Vox Day, one the ringleaders of the Manosphere Alpha/Game Cult, has started a series of 'rebuttals' to a Christian blogger who evidently believes more in The Ten Commandments than Vox' grandiloquent Sixteen Principles of the Alt-Right. For those not familiar with the Red Pill Cult, their leaders are always making these absurd lists like these and giving them titles like Ironclad Rules, Commandments of Poon, and other nonsense in complete contradiction with Christianity.
Vox' ire was raised by a blogger named Comic Hound, who wrote a point-by-point critique of Vox' loony manifesto from a Christian standpoint. Vox, though, immediately labelled him a Churchian and a Cuckservative as he does with anyone of the political Right who doesn't bow down to him.
Comic Hound's article itself is very good and readers are encouraged to link to it. It's very well thought-out and the author appears to be quite scholarly and reflective. This level of erudition naturally arouses the envy of the Gamers whose philosophy is based on an extremely low level of discourse. That can be seen by the fact that Vox' so-called rebuttal opens up with a torrent of buzz-words: "It is incoherent, incompetent, globalist, anti-Western, and anti-American!" he raves in the first paragraph, "It takes Christian theology and transforms it into something evil and Babylonian! He completely damns his own position with his ignorance, ineptitude, and philosophical incoherence!" Etc., etc.
Experience with various writers has taught many of us that whenever we hear language like this, it's a good indication that somebody's been telling the truth. And it's very typical of cult leaders to dismiss objections to their dogmas this way. Now we here don't know what denomination Comic Hound belongs, but his statements are very much in line with most mainstream churches.
In Vox' first post he covers Comic Hound's first points by calling him a 'Churchian' four times; a 'jackass' once; and never answers a single point in between. He invents another of his many neologisms, tactobrication for the occasion. This term, he informs us, comes from being unable to differentiate between tactics, strategy, objectives, and identity. To cut through all of Vox' cultish mumbo-jumbo, he's essentially accusing of Conservatives and Christians of some kind of Defeatism because we won't adopt the dishonest tactics of the Left. In an earlier paragraph Vox complained that Comic Hound doesn't understand Socialism: neither apparently does Vox understand that his own tactics mirror theirs.
To clarify here: we follow a philosophy based in faith. Because we have Faith in God, we don't need to resort to the types of tactics the Left does. When Comic Hound says "we must stand for what is right, even when it means temporary loss." That is, we have Faith that what appears to be a defeat will ultimately rebound to glorify God. We've written here on several occasions of Christians in the Middle East who were martyred by Wahhabi fanatics in places like Syria, Iraq, and Yemen. Their willingness to die for their Faith, combined with the horrors inflicted by ISIS has caused a renewed respect for Christians there and many conversions.
Like the Cultural Marxists whom they copy, the Red Pills' faith is in an ideology. Not being of divine origin, their dogmas produce no self-evident Fruits of the Spirit. Thus they have to resort to force and fraud; and---in light of this deficiency---we can see why Vox and his followers admire people like Anders Breivik and Eliot Roger.
Vox also falsely accuses Christians of being hostile to Western Civilization. This is false because Western Civilization and Christianity grew out of the same source in Classical Greece. But Vox is especially exorcised by Comic Hound's assertion denying that the West is Christian because it is inherently superior. In fact all we really have to do is read the story in the Acts of the Apostles about St. Phillip's conversion of the Ethiopian chamberlain. The Abyssinian Church is among the world's oldest.
No doubt Vox will have some further spleen-venting. In the meantime, though, read the link---it's very good.
"I, the Night Wind know many things, because I walk by night. Many strange tales of those who have stepped into the shadows...and of those things which they dare not speak."

DEEP STATE MILLSTONES AROUND TRUMP'S NECK
So we heard today two unpleasant news stories from the Middle East. One involved an unprovoked air strike upon Allied forces in Syria---supposedly to defend the terrorist Syrian Democratic Forces. This was apparently done under the pretext of "countering Iranian influence" despite the fact that Iran has been one of the staunchest opponents of ISIS and Al-Qaeda. Then there was another speech---this time from the White House---warning of "serious consequences" if Iran refuses to release Americans who are imprisoned in that country for breaking Iranian laws.
'Rainbow Rex' Tillerson---the man who sabotaged the Boy Scouts and is more loyal to the perverts and drug-addicts ruling Saudi Arabia than to America---is of course the motive force behind these moves. He and his fellow-RINO James Mattis always unilaterally create some foreign crisis every time their friends in the DNC get caught in a scandal. Like the Nunes Memo, for example.
Trump made a serious mistake early in his administration by deferring foreign and military policy to so-called experts, so that he could concentrate on rebuilding America. This would have been a smart policy if Trump had removed the Obama-Clinton shills and replaced them with actual patriots. As it is, Obama-appointed commanders like Mattis and Votel are creating the same kinds of Foreign Policy disasters for Trump that they did for Obama.
In the first place the notion that Iran is the greatest threat to Middle East peace is Saudi propaganda---which their paid lobbyists in the Beltway and the Corporate Media repeat without challenge. Saudi Arabia and its confederates literally own huge shares of US media conglomerates and are one of Congress' largest lobbyists. Iran has zero financial interests in the US and therefore, no allies. The same is true of the Administration's misguided decision to brand Hezbollah and the IRGC as 'terrorist groups.'. These groups are in fact fighting Saudi-backed Wahhabi terrorists in Syria, Iraq, Yemen, Bahrain, and Lebanon.
Here is another detail that the US Media kept from public view. In 2016, the UN Office of Drugs and Crime (UNODC) reported that: "Drug trafficking remains a major challenge for the Islamic Republic of Iran. The geographical location of the country---especially its 1923-kilometer border with Afghanistan (the world's largest opium producer) and with Pakistan has turned it into a major transit country for illegal drugs. In response to this challenge, Iran has built one of the strongest counter-narcotics enforcement capability in the region. According to the 2014 UNODC World Drug Report, Iran accounted for 74% of the world's illegal opium seizures and 25% of world seizures of Morphine and Heroin in 2012."
So while we're fighting the Opioid Epidemic, Iran has prevented Opioids from ever reaching US shores! This while the US Navy challenges Iranian ships out hunting these smugglers on a regular basis. The report notes: "Iran reportedly spends millions of dollars annually on border control, including the construction of expensive barriers on its border with Afghanistan and Pakistan. More than 3,700 Iranian law enforcement officials have been killed and over 12,000 maimed in counter-narcotics operations over the last three decades."
As for the American prisoners Iran is holding---all of whom knowingly violated Iranian Law---Iran has offered to exchange them for Iranians held in American prisons. But Rainbow Rex will hear none of it---despite his pretenses of caring for the Americans there.
It's time for Trump to rid his Administration of the Neocons, RINOs, and DNC stalking-horses who are gumming up his foreign policy and stabbing him in the back domestically besides. And Tillerson needs to be the first drained with the rest of the swamp.

MANOSPHERE ALT-RINO CAUGHT FAKING HIS RED PILL CREDENTIALS
As everybody knows, most of the self-appointed Manly Alpha Leaders in the so-called Manosphere are a collection of fakes. Their attack on the family of Toby Meadows has blown up so badly that even Vox Day has discreetly tiptoed away from the controversy.
But now a new scandal has erupted around notorious troll Eli Mosley. Mosley was one of the architects of last year's Charlottesville fiasco; and hanger-on of White Supremacist Richard Spencer, woman-beater Nathan Damigo, and the latent-homosexual Red Pill gang, The Proud Boys. Mosley---whose real name is Klein---took over as head of Identity Europa last November.
At his ascension to that august position, Mosley---who had been writing under the name of The Jew Hunter--- spouted off the Corporate Media that he worked for an unspecified HR department where he "fires niggers and spics all day." Actually, he works for a pest-control service and it's not known whether he ever worked in HR anywhere or not. But the really Big Lie was his assertion that:
"Before that, I was in the Army and got to kill Moslems for fun. I'm not sure which is better: watching niggers and spics cry because they can't feed their little mud-children or watching Moslems' brains splattering against a wall." Real 'Alpha Male' stuff there, right? Pfffffttt.
Surprisingly, The New York Times---which was covering a related story---actually did some legitimate investigative reporting for once. Times reporter Emma Cott interviewed Mosley and said "After a short time filming behind the scenes with Eli and his associates, a common theme emerged. He kept emphasizing a connection between the Military and the Alt-Right. He said that many of his compatriots were veterans of the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan who became disillusioned with the American system after fighting in unwinnable conflicts. In his telling, members of the Alt-Right were patriotic Americans who had come to their extreme worldviews through honorable life experience, not through hatred."
Miss Emma then did something that postmodern journalists rarely do: she actually contacted the Army to verify whether Mosley's claims about Iraq service were true. And she discovered that Mosley had not entered the Pennsylvania National Guard until after US troops had left. And furthermore, his unit never left Pennsylvania.
The phone call she made with Mosley (and reports on) is priceless:
Emma Cott: "The Army tells me that you did not deploy to Iraq."
Mosley: "uhhh...the Army told you that?"
Mosley then began explaining that somebody inside the Pentagon had sent a false report. Yeah---like Bill Clinton's Draft Card got lost in the mail. No wonder these Red Pills all hate women: women know better than to take men at their word.
So much for Eli Klein-Mosley.

CNBC PUNDIT FLIPS OUT ON CAMERA
After the infamous Nunes Memo was made public, the Democrats' attempts to subvert the Administration with fake news about Russian Electoral interference have basically collapsed. It really should have collapsed a long time ago, with media figures caught admitting to the hoax last Summer.
RINO Senator John McCain---who hates Russia with a frenzy bordering on paranoid schizophrenia---denounced the Memo's release stating that the only interest served was Vladimir Putin's. McCain incidentally thought that Russia's presence in Syria was a greater threat than ISIS' presence there.
So, picking up the bait, CNBC turned to pundit Donny Deutsch. Deutsch went into hysterics---visibly shaking and screaming that people must take to the streets; there was a pro-Russian coup underway; that Trump was a dictator, etc. Why Trump never uses these alleged dictatorial powers to suppress his media opponents was never explained.
See, Mr. Deutsch, in real dictatorships people like you don't get to go on nationwide cable TV and demand protests against the government. This is one of the first precepts that were formerly taught in Journalism schools. But---like many other Corporate Media 'experts'---Deutsch has never had any actual schooling in journalism.
Deutsch inherited an advertising firm from his father and sold it for $265 million. But in today's media environment, that entitles one to become a news commentator. Even though his ventures into cable news were cancelled after ratings plummeted, Deutsch is still invited on these shows as if his opinion actually matters.
Deutsch has also been involved in some shady real estate deals and has lost two multi-million dollar judgments to creditors whom he swindled. His wife divorced him for his numerous adulterous affairs. He openly calls himself a Male Feminist, though. In 2013, he announced that he was a Democrat---to no one's surprise; since his behavior is fairly typical of DNC leaders. Open Secrets records that he was a major donor to Hillary Clinton, Dick Durbin, and Chuck Schumer; as well as former DNC politicians John Edwards and Dick Gephardt.
In other words, Donny Deutsch is nothing but a paid apologist for the Deep State and the kinds of 'leadership' we left behind in 2016. He's also a good reminder of why we don't want those people back.

US OIL PRODUCTION HIGHEST SINCE 1970
While the Corporate Media was busy trying to prop up the NFL's declining ratings (the playoff games were at a nine-year low); positive things were happening in the real world. On Friday, the US Energy Information Administration announced that American oil production as of November, 2017 was at the highest rate since late 1970.
Domestic oil production surpassed 10 million barrels per day. About 2/3 of that number comes directly from the President's lifting of regulation on shale oil extraction. Several consultants within the oil industry say that the full effect of Trump's energy policies have yet to be realized. They are predicting that American production potentially can eclipse Saudi Arabia and at least challenge Russia's petroleum dominance.
To give an example of what this means to consumers, gasoline in 1970 cost 36 cents per gallon (about $2.30 in 2018 dollars). In other words, the current price of gasoline should fall about one dollar per gallon if the current production rate stays stable. But production is likely to go even higher.
One point that we've stressed a lot here is that deflationary economics is essential for a sustained economic recovery. The price of petroleum has been one of the major factors driving our out-of-control inflation rate. In spite of what the phony 'environmentalists' say, the high cost of gasoline as an inflationary catalyst is not because of individual auto-owners. The price effects us collectively in the cost of freight and production.
Americans have been getting price-gouged by shady politicians who pass regulations and restrictions benefiting robber-barons and speculators like George Soros. The price of gas goes up. That's increased costs to farmers and manufacturers. The producers then contract with freight companies, whose fuel costs have also gone up. By the time it reaches the consumer, the consumer is paying increased fuel costs for his groceries or clothing; then gets gouged again at the gas station for his own car.
This is why opening America to oil production again is so critical to full economic recovery. While it's also good news that wages in the US are rising, the increase means little in a long-term sense unless lower prices come with it. This is the mistake that Reagan made in the 1980's and Bush Jr. made in the 2000's. Both boom-cycles led to recession in 1990 and 2007.
The Democrats, in contrast, created economic stimulus with tax-and-spend policies. This too puts money temporarily in the economy, but also creates economic stagnation. Obama's policies never brought us out of the 2007 Recession. Had it not been for the Tech Boom of the mid-1990's, Clinton's policies would have had little or no effect. In fact, Clinton did nothing for the economy except to take credit for what the private sector actually did.
For once, expert predictions about the future of American Oil Production are probably correct. We haven't scratched the surface of the vast Alaskan reserves or reached the full capacity for shale-refining. And projects like Keystone are just starting up as are long-neglected oil fields and refineries. If the Energy Sector continues on this course, we may see levels of prosperity in America again that hasn't been seen in decades. We're already well on the way.

PRE-SUPER BOWL VICTIM CARDS COME OUT
If anybody still cares, this weekend will determine the NFL Championship. But as we occasionally do here (when such stories start piling up) see which miscreants are seeking championship-level victim status.
Let's start with a football-related story:
NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell, whose tenure in 2017 reached the nadir of a five-year revenue decline, had a tough week. With promoter Vince McMahon's announcement of a new football league and Super Bowl LII already projected to have historically-low ratings: Goodell held a press conference and essentially blamed everyone but himself for the disastrous 2017 showing. Especially the fans---whom Goodell believes are being quite unreasonable. "This whole controversy over the Anthem is a barrier to having honest conversations and making real progress on the underlying issues." he blubbered, without explaining what conversations or issues he was talking about. Yes---translated into plain English, he's telling fans to overlook the protests and his own incompetence in dealing with them: to grow up and focus on the real issues. Whatever that means.
Then, a late entry from The Late Show:
John Mellencamp---an 80's pop-star formerly known as John Cougar---appeared on Stephen Colbert's program to make a public scene. The first big surprise for those of us who grew up during the 80's was learning that Mellencamp was still alive.
Apparently in revenge for not being invited to perform at the Super Bowl, Mellencamp dropped to his knees and gave a 'Black Power' salute---to the applause of nitwit Colbert and his Leftist studio audience. This, of course, was all a publicity stunt; but Mellencamp ran squawking to the media anyway blaming President Trump for "politicizing legitimate protest" after his actions were denounced all over the Internet.
While we're on the subject of Internet denunciations, one of the players in the recent Red Pill attacks on the Meadows Family has apologized (sort of):
Sci-Fi writer Lou Antonelli---who with Brad Torgersen, Dave Freer, and Vox Day---has been circulating a number of false stories about Toby and Foz Meadows issued a formal apology yesterday; claiming that his attempts to doxx innocent people was caused by misreading "faulty IP Address detectors." We tend to believe it was a lot more to do with negative reactions from the literary community. At any rate, Antonelli might have had more credibility if he didn't have an extensive history of this kind of behavior.
But Red-Pills and Alt-RINOs are quite handy with the Victim Card and this one is no exception:
British police arrested Ethan Stables en route to attack a homosexually-themed bar with a machete. Stables allegedly planned to commit mass-murder in such a way that Moslems would be blamed. How did the police upend the plot so quickly? Well, Stables posted his entire plan on Facebook and somebody reported him. Stables is quite angry that "SJWs" would violate his right to privacy and free expression by denouncing this obviously public-spirited project.
And another political whiner:
Chicago Congressman Luis Gutierrez---of whom we wrote earlier this week---is blaming "Right-Wing spin doctors" for allegedly misrepresenting his outburst during the State of the Union Address. Gutierrez told the credulous Corporate Media that he was rushing off because he was late for an interview (though his story about which media outlet this was varies). Regardless, he did have enough time to fire off hysterical posts on Twitter bashing Trump as a 'racist'.
And a pair of other Democrats round off the list:
Nashville Mayor Megan Barry (right) and Police official Robert Forrest (left) got caught in an adulterous affair (both are married to other people). That's not though the whole story. Because Forrest was the head of the mayor's security detail, his travel expenses were paid for out of city funds. As the mayor's travels have come under scrutiny, some question the trips the pair made to places like Paris and Athens along with six major US cities in less than a year. Both claim that the trips were 'business related'; and that they are victims of others out for their jobs.
After a list like that, whichever team loses the Super Bowl won't feel so bad about losing afterwards. But then again, a lot of NFL players are good candidates for the list themselves.

RELIGIOUS FREEDOM RETURNS TO AMERICA
After decades of official and de facto discrimination against Christians, the US Department of Justice announced today that the same legal protections afforded religious minorities will now protect everyone universally.
The DOJ included a 20-point Memorandum on Religious Freedom in the official guidelines issued to all US Attorneys. Last year, President Trump ordered this inclusion, and the Memorandum was completed on October 6th. Here are the highlights:
"2. The free exercise of religion includes the right to act or abstain from action in accordance with one's religious beliefs." This clause, which is based on legal precedent, forbids the State to impose upon individuals obligations forcing them to violate their religious principles. This essentially nullifies---for example---public schools forcing students to accept homosexuality via so-called Sensitivity Training. And that's only one example. And it gets better:
"3. The freedom of religion extends to persons and organizations." This is really significant. The term 'organizations' is defined explicitly as "churches and other religious organizations, schools, private associations, and businesses."
That's pretty self-explanatory and clear. It reverses decades of covert Deep-State persecution of Christians: like forcing Christian schools to teach shams like 'gender-neutrality'; or forcing Christian charities to offer abortions, etc. It also is going to stop Christian-hating State Attorneys-General---like Washington State's Bob Ferguson---from singling out Christian businesses for persecution under bogus 'discrimination' pretexts.
"5. Government may not restrict acts or abstentions because of the beliefs they display." No more forcing the removal of religious iconography from public view, in other words.
So far, we've touched on three points of this astounding document and all of them are things we've waited, hoped, and prayed for for years. This document does not prohibit States per se of engaging in this kind of harassment; but it does that they will no longer have the support of the US Government in so doing. In fact, the Federal level legal system is going to oppose them.
Here are some other groundbreaking points:
"19. Religious employers are entitled to employ only persons whose beliefs and conduct are consistent with the employer's religious precepts."
Wow. Did we imagine even a year ago that we would see this in America again? The document explains that "entities which are organized for religious purposes and engage in activities consistent with, or in furtherance of such purposes have an express exemption from Title VII prohibitions against religious discrimination in employment." So now legal freebooters are going to be unable to file frivolous lawsuits by planting activists in religious organizations then suing them afterwards for 'discrimination'.
"20. As a general matter, the Federal Government may not condition receipt of a federal grant or contract upon the effective relinquishment of a religious organization's hiring exemptions or attributes of its religious character."
This is also self-explanatory: the pernicious practice of barring Christian groups from serving the government through conditions that these organizations couldn't possibly accept---is gone.
Nothing like good news to lift spirits going into the weekend. This Memorandum has effectively smashed the Cultural Marxists' attempts---at every turn---to dismantle American Christianity. From now on, Christians will no longer feel alienated from our Government. As Jeff Sessions always says, "We have your back."
