GULF WAR 3.0 AND THE ALLEGED AMMO SHORTAGE

While the American Public has been distracted with Election Year nonsense for the last month or so, Gulf War 3.0 continues, albeit at a slower pace. The Globalists are continuing to lose assets---three tankers in the last few days alone---and there have been reports that everyone is bracing for another round of military action. Iran has gone on high alert, as have the Zionists and the Gulf monarchies. There have also been a few probing raids from both sides and there is a definite shifting about of military assets in the region.

There have also been some movement here in the US domestically. The Pentagon has ordered preparation for mass-casualty events and put bases on a 90-day regimen to prepare for self-sufficiency if cut off from normal logistical support (something that they should have been doing anyway, but that's another story). Hegseth recently removed the top Pentagon strategist; there have been a lot of rumors floating around as to why: but given the recent strategic failures in both Ukraine and the Gulf we can't, in all fairness, say that any other pretext was really needed for a change.

Another interesting development is that air defense systems, including interceptor missiles have been deployed near the White House and Mar-a-Lago. They've also been deployed at other key governmental installations and probably elsewhere though the Media would rather not discuss such things. Which brings us to another interesting point.

Where is all of the equipment for these maneuvers coming from? Throughout the Media we've been hearing for months that there "is a critical depletion of our weapons stockpiles." That's not only coming from Democrat squawk-boxes either; sites which have had a legitimate opposition to the war have featured a continuous line of various pundits claiming the same thing. This story is something we've been skeptical about from the beginning.

The Administration also has beefing up weapons supplies to the Zionists and (behind the scenes) to Ukraine. When asked about these deployments and weapons-sales, the pundits roll their eyes and say something like, "Well, I don't know if Trump is all that rational," or "Trump is listening to sycophants who tell him what he wants to hear," and so forth. While some of that may be true, the numbers don't lie. We can't be moving this much ordinance around if we didn't really have it. Apparently, the Iranians don't believe it either, or else they wouldn't be digging in and conserving their own munitions unless they expected to need such precautions.

As we pointed out in the above-referenced article, this narrative began last Summer and originated with Corporate Media outlets CNN and the Washington Post whose source was the ultra-Deep State think-tank, the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS). It's interesting to note, too, that a number of the pundits promoting the story had long careers in the CIA, the Pentagon, or other Deep State operations before they suddenly turned whistle-blower---and all around the same time, at that.

Regardless of Gulf War 3.0's legitimacy or immorality, it can't be gainsaid that attempting to deceive the opponent by planting fake stories about weapons shortages isn't a good strategy; although I think that the Pentagon underestimated Iranian Intelligence Services badly on this point (note that the same pundits have been spreading stories about China and Russia assisting Iranian Intel with no proof of that happening because they can't admit that a nation whom they consider their inferiors is capable of defending itself against them alone).

From the cynical Realpolitik perspective of America's ruling Oligarchs, the strategy has a political side. I doubt seriously that there really is going to be any Blue Tsunami next Tuesday---their election stories are no more believable than their war reporting---and if that's coupled with a massive military sortie against Iran, the Controlled Opposition will be thoroughly discredited.

As far as how well another military action against Iran will play out in actuality; let's not forget that Iran may well be understating its own capabilities too. The Pentagon, too, wouldn't be making all of these deep-level preparations unless they had at least an instinctual fear of what the Iranians could accomplish. The next few weeks will tell.
