GAZA 100

In Upside-Down Clown World everything looks like it does through a mirror, sort of like those girls who take selfies and all the words on their T-shirts are backwards. Unfortunately, more serious perspectives also get reversed.

For example, the Biden/Harris Junta informed us this week that, despite four days of bombardment, the United States is not at war with Yemen. Today it was reported that two of our brave xhes in uniform disappeared while "searching for a shipment of Iranian weapons to Yemen’s Houthi rebels." What really happened to them we'll probably never know; but it should at least be asked why, if we aren't at war, are interdicting arms shipments? That's assuming, of course, this the real reason for the incident in the first place.

The Deep State organ, The Wall Street Journal laconically remarked about the incident: “it sure looks like the Houthis and Iran are at war with the US.” It ought to be remarked since it seems to have escaped the Mainstream Media's notice that Yemen actually did declare war on Israel and this shipping we're supposedly protecting is in actual war-zone. The bobbleheads who pose as 'security experts' seem genuinely shocked that enemy ships get targeted in war, or that countries that get attacked actually fight back. It's as though they've become so accustomed to Americans rolling over at their threats that they assume other people will too.

The average American living in a city is also by now so accustomed to seeing people crowded into make-shift tents, boarded-up buildings, random violence, and unsanitary conditions in their own neighborhoods that they don't recognize the Genocide in Gaza going on. Indeed, the war has entered into its 100th day and the civilian death-toll has topped 30,000. About one-third of these casualties are children who don't have the strength to withstand embargoes of food, medicine, water, and sanitation that adults have. The region is on the verge of a famine. Sadly, though, in today's Reverse Reality, denouncing genocide earns one the labels of racist and anti-Semite: just like bombing sovereign nations isn't really an Act of War.

Are we surprised though? Only a few years ago, a flu outbreak became a global pandemic. A fentanyl overdose became a Civil Rights issue. Anarchists seizing whole city blocks became a 'Summer of Love.' 17 States petitioning the Supreme Court with evidence of voter fraud became 'baseless allegations.' A protest became an Insurrection. That all happened in just one year. Among other lies we've collectively swallowed over the last decade are that homosexuality and abortion are natural acts and fundamental human rights; that vaccines and foodstuffs don't need to be tested for safety before they're consumed; that weather-balloons are threats to national security; that Plutocrats are working for the public good; and that bad weather is caused by fireplaces, lawn mowers, and eating too much red meat. The biggest hoax of all in 2024 is that voting will fix everything.

Reality, however, has a way of making itself felt. Yemen's supposedly neutralized forces struck a cargo ship with a missile that the Navy couldn't seem to stop. The ship is owned by US-based Eagle Bulk Shipping, which in turn is owned by a consortium of financial octopuses. The Pentagon claims that there was no damage or casualties, official statements however need to be taken with a large grain of salt.

Iran, which recently expropriated a Greek-owned oil tanker caught smuggling oil to US energy cartels, launched a series of missile strikes against known terrorist bases in retaliation for the ISIS-linked bombing at a ceremony in Iran last week. One of these obliterated a compound near Erbil, Iraq near an illegal Pentagon base. The target was being used by Israeli Intelligence. The Pentagon apparently became so terrified at this show of force that they hastily abandoned their base near the Qamishli Airfield in Eastern Syria. This is the first of these illegal outposts to be liberated.

Both the Mainstream and Controlled Opposition Media seem strangely quiet about this new round of humiliations. The situation in Gaza also seems to be discussed less and less. The Zionists---who have been trained and equipped by the Pentagon---have killed a lot of civilians but gained very few military objectives and taken substantial casualties in the process. Zionist strongman Benjamin Netanyahu is not sounding overly optimistic that the war will end as quickly as he and Biden had hoped.

I suspect that the reason that we're not seeing war-fever being whooped on at the same level of intensity as late last year is because the Deep State is beginning to realize just how pathetic our military really is. Before they could blame defeats on their military proxies, but the fact that both they and the most heavily US-dependent military in the world are getting upended by Arab Militias is fairly clear signal that we are not in good shape. They're likely having second thoughts about taking on Iran, which actually has an efficient and well-prepared army.

The Controlled Opposition, which never otherwise misses an opportunity to exploit a Junta failure. is likewise toning down its overheated rhetoric on the Middle East. The GOP realizes that once questions start being asked, they'll be eating crow with the Democrats and nobody's going to buy into their 'It's-all-Biden's-fault' counter-narrative.

Like all bullies, the Corporate Deep State has found itself in a conundrum. They don't know what to do or how to react when others fight back or they can't get others to do their fighting for them, which is the situation they now find themselves in the Middle East. Their strategy now seems to have shifted to stir up more distractions among the American public while they quietly slink away, leaving others to deal with the consequences.

O, IOWA

So, the Iowa Republican were held last night, and the President-in-Exile won the majority of the delegates. The actually numbers were 52% for Trump and 48% for RNC Establishment candidates with one of the lowest voter turnouts in Iowa history.  The Controlled Opposition Media is spinning this as some political shock-wave, the harbinger of a Red Tsunami whereby the GOP will sweep into office, wave a magic wand that solves all of our problems, and saves us from ourselves. They seem to forget that when Trump was in office before, he got almost no support from his own Party and that most of his accomplishments were things he could do through the Executive Branch. He was constantly being sabotaged in his own Cabinet because he couldn't find enough qualified people to carry out his agenda.

One of the wise guys in the out-of-touch Conservative Punditocracy opines that a Trump resurgence will parallel the Reagan Revolution of 1980. The basic problem with how most of these people think is that American culture in 2024 is no different from what it was in 1980.

For example, Reagan rebuilt the US Military, which was suffering from low morale after Vietnam and the Carter malaise. But Reagan had a military infrastructure that he could build upon. Trump didn't have that, and certainly won't have it in 2025. Recall that Trump ordered the Pentagon to withdraw from Syria; end patrols in the South China Sea; submit annual performance audits; remove the base in Okinawa and relocate it Guam; and discontinue military exercises on the Korean Border. The Pentagon ignored every one of those orders. Trump forced the Pentagon to review convictions under Obama's purges, several were overturned, but the officers and contractors involved were never punished. Low recruiting standards and Pentagon DEI programs went on as before; and ultimately during the 2020 riots, Trump could barely scrape together a force capable of defending the District of Columbia. In the end, his own Chief-of-Staff General Milley was preparing to overthrow him if he contested the election.

The Administrations of both the Clinton and Bush years gutted essential military services and farmed them out to their Wall Street cronies who get lucrative government contracts which cost the taxpayers far more than when the Pentagon ran them. In addition to that, it took away professional and educational opportunities for young Americans who joined these support services to obtain valuable training that they could use in civilian life in exchange for service to the country. Additionally, that service had the by-product of a trained and experienced Reserve Force upon which we could draw in a national emergency. That infrastructure is gone; and despite what GOP candidates say, nobody is going to wave a magic wand and bring back our military infrastructure. Not only do we not have personnel to do it, these same corporate crooks reinvest their largess into lobbying firms to pay Congressmen to keep the Status Quo in place.

Speaking of military personnel, by the Pentagon's own admission, nearly 3/4 of young Americans are unfit for military service. What they have in the ranks is hardly any cause for celebration, the standards having been lowered to include known mental illnesses. Corruption is rife throughout the Pentagon's higher ranks and crime is out of control among the enlisted ranks. They can't control either their supply chains or guard sensitive information. The rank-and-file personnel is struggling with obesity, drug addiction, and gender dysphoria. How is an election going to solve any of that?

The failure of our society to invest in future has led to this situation, and trying to shift responsibility onto one political party or another instead of facing reality has brought us here. Where are we, for example, supposed to get generals like Ike or MacArthur from? They're supposed to appear out of thin air and turn our military back into a fighting force overnight? West Point, Annapolis, and the Air Force Academy have been churning out Diversity Officers and Human Relations Experts instead of commanders for decades. The results of this are shown over and over again in actual practice

Another example, which we discussed here is the fantasy that somehow, some way, American productivity will re-appear magically on our shores if we just change Administrations. The Reagan Administration strengthened our sagging economy; but in 1980, again, he had a skilled workforce and an economic infrastructure to work with. In 2025, we haven't. Since Reagan left office, Wall Street freebooters have outsourced most of our industrial base and we have invested no training whatsoever in either skilled labor or skilled management. Meanwhile, these same Robber Barons have been allowed to concentrate even greater and greater segments of our domestic economy into their own hands. How is voting going to change that?

Contrary to what the pundits say, and most people believe, societies rot from the bottom-up and not from the top-down. True; once the cultural rot has reached the upper levels changing it from below becomes more difficult, but at the root of the matter is that our own negligence, selfishness, and desire to evade responsibility has brought us to where we are. Say what we will about the state of young America: parental failures, negligence, and shifting responsibility to outside institutions produced what we have. None of these candidates will dare to say that; but it happens to be the truth.

So what do the politicians and pundits tell us instead? Give us more power; vote harder, work harder, sacrifice more, make do with less, and pull yourselves up your bootstraps. Or, more accurately: they promise that you won't have to make such sacrifices, but your neighbor will. A self-absorbed, risk-adverse, opportunistic people shouldn't be surprised when they get leadership of the same stripe and ultimately such a social attitude leads to Authoritarianism.

'COLLATERAL DAMAGE' IN THE BORDER BATTLE

We've speculated for a long time now how long it would be before one of these anti-immigrant publicity stunts freely engaged in by so-called 'Conservative' governors would get somebody killed, and it finally happened. Texas Governor Greg Abbott---an obvious psychotic whose mind is as crippled as his body---illegally ordered a cohort of Texas National Guardsmen to seize a Federal border post and close an international border. A woman and two children aged 8 and 10 drown in the Rio Grande River while Abbott's thugs not only stood by and watched; they prevented authorities from even rendering assistance. Mexican authorities arrived, but it was too late to save the victims. To give an example of Abbott's mindset, he stated at the time of the Border seizure that  “The only thing that we're not doing is we're not shooting people who come across the border, because of course, the Biden administration would charge us with murder.”

The Media scum, when they've reported about it all, have been spinning the Official Narrative as though Abbott and Biden were merely debating a point of law; and in fact the Junta's response to all of Abbott's provocations has been to punt the matter over to the Court. When we had actually had a real president, things like this were solved properly. But that was then, this is now. The Biden/Harris Junta deserves a lot of blame: not because of the phony GOP talking-points about stopping an 'invasion,' but because they have allowed the situation to escalate to this point. They did nothing when these activist governors targeted churches as places to round up migrants and deport them across State Lines to be dumped in areas unprepared to receive them. They took no action when these Governors violated International Law by erecting barriers on a Federal Boundary. They aren't going to do anything because the Junta doesn't care about human life any more than these Republican rats do.

The Left can't sit upon any moral high-ground. They've met all of the legitimate concerns many Americans have about Immigration with sneers and appeals to pseudoscience like Systemic Racism and Toxic White Male Angst. Instead of meeting the Extremist Right with reasoned arguments, they encouraged the propaganda with their own hubris.

Of course, in what's left of the dregs of the Conservative Movement, anyone who might seek a reasonable solution no longer has a voice. As we might expect from a constituency that believes that Genocide and Ethnic Cleansing are legitimate forms of war; support for all of Abbott's psychotic behavior is not only receiving near-unanimous praise in GOP echo-chambers, the Governor is getting encouragement (as if he needed any) to become even more ruthless. Just like his kindred spirits Netanyahu and Trudeau, Abbott realizes that there will be no consequences for his actions so human beings who get his way are fair game.

Abbott has even gone so far as to usurp the prerogative of the United States Congress---which happens to be at least nominally controlled by his own Party---by declaring a de facto State of War with Mexico. The Biden/Harris Junta, which recently did exactly the same thing against the Republic of Yemen, doesn't seem inclined to bring up this little detail as any objection either.

The immigration system needs serious reform, but it is not a national crisis. The hysteria over the issue on both sides is being fanned deliberately as part of the Strategy of Tension wherein the Plutocrats stoke as much violent rhetoric as possible---ideally culminating in lawlessness and death. The goal of this policy is to create a popular consensus for an authoritarian leader who will act decisively and solve the very problem which they themselves created. Thus it is in their interest to terrify one side with the non-existent threat of White Supremacist extremism and demand tougher laws against so-called 'hate speech,' while whipping on the other about an equally non-existent Invasion. This is nothing new. Whenever our forefathers started asking too many of the right questions about the degenerate monarchs and predatory feudal lords, they had the same scams played on them. The Royals incited witch-hysterias and religious pogroms until the peasants came begging them for 'protection.'

If we had a Government that still actually functioned, the first ones deported would be foreign provocateurs like George Soros who are funding these headline-grabbing 'caravans' and 'border surges.' The second thing they would do is suppress rogue State governors like Abbott and DeSantis and force them to obey the Constitution. Then, we could bring our Military away from defending Corporate interests abroad and put them to work fortifying and defending our own borders and coastlines. Then we could lift sanctions and crack down on Wall Street cartels abroad who are creating refugees by their policies. Then we can pass Immigration reform legislation based upon our needs as a society.

But doing those things wouldn't serve the purposes of the vested interests profiting off of the Status Quo.  It's better for them to create conflict and popular fighting over things like Border Control---which they have no intention of solving other than to stuff more cash into their Corporate Cronies' pockets and further erode Civil Liberties to their own advantage.

WHY NO COMPLAINTS ABOUT THIS?

Although various forms of Political Correctness, Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion Programs, and other racialist schemes have been running abated throughout American institutions for the last 3-4 decades, leading Conservatives discovered their existence only recently, coincident with the 2024 Election Cycle. Naturally, their solutions are all top-down ones: parents, alumni, and other stakeholders can't be expected to take a stand.

Since these policies have received so much attention lately, it is passing strange that a memo from the Anti-Defamation League to the Hollywood Elites went unnoticed.

The ADL is funded by many shady NGOs including the nominally Conservative Koch Foundation alongside Deep-State cutouts the Hewlett Foundation and the Omidyar Network. Pay-Pal, a WEF Top 100 Strategic Partner, is an interest of Pierre Omidyar and has a rather interesting relationship with the ADL

ADL has a significant lobbying presence inside the Beltway too: about half of their operatives are Revolving-Door former Federal bureaucrats. These lobbyists include Kristen Bautz---senior advisor to former DNC Chairwoman Debbie Wasserman-Schultz and Ralph Hellmann---top advisor to former powerful GOP Congressmen Dennis Hastert and Tom DeLay.

These things aside, the question remains: why the silence from the Conservative-Industrial Complex over Hollywood's very blatant DEI program? Christian Conservatives especially should be asking why---given Hollywood's notorious animosity towards Christians---one religious group should be given preferential treatment. I have a suspicion too that if an Islamic Organization published something like this about giving more diversity and inclusion to Moslems, this wouldn't be passed over as a non-story.

We've seen things like this before. Affirmative Action is only wrong when the wrong people engage in it.

There won't be any open praise of Hollywood like there was upon Palantir. That would upset the Official Counter-Narrative that the Liberal Media is anti-Semitic and pro-Palestinian. Recently, the 'Conservative' Media has even gone so far as to blame their top bogeyman, China, of fanning this anti-Zionist anti-Semitic sentiment threatening Israeli and US Deep State interests. This is a notion that they blatantly expropriated from Liberal Media outlets like The New York Times, Jeff Bezos' Washington Post, the US Deep State's Media Organ, Voice of America: all of which are getting their stories screened by the Israeli Propaganda Ministry. It's doubtful that there will be much discussion of that though either.

SELF-DECEPTION IS NOT SELF-GOVERNMENT

These days in the 'Conservative' Movement---which is becoming increasingly indistinguishable from the Democratic Party---anyone who questions the Official Counter-Narrative is labelled immediately as a defeatist. But as someone recently said: "When your optimism is based in illusion, it's not optimism, it's fantasy." The Fantasy World that the Postmodern Right currently finds itself in is going to go down in history as another inexplicable phenomenon.

Since we're talking about illusions, let's adduce the 2024 Elections for a start. Aside from there being no meaningful Electoral Reform, Republican Party operatives have led the charge to keep President-in-Exile Trump off the ballots. They've given him no support whatsoever in his legal challenges. Of the three potential GOP replacements, one is a scion of the Bush Machine and the other two are WEF Young Global Leaders. How, exactly, is replacing Biden with people like that going to be an improvement?

Then we can talk about our so-called foreign enemies. Let's do another sleight-of-hand, wave a magic wand and pretend that they all go away. Rainbow flags are flying over Tehran and Damascus. China's economic machine is in the hands of BlackRock, the Gates Foundation, Amazon and others of Klaus Schwab's Strategic Partners. In Russia, the churches are laughed at in the Media, late-term abortion, drug abuse, and Political Correctness are the New Normals. How, exactly, is this going to make the world a better place?

Examples of this kind of Cognitive Dissonance are manifold. Everywhere one looks in the 'Conservative Movement' these days, one sees nothing but a series of contradictions. Abortion is murder---but only after a certain number of weeks. Political violence should be punished---but only when the Left engages in it. Affirmative Action is wrong---unless it involves the Jews. Corporate control of the Media is terrible---but only for the Liberal Media. Federal funding as a weapon against States' Rights is bad---but Blue States should be cut off.

The postmodern Conservative wants to restrict immigration but doesn't want to pay livable wages to Americans to do the work. They want parental control over education, but they want public schools to administer that control. They oppose government bureaucracy, but think that Corporate bureaucracy is just fine.

Even worse, they are constantly projecting: accusing their opponents of doing everything that they do. This is especially bad in foreign policy, but happens domestically and on social issues as well. Astute readers may see in all of these examples the root cause of the Postmodern Right's faulty thinking. It all centers upon the very un-Conservative orientation which seeks to grant powerful Authority figures what should be matters of personal or local responsibility. In short, what they really want is the Liberal-Statist superstructure to remain in place: all they want are different managers and a different re-distribution of power and wealth.

This also the reason for the divisiveness in our society. It used to be that the Left believed in addressing issues with Force; today the Right accepts the same idea so we have two (nominally) opposing Forces and each side naturally contracts further and further into rigid ideology. Practically any Republican leader from the mid-20th Century---including Ronald Reagan---would be considered RINOs today. There's nobody in the Republican Party today who calls for Free Trade and a non-interventionist Foreign Policy, integrating immigrants, or proactive investment in infrastructure. There are many who pay lip service to faith, family, and freedom but nobody actually doing anything to promote any of this.

Abraham Lincoln, the first Republican President, once said that "In America, a man is either a citizen-king or he is nothing." That means self-government and with it, personal responsibility. That means that a community of such individuals must safeguard those Rights. What we see in today's Conservative Movement is a vision where a few citizen-kings lord it over a majority of nothings. That makes the Right no better than the Left in any essential aspect.

COACH RED PILL DEAD OR ALIVE

Gonzalo Lira, a.k.a 'Coach Red Pill' has allegedly died in a Ukrainian jail where he has been held since May. We say 'allegedly' because this character has faked his death three times before and a deportation another time for publicity stunts. Lira was one of a cadre of 'Red-Pilled' influencers including such stellar characters as Matt Forney, Paul Ramsey, Andrew Tate and others who started believing their own baloney and migrated to Eastern Europe where they imagined they would have more freedom to carry out their 'Alpha' lifestyles. In reality, not a few of them sought this 'freedom' because various law enforcement in the Anglosphere were getting a little too interested in their activities at home.

Like Andrew Tate, Lira managed to get himself thrown in jail through his own stupidity in Ukraine. Lira set up his 'journalistic headquarters' where he produced pick-up artist advice and other shady video-streams on the border with the former Donbass Republics, which have since been annexed to Russia. Lira boasted incessantly about how much better life was in Ukraine---until the war broke out in 2022 and Russian troops briefly occupied his town. In typical Red Pill fashion, he immediately switched sides and started praising the Russians---even going to the point (for a price of course) of giving Russia sensitive information on Ukrainian sympathizers and paramilitary in the area. Lira actually bragged about being a 'Russian Intel Asset,' though the Russian Security Forces most likely regarded him like most police departments regard stool pigeons. The only reason that Lira wasn't in a Russian jail instead was because he was useful to the authorities.

After East Ukraine voted to join the Russian Federation, the Russian Army withdrew back to its new border. Lira was flabbergasted that an Alpha of his importance wasn't considered worthy of being taken back to Russia and treated like a hero. He was even more shocked when Zelensky's Secret Police visited his home to inform him that Kiev wasn't pleased with his style of journalism.

The truly troubling part about this whole incident has been the reaction of the so-called 'Conservative' Media. Just as they did with Andrew Tate and with Douglass Mackey, people like Elon Musk and Tucker Carlson actually jumped to this cretin's defense. Today the President-in-Exile's son issued a eulogy for Lira, blaming the Biden/Harris Junta for "allowing this grave injustice to happen."

Lira---assuming that he's even really dead---is no martyr. I can understand Russian Intelligence using him as an informant and playing up his demise for wartime propaganda purposes; but for so-called Conservatives to turn people like these into George Floyd-level fake heroes to score cheap political points is appalling. Our side doesn't gain any credibility when it starts behaving like Left.

The other troubling part of this story is that shows just how deeply this disgusting 'Red-Pilled' ideology has infiltrated the American Right. People like Lira, Tate, Mackey, etc. are nothing but cheap con-men and sleazy lounge-lizards yet they're being held up as principled activists and role-models for men.

There's nothing noble or manly about these types of characters. I've known plenty of characters just like them all my life: always working angles, always scheming, always showing off; acting like arrogant bullies when they were on top and like cringing cowards when their activities caught up with them. They usually ended up like these Red Pills do too: getting run out of their communities, winding up in jail, or ending up dead. American Conservatives who buy into what these frauds sell ought to ask themselves if they'd be proud to have sons who turn out like them.

But stopping and thinking is fast becoming a lost art on the Right, just as it long ago disappeared on the Left. Our culture has been drifting further and further into the ethical level of the inner-city gangland gutter for some time. The fact that our leadership on the Right is holding people like Gonzalo Lira up as some sort of symbol of what we stand for ought to make us rethink our values.

YEMEN EMERGES UNSCATHED WHILE GOP CONTINUES TO FUMBLE

Reports are starting to trickle in about last night's Axis Powers Coalition's airstrike against Yemen. Yemeni media is reporting that 73 confirmed airstrikes inflicted a grand total of five soldiers killed and six wounded. As mentioned in our last post, the incompetent Pentagon has been telegraphing their intentions for at least a week, giving the Freedom Fighters plenty of time to move their military assets. For example, in one embarrassing incident, the Government of the small nation of Djibouti (formerly the colony of French Somalia) which has a major port opposite Yemen on the Red Sea publicly announced that it had refused permission from the Pentagon to launch missiles from their soil.

The Media reaction to this rather underwhelming show of American Military might has likewise been subdued. The Corporate Media has been trotting out 'experts' to inform the American public---most of whom probably never knew that Yemen existed---about what to think about yesterday's strikes. The Controlled Opposition likewise has been strangely silent: probably frustrated that Biden has taken away a political talking-point by proving his 'Alpha' credentials.

President-in-Exile Trump threw a real spanner into both parties' Official Narratives by pointing out that the arrogant Junta had not even bothered to consult with Congress before taking an action which is tantamount to Act of War. This, surprisingly, found some agreement in Congress but put the GOP Establishment in a rather awkward position because they can't defend Trump's remarks without opening themselves up to uncomfortable questions about the numerous occasions when both Bush Sr. and Jr. did the same things and their pundits' repeated approval of such illegal actions. Several of these dorks recently have been arguing, for example, that when we had a manly Alpha leader like Bush in office, our 'enemies' never would have dared challenge our hegemony in the Middle East, Russia never would have considered facing us down by invading a US proxy or engaged in provocative actions in our own Hemisphere. Bush would never have let military recruiting standards decline and firmly opposed Political Correctness in our Armed Forces. Bush certainly would never have 'appeased China' like Democrats do

The Republicans are also facing a setback with growing dissatisfaction over the recent Budget Deal; so once again they've defaulted to the one thing they seem to be proficient at doing: holding some more pointless Hearings. This time, they're probing "the Biden Administration’s proposal to open public lands to private ownership, which includes the possibility of foreigners buying such land," because, obviously until Biden came along, foreign interests never owned property in the United States.

The legislator behind this move is Arkansas Congressman Bruce Westerman, whose home State was the first to force China to sell off its vast real estate holdings ---a whopping 160 acres---for National Security reasons. The farm originally was owned by a Swiss company who used it for developing hybrid crop strains and bought the land in 1978. A Chinese company bought them out in 2017. China currently owns about 0.03% of American agricultural land; that is a greater threat in the American mind that Corporate NGOs buying up thousands of acres to introduce unsafe food products, or the massive stranglehold that Big Ag has on our farm distribution systems. Following the money here will explain this seeming paradox.

These smoke-and-mirrors shouldn't distract us from the very concerning fact that our federal government has reached such a level of subservience to Corporate interests that it doesn't even bother asking Congress anymore to send both financial and military aid abroad. This isn't to say that Congress wouldn't simply have rubber-stamped whatever the Junta wanted anyway, but it seems like there's a growing trend by both the political and corporate class to dispense with even those formalities.

Aside from the attack on Yemen as a moral crime, Americans ought to start worrying a little more about what these self-styled 'Elites' are doing with impunity. We supposedly have a system of self-government through representation, but the gap between theory and the reality is becoming glaringly apparent
