As if we needed further proof of the depths to which the American Left will stoop to further Cultural Marxist goals. Detroit-area businessman and 'community leader' Michael Hager was caught and exposed last week for perpetrating a media hoax against President Trump.
Hager, a Moslem who was born in Iraq, whined to the Corporate Media late in January that he and his terminally-ill returned to Iraq to visit family. According to reports, when the family sought to return, Hager's mother was denied entry because of Trump's travel-ban, since her legal status was only that of Resident Alien.
"I was just shocked." he told the gullible reporters, "I had to put my mom back in the wheelchair and take her back and call the ambulance she was very, very upset. She knew then and there that if we sent her back to the hospital that she would pass away---that she wasn't going to make it. I really believe this in my heart: if they had let us in, my mom would have made it. She'd be sitting next to me right now. She's gone because of Trump... imagine if somebody did that to your mom."
Terrible to imagine, indeed. And even more terrible because the whole story is a lie.
The best part of the saga was that Hager was exposed by his own congregation. The Imam of the Dearborn Mosque that Hager attended came to the press with evidence that Hager's mother had died in Iraq five days before President Trump announced the travel-ban. The Imam stated that Hager had called him on January 19th requesting a special prayer-service; and again on January 22nd confirming that his mother had passed away. The Mosque held the Islamic funeral rites for her that day. Trump issued the Order instituting the travel ban on January 27th.
The Imam held a press conference before the red-faced local media and shamed them for spreading hysteria and fake news.
"What is needed now is peace and patience." the cleric scolded the Media Elites, "There is confusion. There is a mix that they have to distinguish between good refugees and bad refugees, and if this is what it takes to stop them for awhile, to screen them, that is a good thing for the security of the country."
The duped and humiliated Detroit media tried to track down Hager, but he was not responding to their requests. According to Fox-2 Detroit, Hager had earlier sent a text saying, "Since I lost my mom, I have been on heavy medication---I can't even sleep. I did not make anything up." Or---to put it in plain English---he's on drugs.
According to his social media statements, Hager owns a Detroit-area Metro PCS store and is a veteran of the few, the out-and-proud US Marine Corps. He's been mentioned for community activism in the local media before.
Once again, we see the true face of the so-called Cultural Elite in America. Imam Husham Husseini deserves a round of applause for doing his duty both as a spiritual leader and an American in calling out the shameless fraud.
It also displays once again the slavish servility of the Media to the Elites. Whenever one of these kinds of stories appears, it's best not to take them at face value. The recent Anarchist demonstration that blocked US Education Secretary Betsy DeVos from entering a public school saw one notable arrest. Ahmed-Bilyar Askaryar, a 'prominent DC activist' was formally charged with assault after he lost it at the protest and scuffled with police---and presumably posed a violent threat to DeVos. Witnesses stated that Askaryar was shouting anti-Trump obscenities while the police detained him and shocked schoolchildren looked on.
Askaryar had recently been invited to speak on National Public Radio shortly before the incident to denounce President Trump's Immigration Embargo Order. A noted Beltway homosexual, his thoughts were also published in that community's DC newspaper; and he published another commentary at this sterling publication.
The suspect was born in Afghanistan and came to the US at the age of five. He holds a graduate degree from American University. In other words, he spent all his adult life in US public schools and became a radical Leftist. Which seems to be a common theme among violent American radicals, regardless of their place of birth. I does make one wonder what Askaryar didn't want to DeVos to see.
Askaryar also managed the Turquoise Mountain project: "Artists Transforming Afghanistan" at the Smithsonian Institution. Turquoise Mountain was supported by the Obama Administration. The exhibit ended in January, and the funding cut and new Administration's priorities on rebuilding American culture no doubt contributed to Askaryar's public breakdown.
He also is a board member of the Afghanistan Research and Evaluation Unit. AREU lists one of its recent accomplishments as completing a 2-year project on "rural water management and opium poppy cultivation" in four Afghani provinces. The goal here being to "facilitate the achievement of rural livelihood security and stability in Afghanistan by exploring the dynamics of the opium economy in 2010-11 growing season and beyond."
With America's agricultural irrigation collapsing and opiate-addiction at all time highs, Askaryar and his friends were helping the Taliban improve their irrigation methods to get better poppy crops. AREU is funded by George Soros and receives grants from several UN and EU agencies, and some subsidies from various governments.
Askaryar is a specimen of why we need educational reform. Fifty years ago, an Afghan refugee boy starting Kindergarten in America would probably have grown up to become a productive and valuable citizen. Now our schools turn them into kooks who go on violent rampages at DC schools and Florida nightclubs. As badly as we need immigration reform, we need educational reform a lot more.
The Corporate Media outlet Buzzfeed---the same fake news source that gave us the 'Showergate' hoax---reported with great fanfare a meeting in California between leaders of the Woman's March kooks and Wall Street Tech executives this weekend.
Reshma Saujani, a native of Uganda and activist lawyer was one of those Women's March leaders who organized the meeting, which included Facebook COO Sheryl Sandberg; Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey; and Allison Johnson, formerly of Apple Technologies.
Saujani is a former DNC member and staff member of Hilary Clinton's 2008 Presidential Campaign. She formerly worked for Wall Street law firms as a defense attorney in securities' fraud cases. She worked for various robber-barons like Carret Asset Management, whose CEO went to prison for bank fraud. She also worked for the notorious Carlyle Group, of the infamous Dubai Ports Deal fame as well as the shady Fortress Investment Group, a fund connected with Goldman-Sachs. Saujani unsuccessfully ran for Congress, although she received endorsements from Facebook officials. She currently runs a STEM nonprofit called Girls Who Code, funded heavily by Tech companies including Apple.
"We're here to ask: How can Tech be part of The Resistance? We came to talk about what role we will play as we make sure we're standing up for undocumented immigrants, those effected by the Moslem ban, and other marginalized communities. We hoped that we could find allies in the tech community, and we have." she proudly announced to the gullible Corporate Press.
We've previously mentioned Apple's vested financial interest in the so-called 'Resistance'. Jack Dorsey, the CEO of Twitter is not far behind Apple's Tim Cook in this regard. Saudi Arabia owns more Twitter stock than Dorsey himself. Saudi Prince Alweed heads the same investment firm that also has major holdings in News Corp, Citigroup, and Four Seasons Hotels. Saudi Arabia and News Corp were major donors to the Clinton Foundation; Citibank a huge supporter of Clinton; and Four Seasons is one of Trump's business competitors. The Wahhabi-controlled Saudi government is also a huge supporter of CAIR, which had ties to some of the leaders of the Women's March.
The Buzzfeed article continues in the same nauseating vein, including a long account of a reception in an upscale San Francisco 'artistic' neighborhood hosted by the aforementioned Allison Johnson. The effete Bay Area Leftists essentially staged a safe-space style cry-in as they plotted to further 'resist' the Trump Administration.
This is a specimen of the types of people who've dominated American cultural discourse for the last three decades: our self-styled Cultural Elite. Inhabitants of the swamp that Trump has vowed to drain. This 'Resistance' is a paper tiger. It's basically a network of neurotics who are puppets propped up by entrenched financial interests. Exposing them is the way to defeat them.
Yesterday, the body of Frank Ancona, a Missouri Ku Klux Klan chieftain, was found along a riverbank. Between the shameless celebrating on the Far Left and the conspiracy theories floating up from the Red Pills and the Far Right, the Internet has been abuzz over this story from those elements bent on inciting a race-war.
'The personal is political' has gotten to the point in America where a man can't even die without making a political statement.
Ancona died from a gunshot wound to the head, and only a few hours ago did the authorities rule out suicide. The case is now being investigated as a homicide, and that has only intensified the finger-pointing and accusations.
As a policy here, we don't engage in speculations of this kind until facts are known. It's not unheard-of that people like Ancona have picked up hitch-hikers and been killed by them, for example. It's also not uncommon that people who cavort with extremist groups often come to violent ends. We don't know why Ancona was killed, so it's useless to offer theories at this point.
What is important here though, is that those who are exploiting the Ancona Case are not doing so with good intentions. He was a controversial individual and a generally suspicious character during his life, but there is no doubt that some are using his death to foment even more civil unrest. The Washington County Sheriff's Office, which is handling the case, is taking the correct approach by saying that solving a homicide and bringing the killer to justice is their only job.
And that should be our attitude as well. Pope Francis has spoken at length recently about the tongue as a weapon. Often words are used purposely to trigger unstable social elements---and there is no shortage of these in America now. All it will take is somebody from among either Ancona's confederates or his enemies to feel either vengeful or threatened for violence to start and spiral out of control. And recently, Missouri has given us sufficient proof that that state is particularly prone to such events.
The thing to do here is to respect the Rule of Law, no matter what the motives behind Ancona's death might have been.
It ought to go without saying at this point that the Leftist gangs running California Academia are both rabidly anti-Trump and anti-China. Hilary Clinton and John Kerry were both supporters of Obama's failed 'Asian Pivot' and the TPP. The American Left hates China for the same reasons they hate Trump: they reflexively despise economic success and envy powerful leaders. Chinese President Xi Jinping has a strong following in Asia and Africa
Thus the Academic Left loathes Xi because China's investment projects in the underdeveloped world have produced tangible results like jobs and higher living standards, as opposed to decades of the American Left's virtue-signaling in the same places. Also, recent Chinese technological achievements have shown up American Academia for the intellectual pygmies that they really are.
On Friday, President Trump had a very successful conference with Xi that smoothed over many tensions between the two countries. This conference was hailed in the Chinese Media (though ignored in the US) as a 'new dawn in Sino-US relations.' Historically, China is a natural ally of the US. Though there have been some rough times between the two countries on occasion, the two countries have been on friendly and mutually beneficial throughout most of our history.
So between the confirmation of Rex Tillerson and Trump's meeting with Xi, the UC-San Diego decided to throw a spanner into the works and invite the Dalai Lama to address their commencement ceremonies in June. Now, of course, the Lama is a hero to the Left, and outspokenly anti-Trump. In October, the Lama said of Trump, "I see a new Hitler in the making. If American people vote for Trump, it will be the end of great American civilization."
We Americans are accustomed to Left-Wing whackos spouting off like this at universities; but China's position on the Dalai Lama is that he's an international criminal and wanted in China for capital offenses. From China's perspective, this would be a similar insult their national pride as it would be if Chinese schools invited American Anarchists to speak about conditions in the US. It's very transparent here that the UC-San Diego timed this announcement to embarrass both Trump and Xi.
Pradeep Khosala, the president of UC-San Diego, hypocritically stated that the Dalai Lama was "a man of peace" and "a spiritual leader." It's doubtful that he'd feel the same way about inviting prominent Christian leaders to speak, however. Khosala is an immigrant from Mumbai, India with an academic background in Technologies. He formerly served as head of DARPA under the Clinton Administration and worked for several defense contractors under Obama before becoming head of UCSD in 2012. He also has affiliations with the Taiwanese government. He draws a fat $450,000 annual salary from California taxpayers.
When Tibet was ruled by the Lamas, the country had an international reputation as a hotbed of foreign spies and international crooks. The Lamas had a human-rights record about on a level with the Wahhabi States in the Arabian Peninsula today. It was such a brutal regime that when China annexed it 1951, even many Western pundits believed that Maoist Communism would be an improvement. The fact that many Tibetans welcomed the Chinese Army as liberators speaks for itself.
Tibetans were forced to worship the Dalai Lama as a god. The monks owned all property in Tibet and human life was without value to them. Professor Michael Parenti, a Left-Wing academic himself at Yale, wrote the following:
"Tibet was hardly the idyllic paradise of Hollywood lore. Serfs often had to carry their owners on their backs...it would not be incorrect to say that before the arrival of the Chinese PLA in 1951, that the Lands of the Lamas was a hell on earth. Over 70% of the population was comprised of poor, illiterate serfs and nomads; they had absolutely no rights and no value."
Parenti also alleges that the Lamas practiced torture and seized even the wives and daughters of peasants for sexual purposes. It's well known too that the Dalai Lama's so-called 'Government in Exile' was (and may still be) on the CIA payroll.
Like most of these Left-Wing icons, the Dalai Lama is a fraud and when we peer beneath the surface, we find the sordid interests of the Left behind him. Pre-annexation Tibet though does sound remarkably like the type of government that the Cultural Marxist mandarins and overlords in California Academia would like, though.
This weekend here in the Prozac Nation we are about to celebrate National Hate Heterosexuals Day (formerly known as St. Valentines Day). The Rainbow Flags are out; women buying dinner for their jobless thug boyfriends; and the annual singles-shaming is being blasted all throughout the Corporate Media.
In the days before Feminists and Red Pills dominated the gender-relations discourse, men and women actually didn't hate one another and popular culture reflected the lengths both genders would go to in winning the significant other of their dreams. Heterosexuality wasn't something to be ashamed of; and considered quite natural.
Our features here focus primarily on positive depictions of masculinity, which is especially depreciated in our culture. Thus the film genre of romantic comedies tend to fall outside of our typical venues; but searching through our archives we found one that had a big appeal for male audiences when it was released---although we had to go clear back to pre-code early talking films to do it. Our feature this week is from 1929 and titled The Wild Party.
The Wild Party is so politically-incorrect by today's sex-negative and gender-neutral standards that modern Hollywood wouldn't touch a script like this with a ten-foot pole. The plot is this: Stella Ames (played by the beautiful Clara Bow) is a student at a girls' school. At the beginning of the semester, she and her classmates spend the time going to sorority parties and fantasizing about whether their new professors will be marriage-material or not. Stella gets into an embarrassing situation at a party and is rescued by the handsome new philosophy professor, Dr. James Gilmore (played by Frederic March).
Stella proves her innocence and that she was protecting another girl, but the interaction between her and Gilmore soon becomes romantic. The two decide to get married, and it's a race against the clock to reach the wedding before a scandal plotted by Stella's jealous classmates bears its fruit.
Gilmore is a hero who does more fighting with his wits than his fists, but he shows he's capable of decisive action and sacrifice on Stella's behalf more than once. There are some really memorable lines in this film. One favorite is when Gilmore scolds Stella for what she did at the party and she pouts and accuses him of hating her. "Hate you?" Gilmore replies. "How can I hate you when I would have killed for you?"
Good food for thought for all those women of the-nice-guys-aren't-really-nice way of thinking. Another good one comes when Stella tells Gilmore that she's discovered the plot against them, written by one of her jealous classmates. Stella doesn't know what's in the letter, but Gilmore shakes his head and says, "There's no telling what kind of lurid fantasies a sexually-repressed mind like hers can dream up."
Did we mention that The Wild Party is politically-incorrect? Oh yes...
Being a pre-code film, too, we're certain that many single men will enjoy the frequent scenes of the voluptuous Miss Bow displaying her considerable assets in tasteful lingerie.
The film's title is a good indication of how one feels after watching it. It's a wild ride, and a lot of good, clean fun. Part of its appeal to men was that it was a very gender-balanced film for a romantic comedy in that the male character's perspectives, feelings, and actions played a more prominent role than films of this type generally do. It's not a dirty, Fifty Shades type of fantasy, but more like a Jazz-Age version of the damsel-in-distress meeting her long-sought prince.
Overall, The Wild Party is some good brain-bleach for those singles bombarded with negativity this Valentine's Day, and probably a fun movie for couples as well. It's unique in that both genders can really enjoy it. The Wild Party is available on Youtube as of this writing and available on DVD as well.
Authorities in Georgia revealed today that an incident believed to be a possible terror threat was indeed a ricin contamination. The incident though was quickly contained and there is no danger to public safety. It seems that a thug with a history of criminal activity and mental issues named William Gibbs was experimenting with ricin, spilled some in his car, and rushed himself to the hospital.
Gibbs was a member of a cult called generally by the name The Church of the Creator. The cult's founder was Ben Klassen, a Ukrainian immigrant and political activist in White Supremacist causes. Klassen committed suicide in 1993. The cult later passed into the hands of Matt Hale, who is currently serving a 40-year prison term for the attempted murder of a federal judge.
It's now headed by the Rev. Cailen Cambeul, an Australian national and former biker-gang member. The cult teaches 'White Racial Loyalism'---a term Gibbs himself employed in social media postings. Klassen taught that the Jews invented Christianity to weaken the White Race; and the cult's members blasphemously refer to themselves as 'Creators'. Cambeul and his predecessors claimed themselves as Popes, assuming the title Pontifex Maximus. They call their religion 'Creativism' as opposed to 'Christian'. There is also a sub-forum for Creativists on the Nazi website, Stormfront. Despite all this affected spirituality, Cambeul is a professed Atheist.
Like many predisposed to this kind of ideology, Cambuel runs an 'alternative' IT company. He states on the Creativity Alliance website that he was once married, and his wife left him with her daughter, which "awoke in Rev. Cambuel a loathing for state bureaucracy and a life-long hatred of the Liberal-minded and the politically correct. Channeling his natural aggression, he began to get active and seek out other like-minded individuals." Cambuel has written extensively too on men's issues; particularly against inter-racial marriage and in favor of men going their own way. He practices what he preaches too, living alone with a black dog named 'Nigger.'
If all of this sounds familiar, it should: it's much of the same nonsense promulgated by the Red Pill Cult in the Manosphere---up to and including calls for a civil war to bring about racial and ideological cleansing.
We've described at length the nature of the cult to which Gibbs belonged because already the Corporate Media and Left-Wing trolls are depicting him as a Trump-supporter and radical Christian. He certainly wasn't the latter, and unlikely the former; since Cambuel has been openly critical of Ivanka Trump's marriage to a Jew. Creativists are also rabidly anti-Catholic, so they probably don't think highly of Melanie Trump either.
The Corporate Media is also overlooking the fact that Trump's Justice Department is investigating Gibbs. Hopefully, they'll have a look at Cambuel and his other 'brother creators' while they're at it. Gibbs was obviously not playing around with ricin for some noble scientific purpose---and whatever he was planning to do, he likely didn't think up the idea on his own.
Leaders of the Conservative Movement really need to recognize that there is a strong threat to our collective values from the Far Right, just as there is from the Far Left and from Anarchists. They need to be called out and exposed for the enemies of freedom and human dignity that they are.
