TOP NYC SCHOOL ADMINISTRATOR CAUGHT IN STING OPERATION

  While the unfortunate children and teens caught in the very politically-correct New York City Public School System are away on Winter Recess, the System's 'openly gay' Deputy Chief-of-Staff David Hay decided to visit his home state of Wisconsin. He was going to meet a young boy whom he'd encountered online to help him explore alternative sexuality and to accept his sexuality. 

  Sadly for Mr. Hay, instead of falling into the arms of a male lover, he was greeted with the outstretched arms of Winnebago County Sheriff John Matz, who'd been part of a Sting Operation. Hay now sits in a cell adorned in a black and white striped suit, bewailing his fate. 

   It's not known how old the 'boy' was supposed to be; but the law under which Hay was charged specifically indicts "someone who uses a computerized communication system to communicate with an individual who the actor believes or has reason to believe has not attained the age of 16 years with intent to have sexual contact or sexual intercourse with the individual.” These are boys 15 and younger whom Hay was preying upon. 

  Hay drew down a fat $168,000 salary from the City. He was in charge of enforcing 'equality'; that is allowing homosexuals and other perverts access to the public schools. After all, New York City officially recognizes 31 distinct genders: and Obama, DeBlasio and other Leftist whack-jobs assure all of us that these policies are all about pride and not grooming. How you can teach children about homosexuality without grooming them, they haven't explained: but it's hateful and ignorant to believe that it's not possible.

  According to the Left, it's a few Bronze Age bigots who don't accept the New Science; to wit, that gender has no basis in biology. Other than a few celebrity scientists who offer no actual scientific proof of this, biology teaches us exactly the opposite. Modern Science from Darwin and Freud onward---men who were almost all Atheists, Agnostics, and Evolutionists---even acknowledged that sexual differentiation lay at the base of Medicine, Psychology, and Civilization itself. It happens that Religion and Philosophy teach the same truths; whether by revelation, logic, or simple common sense. 

   Dr. Iwan Bloch, a 20th Century scientist who was largely responsible for making human sexuality a legitimate subject for Academic research wrote only a few decades ago that:

  "It is unquestionable that evolution and the progress of civilization have resulted in an extremely marked differentiation between the two sexes, and for this reason the formation of a so-called 'third sex' in which these sexual differences are obscured can only be regarded as a markedly retrogressive step...It is indeed possible that this 'third sex'---that hermaphrodites, homosexuals, and other 'intermediate stages'---also play a certain part in the progress of civilization. But their significance is slight and limited, if for this reason alone because from these individuals the possibility of transmission by inheritance of valuable peculiarities is cut off, and hence the possibility of a future perfectibility of true progress, is excluded. There are two sexes only upon which every true advance in civilization depends---the genuine man and the genuine woman. All other varieties are no more than phantoms, monstrosities, and vestiges of primitive sexual conditions."

  And again:

   " That the comparative obliteration of sexual contrasts among the lower orders of modern society is a vestigial relic of primitive conditions is shown also by the primeval history of the nations. The idea already appearing in the Biblical creation myth, and the thought later expressed by Plato that the first human being was originally both man and woman and that the woman was formed out of this primeval being Adam---this pregnant thought merely expresses the indifference of the sexes among savage peoples and in the primitive history of mankind. The hermaphrodite of ancient art is, like the man-woman of modern Feminism, an atavism: a retrogression to these long-past stages, of which we have only the above-mentioned vestiges to remind us...Sexual differentiation stands and falls with civilization. The former is the indispensable preliminary of the latter. Destroy it, and the whole course of development will be reversed."

   Except for the theology involved, it's doubtful that most Christians would argue with these points. Don't let anyone fool you into believing that objections to homo acceptance only stem from religious prejudice. The objections are based upon solid science as well; and ignoring the reality of that will only lead to more victims of their pernicious ideology. 

OWEN BENJAMIN SWATS HIS OWN BUTT

   Well, we're into the 3rd day now of The Great Troll War. After several months of attacking Conservatives, Christians, and singling out a few personalities like Jordan Peterson, Joe Rogan, Ben Shapiro, Nick Fuentes, (and even occasionally President Trump), some Red Pill chieftains took offense that a few of us actually dared to fight back. In typical Red Pill fashion, they cast themselves as the victims in all of this. The new twist to their victim-card playing is that we've been labeled as 'Gammas' (SJW doesn't really fit Conservative opponents). A Gamma is an archetype in their imaginary male-hierarchy schemata; but since their followers believe in that cultish nonsense it makes a handy scapegoat. 

   In the true LARPing personas of warrior-poets, Vox Day, Owen Benjamin, and a few of their toadies in Cyberspace called out vlogger Davey Crocko and a couple of Redditors as specific aggressors. A couple of Owen's enemies: Ty Richards and Captain Cutler have been added, as well as a vlogger called Metokur. I've had a suspicion that we're on the blacklist too; and it seems---judging by the recent blog stats---that they've been combing our archives, looking for 'dirt.' It was reported today that they found Crocko's workplace; but unfortunately got the wrong address and some innocent business suffered a troll attack. This is nothing new; they've made fools of themselves doxxing the wrong targets before. 

   Frustrated by their minions' repeated bungling, Vox and Owen lashed out yesterday. They released a phony story that Owen's compound somewhere in the Seattle Area had been swatted; that is raided by SWAT police on a phony tip. It never really happened: a policeman visited for a welfare check after Owen went berserk and started threatening people online. 

   Owen Benjamin is no stranger to this kind of thing: he actually managed to alienate his entire former hometown. One can imagine what his neighbors put up with---and that includes his equally revolting hygienic practices. The police probably know his reputation as a violent drunk, drug addict, and pervert. But the story is being spun by Red Pill propagandists as though the 'Gammas' brought down the entire 7th Cavalry upon him. One Red Pill pygmy who runs a blog called Didact's Reach really ramped up the dramatics:

   "People have died due to these SWATting incidents. It is essentially armed assault and intent to cause grievous bodily harm, up to and including premeditated murder, by proxy.
The information that we have at the moment indicates that a group of online Gamma trolls were responsible for this attack on one of our own Men of the West and his family.Try to imagine what the Big Bear went through recently.

   "He, his pregnant wife, and his two little boys were simply going about their daily lives on that big property of theirs... And while they were doing whatever they do, presumably on a weekend and therefore probably relaxing - their front door got smashed in and a group of extremely heavily armed men in black stormed in and pointed their guns at him, his wife, his boys, and his dog. Can you imagine the kind of agony that he would have gone through if any of his loved ones had been hurt, or - God forbid - killed in that encounter?"

   Wow...imagine being attacked by an Indian War Party; or a herd of wild boars, or a team of Nazi saboteurs...I'll bet that would be scary too. 

  "This episode should serve as a warning to you, brothers. It does not matter that we are currently in the Christmas season, usually a time of celebration, festivity, and fellowship. Our enemies will not play by the same rules that we do. They will not adhere to civilised norms of mercy, decency, and Christian charity."

   You mean like sending an unknown number of crazed cult fanatics out to harass people? And who can forget previous Yuletide Red Pill antics?

  "The Supreme Dark Lord (PBUH) and the Legal Legion of Evil are not standing idle here. The anklebiting idiots who did this may well have thought that they were just doing it for teh lulz, or whatever, but they have also now opened themselves up to legal liability and criminal investigation. All you have to do to understand what a massive can of hookworms they've opened up, is to read the Anti-Swatting Act of 2018."

   Vox also referenced the Anti-Swatting Act of 2018 in one of his recent diatribes and made similar threats. The only problem for the vaunted Legal Legion of Evil is that there is no such law. 

   Which I suppose is fitting, since there was no such SWAT raid either. Once again, the Dark Lord and Big Bear have made themselves look like complete chumps---and they wonder why they get laughed at by guys like Davey Crocko. 

   

   

VOX' TROLLS AND RED PILL WOMEN

   So yesterday, Vox Day was gushing with pious horror; claiming that someone had sicced the FBI/SWAT upon his crony Owen Benjamin's compound. As it turns out, the police actually did show up there. There are public records out there and it didn't take some on Youtube very long to uncover the truth:

    Poor Big Bear: he doesn't even have credibility when he tries to do something stupid. At least the guys on Youtube are having an easier time doing research on the Web than the vaunted Vile Faceless Minions. Vox was obliged to write a post today giving them the basics:

A word of advice: emailing us nothing but a link to a video and saying "this video is in violation" is entirely useless. If you want to help, then please put in the work that will actually reduce the workload of others.

Note that without the timestamps from BOTH the original and the violating video, the lawyers cannot submit the copyright infringement notification. So, if you're not going to provide that, there is no point in providing anything.

I understand people are simply trying to help. But the key word there is "trying", as it is vital to understand that actual help requires REDUCING the burden upon others, not INCREASING it. Which is why just bringing something to someone's attention cannot reasonably be described as helping.

   But what was more serious was reading through some of the comments. A lot of good men who are fighting the repulsive Red Pill Cult---in all of its manifestations---were deeply concerned that something may have happened to Owen Benjamin's wife and kids, Owen schools his followers in all the abusive tactics of Game/Dark Triad advocated by the sachems in the Manosphere. Game is overall a very nasty form of psychological abuse and generally appeals to men who can't keep a woman except through force, fraud, and fear. 

   Feminism's influence in our culture is one factor that produces female vulnerability to abusive men. Many American girls grow up without any healthy male authority figures. Those who are lucky enough to have real fathers have a respect for men and confidence in their feminine roles. Those who hate their fathers develop Penis Envy and become Lesbians and Radfems. 

   But still some girls grow up with a healthy sexuality---i.e. the desire to submit to a strong and dominant man; but the weak men and cultural gynocentricity frustrates them so that by they time they reach their late teens/early twenties they're desperate for anything that even remotely appears like strength. Such women are picked off easily by thugs and other predators like Owen Benjamin and this scumbag:

      This clown is a vlogger named Nathaniel Slattery, who was recently excommunicated from the Bear Cult but reinstated after grovelling in public to Owen Benjamin. He was recently married to a girl whom he Gamed; and has done what abusers typically do. He's isolated her from her community and family and brags about what he allows her to do and not do. Like many others in the Red Pill community, Slattery has a proclivity for violence and frequently flies into uncontrollable rages. 

    Crocko and others have documented videos of Slattery bragging about recurring dreams about slaughtering people and often he vlogs while cradling a rifle. He claims to have had homosexual tendencies in his youth. (That I don't doubt; but I do doubt that he no longer has them). Understandably, some real men out there are concerned about the welfare of his young wife. 

   Hopefully the exposure being put upon the cultists now will give women and children trapped in the system a chance to break free. At least it will prevent a lot of others from making the same mistake. 

VOX DAY AND OWEN BENJAMIN OPEN SALVOS; SHOOT THEMSELVES IN THE FOOT

   So, 24 hours are up now. Out here on the Pacific Coast, we're still awaiting the hordes of the Vile Faceless Minions, Angry Bears, Rabid Puppies, Legal Legion of Evil, Dragon Slayers of St. So-and-So---or whoever else has been assigned to dispatch The Night Wind. I think I'll go bowling tomorrow...

  Vox and Owen meanwhile are melting down in paroxysms of paranoia. Their wrath is falling most heavily on a vlogger who goes by the name Davey Crocko. (Even though Vox' thugs doxxed him today and broadcast his real name all over the Internet, we will use his screen-name here). Crocko has been running a series lately exposing Vox' and Owen's crimes as well as poking fun at them and their followers. What has the Cultists' undies in a knot is that Crocko claims to be in touch with a disaffected member of Vox' inner circle. This has sent them into a panic. 

   Yesterday Vox Day claimed that he'd received a security notice from Google and extrapolated from that that Crocko was trying to hack his account. Today Vox went on Unauthorized TV and claimed that Crocko sent the FBI to raid Owen's secret hideout.  

   This is all assuming that any of what Vox or Owen says is true. Owen claimed not long ago that someone sent poisoned Gummy-Bears to his kids; and that the host of Nightwave was plotting to assassinate him. Gammas, Wizards, and Sodomites are always in the shadows somewhere stalking this nitwit in his own imagination. 

   But makes it worse, is that another ex-cultist claimed to have filed a complaint with the FBI and posted about it five days ago; long before Vox' Ultimatum. This rather handicaps his case: making false accusations against someone whom he accuses of doing the same thing. The problem for them now is that Teddy Spaghetti has gone and shot off his big mouth again; and sooner or later he's going to have to stop beating his chest and actually do something. And neither Vox nor Owen has had a great track record recently of delivering on their promises.

You'll find out. Everyone, from the anonymous Internet troll to the very expensive lawyers for the Silicon Valley corporation or the publicly-traded New York publisher, bluffs and postures right up until the moment they discover that they are not untouchable. Then they beg and plead for mercy.

  This is a main reason why their cult-followers have been grumbling lately; they've donated a lot of both financial and personal capital for the 'Cause' and have little or nothing to show for it. And as we've pointed out ourselves many times and on many occasions, many of these projects have little or transparency; highly questionable contractual terms; and often operate behind front-companies and cut-outs---many of which are not even based in the United States.

It's going to be funny when real cops with real badges and real guns knock on your door with warrants in hand.

You see, what you don't understand is, it's not about "saying mean things on the internet," because that's freedom of speech.

When you crossed into tortious interference... well, that's an area with a solid, 800-year long legal foundation.

Oh, and if you think hiding behind a VPN makes you untraceable and immune ... well, you just keep telling yourself that.

  What this knothead doesn't understand is that Tortious Interference requires that an actual contractual relationship exists between the parties at law.  "The interference must have been wrongful "by some measure beyond the fact of the interference itself." Della Penna v. Toyota Motor Sales, USA, Inc., 11 Cal.4th 376, 393 (1995). 

"Intentional IWCR also shares many elements with intentional IWPEA. A plaintiff must prove that:

1. A contract existed between the plaintiff and a third party;
2. The defendant knew about the contract;
3. The defendant engaged in conduct that prevented or hindered performance of the contract;
4. The defendant intended this result, or knew it was likely;
5. This harmed the plaintiff; and
6. The defendant’s conduct substantially caused this harm.

See Pacific Gas & Electric Co. v. Bear Stearns & Co., 50 Cal.3d 1118 (1990).

Negligent Interference with a Contractual Relationship

California courts do not recognize negligent IWCR as a cause of action. Fifield Manor v. Finston, 54 Cal.2d 632 (1960)."

     For these two goofballs to claim that what essentially amounts to negative reviews of their business practices somehow interferes with their ability to profit off these scams is going to get them laughed out of court. About their only hope would be proving that these criticisms were intentionally libelous. But even there, they're stuck. As astute commenter Amya Spedonym pointed out at Kiwi Farms, the legal bar for libel against a public figure is considerably higher than for an average citizen, And that less than two weeks ago, Teddy Spaghetti boasted on his blog:

     "One thing that people tend to forget is that I've been a public figure for 26 years, ever since my weekly column began appearing, complete with my picture, in the St. Paul Pioneer Press. This means that I am very, very accustomed to dealing with all of the various problems and challenges and complications that entails in a way that most people are not. So, if you are a self-appointed critic, you just may want to think twice before getting into a written conflict with me, because I will never hesitate to ensure that your words will follow you around for the rest of your life."

   Open mouth, insert foot. 

   It's a dark time to be in a cult, folks. Especially when your leaders are hopeless dorks.

VOX DAY GIVES US 24 HOURS

    Cultists Vox Day and Owen Benjamin have laid down an ultimatum:

    Vox then went on a hour-long meltdown on his scam Unauthorized TV channel giving those who've dared criticize said channel 'one last chance' to confess to him via e-mail, with apologies, our real names, and contact information. 

      I have to admit that not being named on Vox' blog or his podcast makes me feel a bit neglected, but I'm assuming that we're included in this threat. Mr. Davey Crocko gave us an honorable mention yesterday,  and we've often quoted vloggers and posted stills and links to these sites. And he specifically named Blogger along with Youtube among these big companies wherein some of his Red Pills are supposedly embedded. 

     "We are now in No-Holds-Barred territory" Vox spouted, "You will be paying for your actions: possibly for the rest of your life! You are in violation of Federal and State Laws! We have 26 lawyers in the Legal Legion of Evil!"

    Like who? Mike Cernovich? Or John Red Eagle? 

    It's quite telling that Vox is threatening with action for Copyright Infringement and not for Libel, Defamation or Slander---though he mentions those things in his broadcast. If he did the latter, he would have to prove in court that the things we've said or written about him are, in fact, false. I don't think that Vox or Owen (or most other Manospherans, for that matter) really want to explain their activities to a judge. 

   But the Copyright Infringement schmaltz isn't going anywhere either. State Law doesn't say a thing about what Vox is claiming; and his threats of Tortious Interference are just as bogus. He actually ought to know the difference after nearly getting kicked off Amazon for engaging in that particular illegality himself; as well as for getting caught doxxing critics, like he's threatening to do now. 

   "This is not the first time we've had people hunted down and arrested! We've done this three times already!" he boasts some more. IIRC, though, those people actually spammed Vox' blog: not criticized him on the Internet as he pretends. 

   Apparently realizing the weakness of his position, Vox makes threats of taking legal action in European Courts. If anyone actually believes that I would respect any ruling from a foreign court, they are deluding themselves.

    Well, that's enough of this for now. I'm going to have some ice cream and watch a good Western. But if Vox wants a number to call and complain about me to somebody, call these guys and maybe they can help.

    

FRUITS OF THE CHRISTMAS SEASON

  On Christmas Eve, I visited a relative whom I hadn't seen in a long time. He, like myself, has had a growing distaste for what Christmas has become in Postmodern America. This year he and his helpmate decided to try an experimental celebration. 

  It was actually a lot of fun; after the ladies prepared a nice dinner, they presented a large cake, to the delight of the kids who blew out the candles together. As one precocious 8 year-old boy explained, "Well, we're celebrating a birthday, ain't we?" There were 21 candles: each representing a millennium since the First Christmas, 

  Apparently this is an idea that's been spreading; because I found several similar cakes for sale on the Web. What a cool idea, I thought. Bringing actual fun back to Christmas. 

  President and Mrs. Trump recorded a White House Message before departing for a celebration at Mar-a-Lago. I have to admit that I love Melania's accent. Maybe it's just me: but I've thought there was something sexy about foreign girls speaking English.

   Pope Francis urged us all to self-reflection today and spoke about an end to the humanitarian crises now plaguing the Middle East in particular. He spoke about the severe refugee problem these conflicts were creating in Europe: although the jackals in the American Press immediately pulled his words out of context to bash Trump's Immigration Policies. Such is the holiday spirit of the Left. 

   Holidays like Christmas and Easter are gloomy times for the enemies of American Culture; to the point where during the Deep State times, there were maniacal effort to push Christmas completely out of the general public purview. The same crowd has tried to get around President Trump's reforms by promoting Satanism and releasing blasphemous films. 

   And anti-Christian cults like the Red Pills have been rampaging too. On Christmas, Vox Day called for a Protestant Inquisition! 

  "All of the modern churches and evangelical associations need to start purging themselves of their social justice warriors, who worship the false god of a worldly judeochrist instead of Jesus Christ of Nazareth...This is about reclaiming the soul and spirit of the Christian organizations that have been infiltrated and at least partially converged, and ensuring that they remain dedicated to Jesus Christ, not social justice judeochristianity...A Protestant inquisition is long overdue."

   Vox' fellow-cultist Owen Benjamin has been on a near month-long spiral of rage. Benjamin has by his own admission been banned from family Christmas gatherings: his in-laws don't want him because he gets into fights with those relatives who believe that the Moon Landings actually happened. He's not wanted at his own family's house after publicly calling his father a 'wizard' and a 'sodomite' (complete with lurid details). He also recently said that dinosaurs never existed and denounced parents who buy toy dinosaurs for their kids---which is sure to keep him away from most Christmas festivities.

   'Big Bear' managed to get himself kicked off Youtube earlier this month and has been screaming ever since that his cult is infiltrated with 'Gammas' and been alternately excommunicating and threatening his cult-members to keep them in line. At the bottom of this conspiracy is none other than President Trump himself! 

   "Under Obama we could criticize the Jews!" he howled, "Obama didn't deplatform me, Trump did!", etc., etc.: it's always someone else's fault. 

   This is what Christ meant when he taught "by their fruits you shall know them."  As Christmas draws good people together in the Spirit of Christ; those opposed to the Good bear fruits of division and rage. 

MARYLAND DEMOCRAT CAUGHT IN CANNABIS PAY-TO-PLAY SCHEME

   Democrat Maryland Assemblywoman Cheryl Glenn is ending 2019 in jail after she was caught accepting over $30,000 in bribes from Marijuana legalization interests. The Federal Indictment alleges that Glenn sponsored legalization legislation with an eye to benefiting clients and rig the licensing system on their behalf.

   WUSA-9 in Washington, D.C. reported that  "Ms. Glenn met with a business person at a restaurant in Baltimore to discuss medical marijuana issues. During the conversation, Ms. Glenn allegedly said that people had asked her how a medical marijuana business, without any high-priced lobbyists, had been awarded a marijuana growing license. Ms. Glenn allegedly responded, 'They know God, and Cheryl Glenn.'" 

   As we've noted before, legalization is mostly a big-money corporate scam. We wrote here back in March:

  "The industry maintains 50 paid Beltway lobbyists---2/3 of whom are 'revolving door' ex-government employees. Among the leading donors are The New Federalism Fund which, despite its name, is a coalition of major Colorado marijuana growers. Another is The National Cannabis Industry Association; yet another is The Cannabis Trade Association. Pallia Tech (now known as Curaleaf) is a major medical marijuana cartel---even traded in the Canadian Stock Market. Surterra Holdings is another American based cartel headed by Beau Wrigley, heir to the chewing-gum company fortune. These various dispensary syndicates attracted a whopping $8 billion in transnational investments during the first three quarters of 2018. "

   When Maryland legalized, these Corporate interests quickly applied for licenses; but Glenn used her position to block their applications. She claimed that Maryland-based businesses and 'people of color' weren't fairly represented in the selection process---all the while taking payoffs to farm these lucrative contracts to her own constituents. By closing the entire State market off, these local firms would have had a monopoly. 

 Glenn may have thought that she had godlike powers in politics; but Wall Street plays on a whole different level than the Maryland State Assembly. In the Deep State's pay-to-play systems, the laws actually do get enforced when one steals---from the wrong people. My intuition tells me that Glenn was probably hoping for a bigger bribe from Corporate Cannabis; but after all the cash they'd already sunk into Maryland legalization they weren't in the mood for playing games. This, of course, is speculation: but one has to wonder who else would have been in a position to have tipped the FBI off about Glenn's activities. 

  It shouldn't be surprising that there's corruption in the industry; it was birthed in the Black Market and the rotten apple hasn't fallen far from the tree.
