorting to grinding up animal feed to use as flour are now finding that even this poor substitute is completely running out. As grim as the picture is, things will get substantially worse if Israel proceeds with its plans for a full military operation in Rafah, which is the main centre of aid distribution for the entire strip. Aid operations will grind to a complete halt, denying a lifeline to hundreds of thousands of people. he consequences are unimaginable."</i></span></p><p><span style="background-color: white; font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"><i> </i>Then we have this from one of the leaders of the Israeli Secret Police:</span></p><p></p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgbhpGEENxrJJr9pwiIqj1_iq3PUlcXQfgF8FsozDAVFFChB49Xzib02LZMo8lCvxtpbU-a9ufzYpMQjXPYTMqPlLbOYzJ_4kobAY747LlBK-GwGrYEPUsP-qoEPELUJDex5p6IOHc7MhF3Pszs6sYOc1YpribJlgJv4oAWNXVba05lx6eVE5mSHKDke1Y5/s618/blog2.PNG" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="519" data-original-width="618" height="336" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgbhpGEENxrJJr9pwiIqj1_iq3PUlcXQfgF8FsozDAVFFChB49Xzib02LZMo8lCvxtpbU-a9ufzYpMQjXPYTMqPlLbOYzJ_4kobAY747LlBK-GwGrYEPUsP-qoEPELUJDex5p6IOHc7MhF3Pszs6sYOc1YpribJlgJv4oAWNXVba05lx6eVE5mSHKDke1Y5/w400-h336/blog2.PNG" width="400" /></a></div><br /><span style="background-color: white; font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> That the punditocracy and political class on the so-called American Right can look upon this with serenity ought to make us consider: if they are supportive of this, what do you suppose they would do to <i>Americans </i>who stood in the way of the Great Reset? Because make no mistake about it: the Great Reset is what this conflict in the Middle East is all about. The Deep State's</span><span style="background-color: white;"><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> support for Israel’s genocide is bound up with its geopolitical ambitions. The US ruling class aims, with the assistance of Zionist fanaticism, to consolidate its dominance over the energy-rich and strategically important region against its rivals, China and Russia.</span></span><p></p><p><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="background-color: white; font-family: georgia;"> The blather about 'Islamic </span><span style="background-color: white; font-family: georgia;">Extremism' is a smokescreen. The real threat to Civilization is the collection of neo-Fascist Corporate Oligarchs who are </span><i style="font-family: georgia;">actually here; undermining our freedoms in real time. </i><span style="background-color: white; font-family: georgia;">The hired scumbags in the Controlled Opposition---e.g. Ben Shapiro, Mark Levine, Victor Davis Hanson, Dennis Prager and their flying monkeys all over the American Right---willfully and deliberately give a </span><i style="font-family: georgia;">free pass </i><span style="background-color: white; font-family: georgia;">to the gangsters in Davos and sell their constituencies on xenophobia and paranoia. There are no 'principles' involved in any of this: </span></span><span style="background-color: white; font-family: georgia;"><span style="font-size: medium;">these are amoral blackguards who would sell out to anybody. </span></span></p><p><span style="background-color: white; font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> These same charlatans talk <i>ad nauseum </i>about our 'shared Judeo-Christian traditions' as though this trope was a self-evident fact. In the first place, Judaism and Christianity are entirely separate religions: the Jews rejected Christ and arranged for His Crucifixion after a show-trial. Secondly, the Jews had no input whatsoever in America's founding. </span></p><p><span style="background-color: white; font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> Historically speaking, Jewish Culture has never been friendly to human liberty or human rights. It is authoritarian at its core, as reading the Old Testament or the histories of Flavius Josephus show. After the conquest of Palestine, the disciples of Moses established a republican form of government where every man was answerable only to God for his actions. The Jewish people rejected this, and demanded a king over the objections of the prophet Samuel. Their slavishness to despotism was so pronounced that they believed (as many Zionists today do) that God punishes citizens of a nation for the sins of their leaders. It is not difficult to imagine how such a belief can excuse the horrors of genocide and ethnic cleansing currently being carried out by the so-called <i>Chosen People.</i></span></p><p><span style="background-color: white; font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> Their prophets routinely denounced this policy as Ezekiel did, who stated: <i>"It shall no longer be said that 'the fathers have eaten sour grapes and the children's teeth are set on edge.'Everyone shall die for his own iniquity...the soul that sins, it shall die. The son shall not bear the iniquity of his father; neither shall the father bear the iniquity of his son: the righteousness of the righteous shall be upon him and the wickedness of the wicked shall be upon him."</i></span></p><p><span style="background-color: white; font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> Nonetheless, the Jews continued in their ways, and by the time of Christ were run by a leadership of self-appointed 'elites' made up of the educated and moneyed classes who despised the <i>common people </i>as inferiors. This form of leadership continued into the communities formed after the Jewish Diaspora and has continued on into the modern State of Israel which is top-down authoritarian to its very core. In fact, many of the Jews who did immigrate to the United States did so to flee the tyranny of their local overlords just as much as official persecution, if not more so. It was the Jewish <i>leadership </i>again, who took a wholly different approach and historically supported the British Monarchy both in the War of Independence and the War of 1812; as well as supporting the Confederacy in the Rebellion of 1861. </span></p><p><span style="background-color: white; font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> Now, Orthodox Jews reject Zionism as contrary to the original teachings of Moses, as do several of the Reformed Community. However, their republican ideals are suppressed by the money and political power of the Zionists, whom the rightly regard as one of the most powerful <i style="font-weight: bold;">cults </i>in the world today.</span></p><p><span style="background-color: white; font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> It is not surprising that the Zionists would be attracted to a concept like the New World Order, and support it to the point where many believe that they actually run it. But the Zionists are only a faction within a larger superstructure with whom they share common goals. </span></p><p><span style="background-color: white; font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: georgia;"> </span></span><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="background-color: white; font-family: georgia;">The Christian Right needs to reflect upon how much of what they're supporting reflects Christian teaching and how much of it reflects the heresies of the Zionist Cult. A Zionist triumph in the Middle East would open the floodgates for the Corporate Oligarchs behind the Great Reset access to immense resources and so-called 'human capital' which they---by their own admission and the many examples of their actions---intend to depopulate and subjugate. </span><span style="font-family: georgia;">The barbarism that the Zionists are executing in Gaza will be repeated anywhere else in the world, including the West. If anybody doubts this, think back to the repressive measures during the Scamdemic and the even more brutal policies which were being proposed. </span><span style="font-family: georgia;">During the Scamdemic, recall, there were camps being set up and calls for those who didn't submit to the scam to be rounded up and herded into them; along with calls to deny them any kind of services or supplies. Sounds a lot like Gaza, doesn't it?</span></span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> Unfortunately, this kind of reasoning likely will have little effect on the postmodern Right, where being an Alpha throwback to the old days of despots and dictators is seen as enlightened leadership. Their <i>go-along-to get-along </i>position on Scamdemic tyranny and their <i>I-got-mine-sux-to be-you </i>position on social issues bodes ill for the Freedom Fighters in Palestine and elsewhere. Our real enemies ultimately are within ourselves; and no amount of authoritarianism is going to save us from <i>that</i>; the worst tyranny of all.</span></p><p></p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj8PqNnwNkCvEY_karjDEm_EtyDAj3EHuzwCUFtlLQZ2KV98Pn7leFeAgjXfU0VyFm3eQGYA4cGYNDIvHbhCvhOJUZ0K1uBe6Lfl9mIvvPsB5qOOGW8KTnaDAWR4FDK9mATs7qm5ybxcKda9VIaOXbaZZ6CzNAGVMbaCsbzSfpo9zCT5imuUIPhJMI0b_1s/s417/download%20(5).jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="143" data-original-width="417" height="138" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj8PqNnwNkCvEY_karjDEm_EtyDAj3EHuzwCUFtlLQZ2KV98Pn7leFeAgjXfU0VyFm3eQGYA4cGYNDIvHbhCvhOJUZ0K1uBe6Lfl9mIvvPsB5qOOGW8KTnaDAWR4FDK9mATs7qm5ybxcKda9VIaOXbaZZ6CzNAGVMbaCsbzSfpo9zCT5imuUIPhJMI0b_1s/w400-h138/download%20(5).jpg" width="400" /></a></div><br /><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: large;"><br /></span><p></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: large;"> </span></p><p><span style="background-color: white; font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> </span></p><p><span style="background-color: white; font-family: georgia; font-size: large;"> </span></p><p><span style="background-color: white; font-family: georgia; font-size: large;"> </span></p>The Night Windhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/05288746952754043429noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5677268555273537920.post-80789451200074581842024-02-15T00:28:00.000-08:002024-02-15T00:33:23.693-08:00ANTI-SEMITISM: THE NEOCONS' NEW RACE CARD <p> <span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;">In their ongoing efforts to <i>position themselves politically </i>as a more hard-line but less competent version of the American Left, the US Congress today, using the Lakewood shooting as a pretext, ignored American infrastructure to rush off more funding to uphold the tyrannical Zelensky and Netanyahu Regimes. Not to say they totally ignored things like the Border: they pushed through an impeachment against the Secretary of Homeland Security, which has no chance whatsoever of succeeding in the Senate. <i>Symbolism Over Substance </i>is something that Conservatives <b>used to </b>accuse the Democrats of doing; these days it's considered <i>smart politics.</i></span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> The Left-Wing Technofascist Israeli Government expressed its gratitude by launching a military campaign against the most densely populated refugee resettlement in Gaza. Congress also appropriated money for Taiwan: because this is what they accuse China of doing in Xinjiang and Tibet. We know this because 'China Experts' like the Dalai Lama, Aga Khan, the Moonies, the Falun Gong, and the Uighur Jihadists all say it's going on. The Zionists not only can kill civilians by the scores of thousands and openly brag about; but Chinese denials of genocide and ethnic cleansing are met with derision. In Conservative <i>Newspeak </i>some cults are more equal than others.</span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> Likewise, the Zionists have been launching attacks against their neighbors in Lebanon, Syria, Iraq; and carrying out acts of terrorism against Iran. All of these things are in violation of international law and the Zionists openly espouse irredentism; which is what our Congress and the MSM accuse Russia of doing. Even more ironically, Congress once again sacrificed funding for American borders to uphold Ukraine who started the conflict by breaching Russian borders. The Conservative-Industrial Complex tells us that we need border security lest immigrants outnumber us and impose an alien culture on us: yet that is exactly what Ukraine was trying to do in Donbass and Crimea; and what happened in both Palestine and Taiwan since the end of World War Two.</span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> Borrowing again from the Liberal play-book, Congress resumed <a href="https://amgreatness.com/2024/02/14/house-committee-demands-columbia-hand-over-records-amid-anti-semitism-probe/" target="_blank">its attempts to impose speech codes, Political Correctness, and Cancel Culture on American universities</a>. These things were already imposed by the Left: but the Republicans want different protected groups and set-asides for their own constituencies. The 'anti-Semitism' card has become the new version of the 'race card' and the good thing about that is, since the Zionists fund both factions equally, both Democrats and Republicans can accuse each other of engaging in it and the Zionists still get their way. </span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> </span></p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjplTM2MvAJDvan2m-ckA8Jkdk4jiw3o3a1KUXSiOSdvsKScpY_s8ySTsi00odFiGaAnO6KQKaotaqMkJYR4RsT0_a2zimbeEPx4hT548FscnIXo2JnkaDeReHwOA2VEqnz6lsYB3dgAvg8f7heFkYXa8EeXZLga6dnLRUwBgJqn23offd6KFSXKdcxxwV9/s400/images%20(23).jpg" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="400" data-original-width="284" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjplTM2MvAJDvan2m-ckA8Jkdk4jiw3o3a1KUXSiOSdvsKScpY_s8ySTsi00odFiGaAnO6KQKaotaqMkJYR4RsT0_a2zimbeEPx4hT548FscnIXo2JnkaDeReHwOA2VEqnz6lsYB3dgAvg8f7heFkYXa8EeXZLga6dnLRUwBgJqn23offd6KFSXKdcxxwV9/w284-h400/images%20(23).jpg" width="284" /></a></span></div><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"><br /></span><p></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> The Zionist Government in Israel, like American Republicans and Democrats, are wholly on board with the Great Reset. In line with furthering Davos' recent demands to start cracking down on independent media, Tel Aviv is proposing further censorship laws <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Censorship_in_Israel" target="_blank">in their already highly-controlled press</a>. This is especially true since a recent expose in the British Media detailing how<a href="https://www.theguardian.com/media/2024/feb/04/cnn-staff-pro-israel-bias" target="_blank"> the hyenas in American Corporate Media deliberately package and sell Zionist propaganda</a>. </span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> <i style="background-color: white;">"</i></span><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"><i style="background-color: white;"><span style="font-variant-ligatures: common-ligatures;">According to accounts from six</span><span style="font-variant-ligatures: common-ligatures;"> </span>CNN <span style="font-variant-ligatures: common-ligatures;">staffers in multiple newsrooms, and more</span><strong style="border: 0px; box-sizing: border-box; font-stretch: inherit; font-variant: inherit; line-height: inherit; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;"> </strong><span style="font-variant-ligatures: common-ligatures;">than a dozen internal memos and emails obtained by the Guardian, daily news decisions are shaped by a flow of directives from the CNN headquarters in Atlanta that have set strict guidelines on coverage. </span><span style="font-variant-ligatures: common-ligatures;">They include tight restrictions on quoting Hamas and reporting other Palestinian perspectives while Israel government statements are taken at face value. At last count, about 85 journalists have been murdered by Zionist Death Squads, and not even a peep out of our media cartels about any of it. Instead, they slavishly go on touting the Official Narrative and promote nonsense about <i>Tik-Tok </i>being a "national security threat." The Controlled Opposition Media is just as bad, if not worse: as <a href="https://nightwind777.blogspot.com/2024/01/again-supporting-zionism-is-not.html" target="_blank">we've shown here more than once</a>, <a href="https://nightwind777.blogspot.com/2024/01/corporate-media-gets-caught-selling-out.html" target="_blank">the so-called 'Conservative' press is just as deeply involved with the Regime as the Left is</a>.</span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> We all need to step back and start questioning the Narrative. Take a <i>good look </i>at Israel because that is the kind of system the Global Elites pushing the Great Reset have in mind for our country too. The fact that the only defense of it that its supporters here in America can muster is playing the Race Card and shutting down dissent is proof positive of what the Zionists and their flying monkeys in American Megachurches actually stand for. </span></p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEja5F4iaU6E7mf0BdAtlOPRtav4kcbziA66chk7Jxi2MWc_Uirs1IykK7-aB_pXRozrFWcNIJ0Ci7GyxxRU4LS7H5M3Q4KRHbBNe2i5S3-hGzvHBJg7zgXlk_B0hWHrLTq7j7n4z1e5K6pGXE611IwZiOZQ6l1J1bQuZf41aJcmB4G7WK62kIhxP64lJnlh/s327/images%20(11).jpg" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="154" data-original-width="327" height="189" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEja5F4iaU6E7mf0BdAtlOPRtav4kcbziA66chk7Jxi2MWc_Uirs1IykK7-aB_pXRozrFWcNIJ0Ci7GyxxRU4LS7H5M3Q4KRHbBNe2i5S3-hGzvHBJg7zgXlk_B0hWHrLTq7j7n4z1e5K6pGXE611IwZiOZQ6l1J1bQuZf41aJcmB4G7WK62kIhxP64lJnlh/w400-h189/images%20(11).jpg" width="400" /></a></div><br /><p><br /></p><p><span style="background-color: white; font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"><br /></span></p><p><span style="background-color: white; font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"><br /></span></p>The Night Windhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/05288746952754043429noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5677268555273537920.post-36042129651859244752024-02-13T07:07:00.000-08:002024-02-13T07:07:45.141-08:00THE LAKEWOOD SHOOTING: THE UNANSWERED QUESTIONS<p> <span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> Well, in our last article we predicted that there would be no False Flag events on Super Bowl Sunday. Hopefully, we didn't speak too soon on that point. Readers have no doubt heard that on that day a shooting took place in Lakewood, Texas in the Megachurch run by Pastor Joel Osteen. Details are still coming out, but this is already shaping up to be a very strange story, and that we should all exercise a little caution in accepting either the <i>Official Narrative</i> or the <i>Official Counter-Narrative</i> about it. Consider these rather suspicious circumstances:</span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> 1. Osteen is a very pro-Zionist minister in a high-profile church, and this shooting happened just before the Controlled Opposition was proposing more military aid to Israel. The shooter <i>very conveniently </i>had 'Free Palestine' inscribed on the assault weapon, used a child as human shield (as Hamas supposedly does, according to the MSM), and alleged but undefined <i>"anti-Semitic literature" </i>was recovered at the suspect's home.</span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> 2. It's also rather an interesting <i>coincidence </i>that this happened in American Church at the same time <a href="https://www.moonofalabama.org/2024/02/the-picture-shows-one-man-and-one-zionist.html" target="_blank">a story about Israeli atrocities on church-controlled properties was leaking through the Media filters</a>. </span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> 3. The shooting happened just before the <i>Spanish </i>production of Osteen's performance: the shooter was of Hispanic descent and this happened in a State where the government has been encouraging hysteria about violent immigrants. </span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> 4. The shooter <a href="https://abc7chicago.com/lakewood-church-shooting-shooter-houston-joel-osteen-megachurch/14415008/" target="_blank">was an obvious mental case</a> who seems to have gotten a suspicious <i>hands-off </i>treatment from Texas social workers---a group which doesn't exactly have a reputation for being soft or overly permissive on their <i>clientele. </i>The shooter fits <a href="https://wikispooks.com/wiki/Lone_nut" target="_blank">an uncomfortably suspicious pattern of </a><i><a href="https://wikispooks.com/wiki/Lone_nut" target="_blank">lone nuts</a> </i>who are involved in these kinds of high-profile attacks. </span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> 5. As is the case in many of these incidents, the Federal authorities seem to swoop in rather quickly and take control of the investigation and the narrative---even though their jurisdiction in these events is open to some question. </span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> The Whacko Left Wing and Neocon trolls have been arguing online about peripheral issues on this case---as they do on all such events, but the most important thing in interpreting these stories to watch the levels of media coverage and subsequent political posturing to see <i>who benefits. </i>Bear in mind also that our Deep State actually has response teams who work behind the scenes to exploit cases where an actual incident with no political connections can be seized upon to push an agenda. The Sandy Hook Shooting and the George Floyd Riots are examples of how random, unplanned events can be taken advantage of in Psychological Warfare. </span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: large;"> </span><span style="font-family: georgia;"><span style="font-size: medium;"> Unfortunately,<a href="https://wikispooks.com/wiki/Corporate_media/Consolidation" target="_blank"> the United States no longer has a journalistic apparatus</a> which investigates and answers such questions. So such events will continue to occur, while Ameroboobs fight over distractions and the Deep State wins either way.</span></span></p><p></p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjHajGF_ZDzBo7HmsHUGgHULawUjmgs4tmQON_eHlIHS7U5AwXL0Eu3cfMNtKKz3OFBIOojatysAAXU6p_WnJ-VY5iOKzLE_nyPjIQLAM8ZyvbSgpslHmW9Yy5YX0HLGno-D69amH5TJ9Hu0oQkMHKIzfMf86I629fopJ1D5sKAzuWEdkW6RK2nbZ9WrKeN/s299/download%20(5).jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="168" data-original-width="299" height="225" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjHajGF_ZDzBo7HmsHUGgHULawUjmgs4tmQON_eHlIHS7U5AwXL0Eu3cfMNtKKz3OFBIOojatysAAXU6p_WnJ-VY5iOKzLE_nyPjIQLAM8ZyvbSgpslHmW9Yy5YX0HLGno-D69amH5TJ9Hu0oQkMHKIzfMf86I629fopJ1D5sKAzuWEdkW6RK2nbZ9WrKeN/w400-h225/download%20(5).jpg" width="400" /></a></div><br /><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: large;"><br /></span><p></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> </span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> </span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"><br /></span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> </span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"><br /></span></p>The Night Windhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/05288746952754043429noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5677268555273537920.post-12661492249887950582024-02-11T11:09:00.000-08:002024-02-11T11:09:38.770-08:00SUNDAY SUPER BOWL MUSING<p> <span style="font-family: georgia;"> <span style="font-size: medium;">So today in the Prozac Nation we have Super Bowl Sunday, where beginning about six hours from this writing, the entire United States of America is going to grind to a halt in collective awe and reverence to what has become an annual monument to Corporate Greed, celebrity-worship, Political Correctness, and the winner-take-all mentality currently pervading our culture. The spectacle always begins with the singing of the National Anthem, flag-waving, and fireworks to underscore how symbolic of American Culture this whole farce really is; followed by a coin-toss underscoring the American idolatry of Chance. Really all that the Super Bowl really accomplishes is reinforcing some of the most cynical philosophers' views on Human Nature, because this is it at its worst.</span></span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia;"><span style="font-size: medium;"> For my own part, if I didn't regular newsfeeds, I probably wouldn't even have known about it. There is, every year, a lot of talk bandied about on the Internet fears of a False Flag or some other incident: but I'm going out on a limb here and predicting that won't happen. Something political and controversial will happen---it invariably does---but the Oligarchs aren't going to disrupt this major distraction that they so carefully organized. When the Roman Empire fell, the Barbarian generals ordered their troops not to disrupt the circuses or theaters (yes they were still having those with Rome under siege) because they reasoned that the people would resist more over that than the sacking of the Eternal City. Our Elites think the same way. Recall that during the Scamdemic, sports and entertainment---along with ample narcotics---were freely available while schools, social venues, churches, libraries, and hospitals were off-limits. Even weddings and funerals were restricted but the Deep State knew that even stealing an election and staging a Color Revolution could go unresisted but no way would people stand for their hedonistic pleasures to be curtailed.</span></span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia;"><span style="font-size: medium;"> Lest this gloomy state of affairs tempts people to turn to Pessimistic philosophers or otherwise lose their faith in humanity; consider that the rest of the world is going on and positive things are happening. In Europe, a popular revolt against their Deep States is gaining traction. In the Middle East, the Freedom Fighters are liberating their homelands from the Western yoke. In Russia, people on their frontier have been saved from Neo-Nazi tyranny and President Putin is predicted to coast to re-election next month. In Africa, churchmen are defying the Woke edicts of the Vatican and governments are ejecting American NGOs and Corporate Robber-Barons. Even in China, where Chinese New Year coincides with annual Spring Break, the Government is extending the holiday another week as they did last year. Reports of a demographic decline over there has the Chinese Government extending things like Spring Break and even running PSAs encouraging falling in love and the virtues of marriage. I can't imagine our <i>exceptional </i>Government doing anything like that, but it would be a welcome change. </span></span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia;"><span style="font-size: medium;"> Hopefully, many of us Americans will find something positive and productive to do today. I know that we can't ignore it completely, but we'll all feel a lot happier to the extent that we do. </span></span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia;"></span></p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><span style="font-family: georgia;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhYL6T-j5GmaCPgAudkHvVXUjxSJ5umat9wuC-5zFUvzR3kPNkosf6apvYY2_5TquCE779Yujr_FBzssVzo1TQ-0eklQzJ6F230l3_A2f6O-GT2WYanZxAuvArCceGTc2L8jps6_S5oAwpZJvJez0Zbgg-77knTcgVHmpQY177ZxNaQe11OtDREDCYEHPSd/s299/images%20(19).jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="169" data-original-width="299" height="226" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhYL6T-j5GmaCPgAudkHvVXUjxSJ5umat9wuC-5zFUvzR3kPNkosf6apvYY2_5TquCE779Yujr_FBzssVzo1TQ-0eklQzJ6F230l3_A2f6O-GT2WYanZxAuvArCceGTc2L8jps6_S5oAwpZJvJez0Zbgg-77knTcgVHmpQY177ZxNaQe11OtDREDCYEHPSd/w400-h226/images%20(19).jpg" width="400" /></a></span></div><span style="font-family: georgia;"><br /><span style="font-size: medium;"><br /></span></span><p></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia;"><span style="font-size: medium;"><br /></span></span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia;"><span style="font-size: medium;"> </span></span></p>The Night Windhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/05288746952754043429noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5677268555273537920.post-87555695388434366362024-02-09T09:10:00.000-08:002024-02-09T15:40:14.905-08:00RINOS IN THE MIST<p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> In the run-up to <i>the Big Event </i>this Sunday (commonly known as the Super Bowl), <a href="https://www.aljazeera.com/news/2024/2/9/donald-trump-vs-colorado-what-happened-at-the-us-supreme-court" target="_blank">the U.S. Supreme Court began hearing arguments </a>in America's second-biggest spectator sport, the Presidential Elections. The case centers on Colorado's unilateral decision to remove the President-in-Exile from this November's electoral ballot. Cheering sections for each team were on hand outside the Court.</span></p><p></p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhjCIZnL9vvKM_hVInNAqGTT7c0lhq2CNlx6GW3UU2KDZK8lTF8w2LJNyN0okzT4yD5V70uxHjPyq6f9IbS-XemLkvdsBMqXlP8TjH0Iq8a0mA7kUBSxa8MUVvykC6b3fK20mGXzatBi5QVB3_pnHyctb_cfq5t_OkxkCEByBQL5CPBP8C0dNJsvxN82L5w/s379/images%20(1).jpg" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="379" data-original-width="300" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhjCIZnL9vvKM_hVInNAqGTT7c0lhq2CNlx6GW3UU2KDZK8lTF8w2LJNyN0okzT4yD5V70uxHjPyq6f9IbS-XemLkvdsBMqXlP8TjH0Iq8a0mA7kUBSxa8MUVvykC6b3fK20mGXzatBi5QVB3_pnHyctb_cfq5t_OkxkCEByBQL5CPBP8C0dNJsvxN82L5w/w316-h400/images%20(1).jpg" width="316" /></a></div><p> <span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;">The Controlled Opposition is excited because preliminary remarks from our black-robed friends on the bench seemed to indicate a decision favorable to the President's cause, even though this is exactly the same bunch who, in 2020, ignored hearings on voter fraud. Another interesting bit of irony is that. less than two weeks ago, the same <i>experts and influencers </i>on the Right were proclaiming that Texas had every justification to ignore the Supreme Court's rulings regarding Border jurisdiction. Applying the Right's own logic here, it would seem that States have a right to determine who is and isn't on their ballots (this incidentally is what Colorado's attorneys are arguing). We're not arguing here that Colorado has a valid case; but the double-standards here ought to raise a few questions.</span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> More interesting though is the near-universal silence from the Conservative Media about their <a href="https://nightwind777.blogspot.com/2023/12/forked-tongues-on-lawfare-narrative.html" target="_blank">own Party's overt complicity</a> in bringing these disqualification suits against Trump in the first place---just like they've been silent over <a href="https://nightwind777.blogspot.com/2024/01/pro-israel-neocons-get-caught-funding.html" target="_blank">Neocon double-dealings on the Border issue</a>. The Supreme Court case is no different in this respect. This week, for example, three former Republican Governors---one of whom was RNC Chair under Bush Jr.---<a href="https://montanafreepress.org/2024/02/02/former-montana-republican-gov-marc-racicot-argues-to-keep-trump-off-colorado-ballot/" target="_blank">filed an <i>Amicus Brief </i>with the Supreme Court in support of Colorado's case</a>. </span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> <a href="https://www.ktvh.com/news/racicot-splits-with-gop-leaders-backs-removing-trump-from-ballot" target="_blank">Marc Racicot, former Governor of Montana, said</a>: <i style="background-color: white;">"</i></span><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"><i style="background-color: white;">Trump violated his oath through actions that were elevating his own political interests over the governmental stability secured by the peaceful transition of power. Should Mr. Trump be permitted to stand again for election to the presidency, despite his past actions, neither Section 3 of the Fourteenth Amendment nor the oaths that undergird the bedrock premise that public officials serve to advance the welfare of the people and our common national project will ever be the same. They will have been rendered meaningless in their legal force and stripped of their moral authority and power.”</i></span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"><i style="background-color: white;"> </i><span style="background-color: white;">Racicot was former RNC Chair overseeing the 2002 midterms and was involved in Bush's 2004 re-election campaign. He served two terms as Montana Governor. The other two endorsing Racicot's Brief were Bush's former Education Commissar and ex-New Jersey Governor Christine Todd-Whitman and former Massachusetts Governor and Harvard University President William Weld. Weld is also active in the Libertarian Party. </span></span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"><span style="background-color: white;"> One would assume that such actions from the GOP leadership would draw at least a <i>little scrutiny </i>from the GOP's trained seals in the Punditocracy, but they've been strangely silent. Bringing these matters to attention though would undermine the <i>Official Counter-Narrative </i>that the Republican Party is standing as a united front against the Junta's abuses of power. It also might start causing a few of the <i>true believers </i>out there to start questioning whether they're being told <i>the whole truth </i>about the Neocons' actual objectives in 2024. </span></span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"><span style="background-color: white;"> In spite of media-driven fantasies on the Right, Conservatives shouldn't forget that the never-Trump Bush Machine, Koch Family Foundation, and Neocon elements of the Deep State are still in actual control of what the Republican Party does. In today's system of <i><a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Inverted_totalitarianism#Managed_democracy" target="_blank">Inverted Totalitarianism</a>, </i>a million dollars can cancel a million votes fairly easily. Both Parties are committed not to repeat their blunders in 2016 and allow another populist into power. </span></span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"><span style="background-color: white;"> To underscore this point, the actual Government of the United States (and the West generally), the World Economic Forum issued an urgent message from its unofficial Party spokesxhe, Noah Harari this week. </span></span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"></span></p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj0TIqX-wZI9Th5-vG_33oIyelpEs_kOPuN5DZG8Pjfw3915JjqFjfFwALn5PE5QbgWD_7mbPLqIRPgmV71IEu2WD1R3sHrKu46KneI06J1T6yHL7e22NnBiKvUQHRL-ixjPkPxnG1IacqXwvRkhdDAuYW7xGhXRStv80w6Sl8JxffNnGC0w6LcWzId4yZe/s585/Capturenonce.PNG" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="585" data-original-width="542" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj0TIqX-wZI9Th5-vG_33oIyelpEs_kOPuN5DZG8Pjfw3915JjqFjfFwALn5PE5QbgWD_7mbPLqIRPgmV71IEu2WD1R3sHrKu46KneI06J1T6yHL7e22NnBiKvUQHRL-ixjPkPxnG1IacqXwvRkhdDAuYW7xGhXRStv80w6Sl8JxffNnGC0w6LcWzId4yZe/w370-h400/Capturenonce.PNG" width="370" /></a></span></div><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> Harari's warning, of course, was neatly timed with the fear-mongering whipped on about <i>Right-Wing extremist violence </i>should the Trump disqualification be allowed to stand. It also <i>very coincidentally </i>dovetails with Bush Machine asset Greg Abbott's escalation of tensions at the Southern Border. Suspicious minds might be wondering that <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Strategy_of_tension#:~:text=A%20strategy%20of%20tension%20(Italian,security%20in%20a%20strong%20government." target="_blank">the ruling Elite might actually desire </a>some of the <i>"disorder, chaos, and violence"</i> that Harari hints at. </span><p></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> Sadly, though, many on the Right would rather cling to the illusion that there <i><b>really is</b> </i>an opposition party; that voting <i><b>really does</b> </i>matter; and that the threats to America all come from foreign elements instead of our own Corporate Deep State. No amount of evidence to the contrary is going to convince them: the <i>show must go on; </i>Super Bowl or Super Tuesday, it's all part of the same performance.</span></p><p></p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgaUpXPwcEJlsZNJPyLIBwrx30cCv9qajcNHWcrB2xETDFXbgbGC5j9nYiW9fS5_sT4M4GJk1E1emXwKm4oDtiyuEosopgCrgOEOdcLiV5i9RBP-3cDqH4LYfhNCCFIxAncHECPemmab8nWvAzd76SNwDRCZwSDn5iCPSf7gZD782k0NcPDIN56YjIPzXWW/s600/Captureok.PNG" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="418" data-original-width="600" height="279" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgaUpXPwcEJlsZNJPyLIBwrx30cCv9qajcNHWcrB2xETDFXbgbGC5j9nYiW9fS5_sT4M4GJk1E1emXwKm4oDtiyuEosopgCrgOEOdcLiV5i9RBP-3cDqH4LYfhNCCFIxAncHECPemmab8nWvAzd76SNwDRCZwSDn5iCPSf7gZD782k0NcPDIN56YjIPzXWW/w400-h279/Captureok.PNG" width="400" /></a></div><br /><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"><br /><span style="background-color: white;"><br /></span></span><p></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"><span style="background-color: white;"> </span></span></p><p></p>The Night Windhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/05288746952754043429noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5677268555273537920.post-63574317064642893282024-02-07T17:02:00.000-08:002024-02-07T17:02:58.269-08:00THE CAMPAIGN TRAIL TO NOWHERE<p> <span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> So, I suppose that with the failure of our illustrious Congress' rather quixotic attempt to impeach DHS Commissar Mayorkis and a Federal Judge ruling that the President-in-Exile is not immune from prosecution on some ginned-up charge, an obligatory comment is necessary. Granted, the stories haven't overshadowed the upcoming Super Bowl in public minds: we're all supposed to be agog wondering if <a href="https://vigilantcitizen.com/musicbusiness/2024-grammys-it-had-to-be-all-about-taylor-swift-it-just-had-to/" target="_blank">Taylor Swift will appear</a> or what kinds of mega-spectacles Madison Avenue has planned for the halftime ads and shows. The stories do, however, seem to be trending much higher than the Junta's multitudinous foreign policy and military failures abroad are, for obvious reasons. Not to worry, though: even though the GOP-controlled Congress is breaking historical records conducting inquisitions of various kinds, they <i>are </i>at least prioritizing military aid for Israel abroad and expanding the Surveillance State at home. </span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> I don't think much of Elections in the first place; however let us keep in mind that the Corporate Media has a sizable percentage of the American public convinced that January 6th was an insurrection and that Trump attempted to seize the Government by force. Thus, it's probably not a great political strategy for Congress to be engaging in continual witch-hunts, impeachments, censures, proscriptions, forced resignations, etc. Nor is it a really good idea to support governors who defy the Supreme Court, seize Federal jurisdictions, and boast about State Sovereignty over the National prerogatives. </span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> I don't know how to put this simply; but: if your Party's main candidate is already fighting an uphill battle against disinformation accusing him of wanting to be a dictator, how exactly does it help dispel that Narrative by bending the Constitution against political enemies and abusing power?</span></p><p></p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhXEfq3tBRn0oww55pUz5FMpKUnE9a7qyqFdXTUdum1YTA5rcooHgO7O9wJ7DFK_eVEkNomJRTj95_GCQULDuNbPWxWiVodfs5yydQ8aGMPVFEFr-q1FQYfHzfIGNpqtJHH77Tlg4ux0kG2ztGileCoWne9iCbBkCzbiKGERB7C1ZCnL02aHQbqFfX9vBEt/s510/7q.jpg" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="253" data-original-width="510" height="199" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhXEfq3tBRn0oww55pUz5FMpKUnE9a7qyqFdXTUdum1YTA5rcooHgO7O9wJ7DFK_eVEkNomJRTj95_GCQULDuNbPWxWiVodfs5yydQ8aGMPVFEFr-q1FQYfHzfIGNpqtJHH77Tlg4ux0kG2ztGileCoWne9iCbBkCzbiKGERB7C1ZCnL02aHQbqFfX9vBEt/w400-h199/7q.jpg" width="400" /></a></div><br /><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> It really would help Republican chances if they had <i>something</i> that distinguished them from the Democrats. It certainly would help a lot more than playing constantly into the Liberal Narrative. It doesn't seem like that's where they're going though: in fact, the latest buzz in the Controlled Opposition press is encouraging Trump<a href="https://www.kulr8.com/news/national/trump-considers-noem-and-scott-for-vice-president-reveals-shortlist-in-fox-news-interview/video_7b1a16f9-2e9c-5a4c-b812-fccd6ba70631.html" target="_blank"> to use Affirmative-Action to pick a Vice-President</a>. </span><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: georgia;">The GOP has become </span><a href="https://nightwind777.blogspot.com/2023/12/conservative-punditocracy-praises.html" style="font-family: georgia;" target="_blank">very flexible</a><span style="font-family: georgia;"> on its </span><i style="font-family: georgia;"><a href="https://www.foxnews.com/media/caitlyn-jenner-joins-fox-news" target="_blank">inclusiveness</a> </i><span style="font-family: georgia;">as of late. Choosing high-profile </span><i style="font-family: georgia;">representatives of diversity </i><span style="font-family: georgia;">is only wrong when Liberals do it, like everything else.</span></span><p></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> The 'smart boys' are considering SC Senator Tim Scott and SD Governor Kristi Noem as 'smart picks.' Scott, <a href="https://www.opensecrets.org/federal-lobbying/top-recipients" target="_blank">who outpaces every other Republican Senator in grabbing lobbying cash</a> by a wide margin, was once called by Lindsey Graham <i>"the future of the Republican Party." </i>Graham's endorsement alone should tell us all that we need to know about Senator Scott.</span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> Kristi Noem deserves credit for being the <i>only </i>Republican Governor who stood up against Scamdemic hysteria. However, her qualifications for the Vice-Presidency are a bit questionable. In many ways, she reminds one of Sarah Palin: a competent State governor but out of her depth on national issues. Like Sarah Palin too, Kristi Noem has mostly a symbolic attraction, appealing to the Oedipal Complexes which are endemic among American males on the Right. </span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> The Vice-Presidential Question is reflective of a problem which plagued the Trump Administration and which the RNC has never addressed: the sheer lack of qualified people to operate an administration. Trump made some good picks: Sessions, Price, Zinke, Carson all did excellent jobs but most never even finished out their terms. Other picks were disasters: Mattis, 'Rainbow Rex' Tillerson, Pompeo, Bolton, and the insipid Mike Pence and William Barr for example. </span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> The situation in 2024 is even worse than it was in 2016. Trump is basically a one-man Party with no supporting cast. Beyond Trump there's nothing but a vast wasteland of Neocons, 'New Right' whackos, and general incompetents. In 2022, Trump endorsements were the only thing that kept the Republicans from a major loss: and two years later the Party is operating on an even more slender thread. There's nothing---absolutely nothing---to show for even the small gains made in 2022. </span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> Again, the best option for Conservatives is to ignore the political circus and concentrate on building communities and coalitions among like-minded people. </span></p>The Night Windhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/05288746952754043429noreply@blogger.com2tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5677268555273537920.post-86792638415526085862024-02-06T11:02:00.000-08:002024-02-06T11:02:15.109-08:00WHY POLLS ARE MEANINGLESS<p> <span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> Here in the Prozac Nation electoral politics are on about the same plane as events like the Super Bowl, the Academy Awards, WWE Monday Night Smackdown, etc. The outcome is determined already, but the spectacle is the important thing. Hollywood has conditioned Americans over the years to believe that life works like a scripted drama; and in a <i><a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Inverted_totalitarianism#Managed_democracy" target="_blank">Managed Democracy</a>, </i>like we now have, voting for political candidates is like audience participation in the whole performance. </span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> Polls are an integral part of the performance. A <a href="https://www.wcvb.com/article/president-biden-approval-economy-national-poll/46650671" target="_blank">poll released today</a>, for example, by that <a href="https://www.gazettenet.com/University-of-Massachusetts-Amherst-research-agreements-industry-corporations-35117293" target="_blank">wholly impartial</a> paragon of Academic integrity, the <a href="https://www.masslive.com/news/2019/08/3-indicted-in-umass-amherst-contractor-fraud-scheme.html" target="_blank">University of Massachusetts</a>, shows that <i>"</i></span><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"><i><span style="background-color: white; color: #414141;">Fifty-eight percent of the respondents to the UMass-Amherst/WCVB said Biden has fallen short of their expectations, the highest rate in the four times the poll has asked this question. </span><span style="background-color: white; color: #414141;">The latest poll also found Biden's overall approval rating to be 39%, which is down from 44% in June's poll." </span></i></span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"><span style="background-color: white; color: #414141;"> Such numbers have the Controlled Opposition dancing around the story like a bunch of cannibals dancing around a stew-pot. They infer from these numbers that everyone 'dissatisfied by Biden' automatically are going to vote Republican instead. All that the poll <i>actually </i>shows is that voters aren't happy with the Junta's handling of various issues. As for any <i>Red Wave </i>resulting from any of this, <a href="https://news.gallup.com/poll/513410/congress-job-approval-drops-lowest-2017.aspx" target="_blank">consider that the Republicans' approval ratings are 1/3 of what Biden's are</a>. </span></span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"><span style="background-color: white; color: #414141;"> The echo-chambers on the Establishment Right are trumpeting most loudly the numbers on Biden's handling of immigration and the economy---two of their main propaganda points even though the Republicans' solutions to immigration issues are draconian and unrealistic, and their economic program is nonexistent. </span></span></p><p><span style="background-color: white; color: #414141; font-family: SourceSansPro, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 18px;"> </span><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"><i><span style="background-color: white;">"According to the poll, Americans are most concerned about the way Biden has handled immigration, with 67% of respondents indicating he has handled the issue 'not too well' or 'not well at all.' </span><span style="background-color: white;">At least half of those polled also had negative opinions of how the president has handled inflation, taxes, crime, jobs, climate change, the Israel-Hamas war and the Russia-Ukraine war. There was no issue included in the poll where respondents gave Biden a majority positive review. </span><span style="background-color: white;">The poll found that 36% would describe the nation's economy as 'fair,' and 35% would describe it as 'poor.' Some of the most common words used to explain those ratings were 'inflation' and 'high prices.'"</span></i></span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"><span style="background-color: white;"><i> </i> The problem here is that there's no further explanation as to the roots of these dissatisfaction. Unlike many postmodern Conservatives, I actually know a few Democrat voters and even talk to them. Recently, I had occasion to talk to a few about contemporary politics. Though unhappy with Biden, here's how <i>they</i> described things:</span></span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"><span style="background-color: white;"> <b>NW</b>: So, you don't like how Biden is handling Immigration. Why not?</span></span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"><span style="background-color: white;"> <b>Democrat</b>: Look at the way he keeps caving to Republicans and letting those psychopath governors get away with defying federal law and dumping people on already overwhelmed communities---without even providing help for them. </span></span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"><span style="background-color: white;"> <b>NW</b>: What about Biden's handling of the economy? </span></span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"><span style="background-color: white;"> <b>Democrat</b>: Same thing. Biden has sold out unions and the working man and given free rein to Republican Corporate cronies to run wild. He hasn't stood up to these scumbags on any issue.</span></span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"><span style="background-color: white;"> So, do we still want to pretend that Democrat voters are going to switch parties in droves and vote Republican this November? A dead giveaway to how Democrats actually see things ought to have been apparent when they listed <i>Climate Change </i>as one of the issues that they feel Biden isn't handling well. As for the other issues listed, the Republican position is no different than Biden's: in fact, often more extreme, such as dealing with Gaza and Ukraine. </span></span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"><span style="background-color: white;"> It was also noteworthy that social issues didn't appear on the poll, and these are issues that the Controlled Opposition's pundits also discreetly sweep under the rug. Despite doing absolutely nothing on Right to Life issues for nearly 50 years, the Republicans reacted to the overturning of <i>Roe vs. Wade </i>by conceding to the Left. They cynically say that Abortion is a <i>State's Rights </i>issue: i.e., that they're fine with it as long as it only happens in <i>Blue States </i>and doesn't cut into the profit-margins of their clients in Big Pharma who traffic in fetal tissues and organ harvesting. Even pro-Abortion proponents see through this hypocrisy and it doesn't win any support from anybody. </span></span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"><span style="background-color: white;"> The best thing that we can do is ignore these electoral polls and all the media hoopla and fake 'experts' analyses around them. Ultimately, they mean nothing at all, and divert attention and sow division so that the activities of the Corporate Deep State go on unnoticed and unchallenged. </span></span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"><span style="background-color: white;"><br /></span></span></p><p><span style="background-color: white; color: #414141; font-family: SourceSansPro, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 18px;"> </span></p>The Night Windhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/05288746952754043429noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5677268555273537920.post-2340756132534957372024-02-05T12:26:00.000-08:002024-02-05T12:26:14.758-08:00US BEEF SUPPLY CONTINUES TO DECLINE AS PRICES SOAR<p> <span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;">While weekend election-year dramas were focusing on debates on how we best can defend our borders against migrant farm-workers, how we can defend BlackRock's shipping interests in the Red Sea, and whom Taylor Swift might endorse for President, the USDA quietly slipped another rather embarrassing report under the media radar screen. It seems <a href="https://www.blacklistednews.com/article/85749/us-cattle-herd-at-73year-lows-as-retail-beef-prices-at-record.html" target="_blank">that American beef cattle production has reached a 73-year low</a>: which most Americans probably noticed (<a href="https://alpharoot.com/cannabis-statistics-2023/" target="_blank">if they weren't too stoned during shopping</a>) at their local supermarkets. That is, for those who <a href="https://www.eatthis.com/grocery-store-closures-2023/" target="_blank">still <i>have </i>a local supermarket</a> in <i>Exceptional America. </i></span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"><i> </i>These numbers need to be taken in some context. The US population in 1950 was about half of what it is today, so the smaller herd size then didn't have nearly the impact on prices from the demand-side that it has now.</span></p><p></p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj7-4pUNSEjkb-JqDJ1DfTk540YaAGWrNIkJTWempCQuCxiD3KIHWOiYR4sMscTW0XlDkYv0TI3E5-IYHn9wiJQBKNyn6qUc77dvnuPp1N9BLmA_CfZDm_-SvazFlkAMajZ7UE-MS0CQ9Y2Z4FNZQHK1iTxwqOxLYfWc9TsBw-B9Mpt1LHAxnVpj4JOTum9/s1126/1447.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="960" data-original-width="1126" height="273" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj7-4pUNSEjkb-JqDJ1DfTk540YaAGWrNIkJTWempCQuCxiD3KIHWOiYR4sMscTW0XlDkYv0TI3E5-IYHn9wiJQBKNyn6qUc77dvnuPp1N9BLmA_CfZDm_-SvazFlkAMajZ7UE-MS0CQ9Y2Z4FNZQHK1iTxwqOxLYfWc9TsBw-B9Mpt1LHAxnVpj4JOTum9/s320/1447.jpg" width="320" /></a></div><br /><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> Also, inflation rates have grown by over 1000% since then, while the adjusted income levels for <a href="https://www.americanbar.org/groups/crsj/publications/human_rights_magazine_home/wealth-disparities-in-civil-rights/americas-vast-pay-inequality-is-a-story-of-unequal-power/#:~:text=Since%20the%20late%201970s%2C%20inflation,politicians%20across%20the%20political%20spectrum." target="_blank">all of us <i>little people </i>has been stagnated for over five decades</a>. </span><p></p><p></p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjWQMLpfNdbLRMMennF8cFqYI1jeQTljjJ0PRIsWU4NoufKTrb94THcbsZvt6Hs1iFKkPkGs21luRzBtZoMAeKSHIbxBhZB4OMTFi1nwVn75CTg41vkScE5hBlgR2nxnoqkmniHwiMcM34CJNyYsONLbYQwYFte5TnUIeB8bqJ8vWNbf0rnz71XgHnFJXjm/s560/1448.PNG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="277" data-original-width="560" height="198" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjWQMLpfNdbLRMMennF8cFqYI1jeQTljjJ0PRIsWU4NoufKTrb94THcbsZvt6Hs1iFKkPkGs21luRzBtZoMAeKSHIbxBhZB4OMTFi1nwVn75CTg41vkScE5hBlgR2nxnoqkmniHwiMcM34CJNyYsONLbYQwYFte5TnUIeB8bqJ8vWNbf0rnz71XgHnFJXjm/w400-h198/1448.PNG" width="400" /></a></div><br /><span style="font-family: georgia; font-size: medium;"> While all of this has <a href="https://www.theguardian.com/environment/ng-interactive/2021/jul/14/food-monopoly-meals-profits-data-investigation" target="_blank">been a benefit to Agribusiness consortia </a>and the financial oligarchies funding them, it hasn't helped the American public too much.
