FACING COLLAPSE, ISIS SOLDIERS FIGHT AMONG THEMSELVES

    Yesterday, the Syrian Air Force leafleted the ISIS capital Raqqa with notices that further resistance was futile and that surrender would be the most prudent course. This action has apparently caused some rather violent confrontations among the Terrorists. Deserted by their own leaders and facing inevitable defeat, morale in Raqqa is reportedly very low among ISIS soldiers. The Allies now have the city surrounded on three sides and are driving from Deir Ezzur to complete the siege.

    The Syrian military also announced yesterday that the bodies of three high-ranking ISIS financial officials were discovered in the desert near Deir Ezzur. Intelligence sources believe they were associates of Hatim al-Utaybi, who disappeared from Raqqa over the weekend with the ISIS treasury. Criminals sometimes object to splitting the loot.

    Nonetheless, the elite Desert Eagles Syrian commando unit has been sent on Utaybi's trail. The discovery of the corpses indicate that he's headed for Turkish lines.

     Al-Qaeda isn't faring much better. Five of their commanders were killed in Idlib yesterday, by all accounts at the hands of their own men. There's reportedly been a purge underway among Al-Qaeda forces for the last month. 

      The criminal activities of these groups should make us all pause to consider that, contrary to Western propaganda, their motives may not necessarily be religiously based. Revelations are breaking through the mainstream media filters of considerable weapons, narcotics, and white-slave trafficking carried out by these organizations. It certainly is not unprecedented that criminal organizations have used religion as a disguise; and certainly Islam is not any more immune to that possibility than any other religion.

        It should also give the Western public pause to consider our own governments' support for these groups and whether their underlying motives are genuinely about liberation are true or not. Syrian security forces announced that they had broken up a major drug lab operating in Damascus, seizing nearly 25 pounds of hashish and 1200 amphetamine tablets. The latter of these narcotics is a copy of a drug called Captagon which is peddled legally in the United States by Big Pharma and illegally on the streets here as well.

        The Iranian government, whose advisors have been assisting Syria in suppressing the drug traffic, issued a statement today announcing that since March alone, Iranian police have broken up 26 drug-smuggling operations on Iranian soil.

         Police commander General Hossein Rahimi told reporters that "Iran is on a crossroad linking the international narcotics hub of Afghanistan to the Persian Gulf and European countries. Iran has long complained that the global community, the Western countries in particular, do not contribute in the campaign against the narcotics-smuggling trade. Iran is making lone efforts to block the transit of narcotics from Afghanistan to Europe and the US."

          As if that doesn't put things in perspective enough, General Rahimi also pointed out that, "Opiate drug production has increased 40 times its levels in Afghanistan since the US invasion in 2001. Under the Taliban Regime, it was estimated that Opiate productions was about 185 tons annually. Since the US-led invasion, Opium production has surged to 3,400 tons annually, reaching a high of 8,200 tons in 2007."

           Now to connect the dots a little further, we see that the US has seen a huge spike in both opiate and amphetamine abuse during the same period. We have also seen from the Benghazi and Fast-and-Furious scandals that weapons and narcotics from the Middle East are being funneled to drug gangs operating on the US-Mexico Border, and whom, it appears are being covertly aided by certain US interests.

            Will this give any American a pause to consider much of anything? Doubtful. The top headlines in the American media are today as follows: 'Ryan Issues Stern Warning about Trump';  'Vary's Mission on Game of Thrones May Be Darker than You Expect'; 'Phoenix Woman Runs Over Boyfriend After Learning He's HIV-Positive'; 'Florida Attorney-General Declares War on Anderson Cooper'; 'NFL Star's Autopsy Reveals Suicide' and a few articles about grieving Orlando shooting victims and editorials demanding tighter gun laws.

OBAMA EATS CROW AS ASIAN PIVOT FALLS FLAT

      Following a series of mass-protests in Tokyo, the Japanese Empire has deployed a special police unit to Okinawa. The protests were in reaction to a series of violent and property crimes, extending back several years, involving US military personnel and Pentagon defense contractors.

       The special police are to be deployed to patrol the perimeters of the US Okinawa base after dark, after a self-imposed base curfew proved ineffectual. The protests were a major embarrassment for Washington and Tokyo, coinciding as they did with visits from Obama and Ash Carter. Washington hoped to intimidate China with a show of military solidarity. However, posing as defenders of Japan while the Japanese are forced to defend themselves against the defenders no doubt appeared rather comical to Chinese authorities.

        These recent humiliations naturally haven't stopped Obama and Akihito from engaging some military demonstrations. Yesterday, the Pentagon dispatched a squadron of fighters to their other Coalition partner, The Philippines. This caused another embarrassment when Facebook and some other US media outlets erroneously reported that The Philippines and China were at war. Oops...

        Facebook did however retract their icons advertising their solidarity with The Philippines and issued an apology. Still, it seems rather troubling that they had such advertisements evidently already prepared.

          The Air Force followed China's demands that the US desist from spy and military aviation in the region. US spy planes have not only provoked military confrontations, they have nearly collided with civilian airliners three times in the last month alone. The continued provocations from the Pentagon led Chinese Admiral Sun Jiangou to issue a recent press statement:

          "We do not make trouble, but we have no fear of troublemakers." Admiral Sun stated. "China will not support any decision made unilaterally by the UN Arbitration Court, nor allow any infringements of its sovereignty and security interests, nor stay indifferent to the irresponsible behavior of some countries operating in or around the South China Sea."

          Admiral Sun's vow was carried out this morning. Joint naval exercises between the US, Imperial Japan, and India have been encroaching closer and closer to the disputed waterways. The Chinese Navy is patrolling the area now and threw a scare into the commander of the USS Stennis. A visibly nervous Captain Gregory Huffman stated to the press that "there is a Chinese vessel 7-10 miles away," he stated, adding that Chinese ship had been following the Stennis since it passed through the South China Sea. Two weeks ago, the Stennis was refused entry into Hong Kong and chased away by Chinese patrol boats.

          It seems obvious to everyone outside of the Beltway that Obama's so-called Pivot in Asia has fallen flat. American weakness is becoming increasingly apparent, and all of these military theatrics are bringing that weakness into bold relief. A recent poll conducted by an Australian university of citizens in the five largest Pacific Rim nations show a decided lack of confidence in US leadership in that region. 82% of Chinese; 80% of Australians; 77% of South Koreans; 68% of Indonesians; and 61% of Japanese surveyed believe that the days of US Pacific dominance has passed.

         It all represents a sad turning-point in US history. From the 1890s to the 1990s, the US was the unquestioned defender of freedom and free trade in the Pacific. But since the 1990s, a combination of Wall Street greed and Ameroboob indifference and exceptionalist hubris has allowed China to wedge us out and assume the leadership role in the Pacific. That process will continue for the foreseeable future. The Chinese Century is dawning over the Pacific while the Prozac Nation can do little more than impotently wave its fists in outrage.

               

            

STANFORD AND CULTURAL MARXISM

    The day after resurrecting the Clinton-era War on the Gun Culture, the former co-president of the Clinton Administration today brought back the Gender War into public discourse. Those of us who remember the 1990s recall that it was time when there were wars on everything: wars on drugs, wars on guns; wars on speech, wars on tobacco, wars on boys, wars on women, wars on children, wars on race, economic wars, academic wars, and a few actual shooting-wars in places like Yugoslavia. Bush Junior and Obama have expanded all of these wars to include lots of new domestic enemies and foreign countries.

    Hilary Clinton couldn't miss an opportunity yesterday to exploit another major American media distraction, the so-called Stanford Rape Case. Today, Norwegian blogger Eivind Berge wrote an excellent essay on this case. Berge has written extensively on rape law over the years, and for those interested in this subject, his blog is a refreshing resource of common sense against the Politically Correct media droning on the topic.

     Especially prescient was Berge's observations on the ways in which metaphors (or, more accurately redefinitions) of the language is shaping public discourse. This is a recent cultural phenomenon wholly absent from earlier public debates. How did this problem arise?

     It began in Academia, beginning in the 1960s. There was a big push back then among Cultural Marxists on the Academic Left to dispose of traditional learning. The Clintons were a product of that social milieu, and in the 1990s, facilitated the Radical Left's complete control over public education. Many have forgotten that people like Johnnetta Cole---an outright Communist---were members of Clinton's advisory boards dealing with public education. One the first traditionalist subjects ousted from Academia was a subject commonly known as Critical Thinking, though it formerly went by various other names in the Academic curriculum.

       Traditional Critical Thinking had its roots in Ancient Greece; a culture which Postmodernists like Clinton and Cole viewed with especial contempt because it gave rise to the values of Civilization---which they utterly despised. The traditional method of reasoning is based upon what is generally known as the Socratic Method. To explain this method rather simply, it is a method by which a given argument is logically to its root cause; the goal of which is to approximate an absolute based on known facts. The Cultural Marxists replaced this system with one generally known as the Dialectic Method. Simply explained, this is a method by which one party states an issue; another opposes it, and a compromise, or consensus is agreed upon.

         Now, as in the 1990s, most Americans have no idea why methods of argument are actually socially important. But consider this: If one's method is flawed, will that not have an impact on society?

          The Dialectic gives a huge advantage to special interest groups, which explains its popularity. Under this method of reasoning, policy is simply a matter of winning a debate. There are no absolutes which must be logically defended or opposed; hence public opinion is the definition of right and wrong. Put simply, the Dialectic is a philosophy premised on the belief that Might Makes Right. Does that not explain why special interests and identity politics now command our entire domestic and foreign policy decisions?

          Under the Socratic system, cultural values, and by extension, laws and public policies were grounded in what was believed to a fundamental truth. These could be opposed and challenged of course, as new premises became defensible. Critics of the old system sneer that it upheld things like slavery and racism; all the while forgetting that the same system overturned such injustices as scientific advances began to contradict the original premises.

          What Americans badly need today is a return to Critical Thinking. If we did, the Stanford Rape Case would be a local story instead of a national issue, as it should have been all along. Instead, Ameroboobs are at each others' throats arguing about persons they don't know and will never meet, and an alleged crime that occurred in San Francisco where less than one-half of one percent of Americans actually live. This while our space program collapses, our military declines, our schools fail, our infrastructure breaks down, our economy plunges, violent psychotics run wild in the streets, families fall apart, narcotics are proliferated, and we generally head toward 3rd-world status.

              And that is what the real issue behind stories like Stanford. It's easier for the fat, Prozac-popping Ameroboob to be outraged over what amounts to a domestic dispute than to face reality. And the reality is, that he'll feel a lot more outraged when other countries and cultures start filling the vacuum his own hubris created. And when that happens, he'll also learn to his regret that his feelings don't count for very much in the face of Reality.

            

           

ISIS TREASURY LOOTED

   Allied intelligence reports from Raqqa, Syria indicate that ISIS' treasurer and war criminal Hatim al-Utaybi, has gone missing from the city. At the same time, it appears, the substantial cash, gold, and jewels stolen from the Syrian populace departed with him. Utaybi, who is a Saudi national, vanished this weekend and frustrated ISIS soldiers searching for him discovered their monetary reserves had also vanished.

    Utaybi's current whereabouts are unknown; no doubt he's followed his Caliph, Baghdadi, down the ISIS ratlines. Interesting how these top ISIS leaders always seem to disappear as soon as NATO forces show up in the region. Merkel recently dispatched a regiment of Wehrmacht to the environs of Raqqa. And German experience with ratlines is well-documented.

     Morale among ISIS forces in Raqqa is reportedly very low right now.

     Not all ISIS leaders have managed to escape, however. Iraqi forces reported on Saturday that they had recovered the body of Mullah Hasim Mohammed al-Shablavi who was the Chief Justice of ISIS' court. Shablavi, like Baghdadi and Utaybi was another ISIS leader destined for the hangman, but met his fate during an Iraqi airstrike.

       Iraqi forces today announced that Rashid Kalif Dahi, Baghdadi's chief-of-staff was among those captured fleeing Fallujah on Saturday. Over 500 ISIS soldiers and officials were netted by the Iraqi Army.

      "Our forces have captured 543 ISIS terrorists who were fleeing Fallujah disguised as refugees" Iraqi General Hadi Razich stated to the press.

       Really? Disguised as refugees. That should give US and EU officials a moment of pause to consider the millions of refugees flooding into Europe right now. Especially considering that "there are several known war criminals among their ranks" as General Razich noted. We've since seen that this number included Baghdadi's Chief-of-Staff. Thankfully, the Iraqi Army prevented 543 of them from turning up in Brussels, Paris, or Orlando. But how many more got there?

         In other war news, Syria's elite Desert Eagle commandoes captured an ISIS-run oil field outside of Raqqa and reportedly shot down a spy drone belonging to ISIS. In Western Syria, an army patrol captured a truck that was later discovered to be carrying almost 1/4 million amphetamine tablets headed allegedly towards the border.

          That's another rather interesting development. Any guesses as to where those drugs were probably going? (Hint: 89% of world amphetamine production is consumed in the United States).

         And here on the homefront, a Somali gunman who had taken hostages at a Walmart was killed by police in Amarillo, Texas. According to officials, this was workplace violence and not an act of terror. Sure it wasn't.

         Well, at least the Allies are on the job. They aren't debating about how to define terrorism---they are defeating it. Meanwhile, all we Americans can do is surrender our liberties, feel outraged, and wait on the next dope shipment from Al-Qaeda.

UN DEMANDS US ADOPT GUN CONTROL LAWS

    As though his words had any relevance to anything, Sheik Said al-Hussein of Jordan, who heads the United Nations Commission on Human Rights, spoke out yesterday demanding that the US adopt tighter gun control laws. Now anyone who's even remotely aware understands that Sheik Hussein, or any other UN official, doesn't dare open his mouth or lift a pinky-finger on any issue without permission from Washington. That Obama was pulling Hussein's wires is evident from the Sheik's speech, which is worded like something from the White House Press Secretary's Office.

     "It is hard to find rational justification for the ease with which people can buy firearms" His Highness pontificates, "including assault rifles, in spite of prior criminal backgrounds, drug use, histories of domestic violence or mental illness, or direct contact with extremists, foreign and domestic."

      A lot of us have wondered the same thing about Sheik Hussein's home country of Jordan. For example, who supplies all those Palestinian terrorists---who frequently attack Israel from Jordan---with weapons. And NATO just signed a fat defense contract with Jordan (which we're certain had no influence on the Sheik's statements). Part of that contract establishes CENTCOM in Jordan. Many of us here have wondered about the ease with which groups like ISIS and Al-Qaeda seem to obtain advanced US-made weaponry. Many members  of those terrorist organizations also have criminal backgrounds, histories of domestic violence, mental illness and contact with extremists. His Highness continues:

      "How many more mass-killings of schoolchildren, of co-workers, of African-American churchgoers...will it take before the US adopts robust gun regulations? Why should any civilian anywhere be able to acquire assault weapons or other high-powered weapons designed to kill lots of people?" he further wails.

     We might ask of the Sheik---do you mean killing children like the 600 kids or so that Saudi Arabia has killed in Yemen? You remember that, just last week, your UN body removed Saudi Arabia from a sanctions blacklist over this very issue. Now we've been assured that that removal had nothing whatsoever to do with a major defense contract that CENTCOM was arranging with Saudi Arabia; or that the Saudi government threatened to withhold its contribution to the UNHRC unless they were removed from the list. But still, we have to wonder how many more mass-killings of schoolchildren it will take before your fellow-Wahhabis in Saudi Arabia are prevented from obtaining weapons designed to kill lots of people?

        The Sheik concludes with this bit of hypocrisy, warning Americans against "irresponsible pro-gun propaganda."

         Why any American should take anything this character says seriously defies explanation, yet some doubtless will.  Jordan does not exactly have an outstanding record on human rights itself. For example, the Jordanian government maintains close ties with the Erdogan regime in Turkey. Now the UN has so far failed to address the issue of unknown numbers of women and children taken to Turkey by ISIS and Al-Qaeda from Syria and Iraq and sold on the international slave market. But Erdogan is a Wahhabi too, just like the Jordanian and Saudi royal families, and Obama's CIA director John Brennan.

           After a Jihadi attack in Florida, why would a Wahhabi Prince whose government has ties to the same extremist groups who claimed responsibility for the attack want to disarm Americans? Well, that is a question that should answer itself.

            Maybe Americans should stop listening to irresponsible pro-Jihadist propaganda. But given the considerable stock-shares that Wahhabi royal families own in American media outlets, that is unlikely to happen.

             

WHEN WE WERE STILL SANE...

    Predictably, within 48 hours of the Orlando Massacre, outraged Ameroboobs are out and about looking for scalps. The same cheerful crowds who break up political rallies with bullhorns and rotten eggs; the same folk who throw Molotov Cocktails at police cars, are already storming around demanding gun control laws. Most of them have no idea what they even mean by gun control but we aren't talking reason here. This whole "debate" is being fueled by nothing but blind rage---like most so-called national dialogues in the Prozac Nation---and Action For the Sake of Action is what is really being demanded. And the media is whipping up as much hysteria as possible, like they always do:  public outrage is always good for ratings and advertising dollars.

       It never occurs to these types of people that things like premeditated murder, taking hostages, and assaults with deadly weapons are already illegal. It doesn't occur to them either that all previous attempts at legislating-to-outrage have either been complete disasters or resulted in serious curtailments of our civil liberties. Mandatory seat-belt and helmet laws, the national 21 drinking age, the War on Drugs, sexual harassment laws, paedohysteria laws, anti-smoking laws, the Omnibus Crime Bill, the Patriot Act---has even one of these things resulted in a positive advance of civilization?

       Civilized societies do not respond to tragedies by organizing mobs and looking for human sacrifices. Those are the activities of savages and barbarians. Civilized societies rise above a crisis by demonstrating they are superior to it and can master it. As an example of that, let's turn the clock back almost 90 years ago, when the US was a sane and civilized culture.

        On May 18th, 1927 a madman named Andrew Kehoe bombed an elementary school in Bath Township, Michigan. Kehoe committed suicide at the scene in a rather dramatic fashion. The attack resulted in 44 deaths and 58 wounded---almost all of them children.

        How did the American public react in 1927? The Governor of Michigan sent the National Guard to the scene to set up field hospitals, kitchens, and shelters; and to clear the area of explosives. He then ordered an official inquest.

         President Calvin Coolidge ordered a national day of mourning and prayer; and offered federal resources at Michigan's disposal.

          Senator James Cozzens, a multimillionaire, started a relief fund with his own money and raised enough to fly in international medical specialists to treat the injured, and by September, the school was rebuilt and open again.

            In other words, people in 1927 were faced with a crisis; met it; and overcame it. That's how civilized people behave. In 1927, outrage and temper-tantrums were no substitute for actually doing positive things. People put a higher priority on the welfare of their fellowman than on reaping political capital, media ratings, and making a profit off tragedies.

            But that was 1927, this is 2016. Calvin Coolidge and James Cozzens are nothing but Dead White Males to us. Today's Ameroboobs see such men as nothing but chumps; how could they let such a golden opportunity for power and profit slip through their fingers?

          But they did manage to solve a crisis without shredding the Constitution or inciting public riots. Then again, they were working with a populace who expected them to uphold the laws, not bend them for private advantage.

            Will this latest round of Ritalin-fueled rage result in curtailing the 2nd Amendment? Possibly. A nation that tolerates being scanned in the nude at airports for the right of travelling is capable of anything. The one thing of which we can be certain is that somebody will pay, though it won't help the Orlando victims one bit.

          

            

CHINESE VS. AMERICAN APPROACHES TO MASS VIOLENCE

     The Chinese media today had an interesting article relating to the Orlando Massacre. While some Americans are reaching out to help the victims, the article noted, politicians and pundits are squabbling like hens "from the very definition of the incident to how to prevent such future crimes."

      China understands American political and social conditions better than most Ameroboobs. The Chinese also understand terrorism, and the ways to deal with it. Last September, Jihadists killed over 50 Chinese citizens in an attack on the Sogan Coal Company. Xi Jinping's reaction was decidedly different than Obama's.

      Xi and the rest of China's political and media did not point fingers at each other and run about looking for scapegoats. Xi swung the military into action; put out public appeals through the media to find those responsible. He put security forces to work rooting out terror cells and preventing further attacks. By November, the manhunt bore fruit. The Chinese Army tracked the Jihadists to their caves near the Afghanistan border and took them out with flamethrowers.

       Naturally, the effete American media and pundits condemned China's actions. But today, Chinese citizens go to nightclubs without fear and concerts are held without performers getting shot. Terrorists aren't walking onto Chinese Army bases and gunning down unarmed personnel. Chinese workers can have Christmas parties without fear that some Jihadists are going to attack. And they aren't sacrificing their liberties to do these things.

         And no, this isn't because of Chinese gun laws or immigration policies. It is because the Chinese people know that their government is doing its job and those who choose to commit crimes against the Chinese people will pay for it with their lives.

          Just as a side note: the Sogan Coal Mines are working again; unlike the Twin Towers which have laid in ruins for the last 15 years.

         Maybe we Americans could learn a few lessons from the Chinese. But we can't do that, of course, because we are Exceptionalists and don't take instructions from inferior races. So thinks the Ameroboob, 30 lbs. overweight and sucking down hashish in front of the TV listening to pundits blaming everything but their own stupidity for the Orlando Massacre.

            Yes, their own stupidity. The nightclub shooter and the murderer of Christina Grimmie were both products of a dumbed-down public school system and products of an emasculated postmodernist, deconstructed American value system. China, in contrast, promotes its culture and invests in education. The Chinese also don't subsidize pharmaceutical cartels to flood their country with dangerous narcotics.

           But try and explain this to the Ameroboob and you'll be fortunate not to end up the victim of a shooting yourself. Meanwhile, China goes on towards Superpower status, while the mass-murders in America continue.
