THE MAYHEM BEGINS

    Well, that didn't take long. The first two predictions we made about the Rittenhouse Trial in the last have already come true. A few cities burned---notably Portland---burned, and today 20+ people were injured when a car rammed a Christmas Parade. We don't know all the details of the car attack yet; but considering that happened not far from Kenosha and has been traced to a local university, I think that we can guess the motive involved here.

    As we stated before, the Rittenhouse Verdict was pre-arranged and not a rare act of Justice at all. The Elites hastily chose a jury, put an utterly incompetent prosecutor in charge so that this result would happen. The end game of all of this was to incite further riots, and---more importantly---to demand 'reforms.' Specifically, they want to do away with jury trials altogether; as well as suspending the Right to Self-Defense. The fact that Rittenhouse was charged at all is proof that this trial was orchestrated for another purpose; just as the subsequent riots and other mayhem was planned.

    This fact needs to be stressed because too many on the Right still want to cling to the belief that some great 'turning of the tide' is underway. We've been hearing that refrain since the GOP won control of Congress in 1994. The Rittenhouse Verdict was a good thing; but it doesn't mean that somehow our badly compromised Legal System suddenly has found its way and will dispense fair and impartial justice from now on. 

    Consider that the nation's top two legal agents are John Roberts and Merrick Garland, and that tells us about all we need to know about the who pulls the strings on the Legal Establishment. 

    Roberts, of course, is an arch-RINO, whose most recent crime was turning over the country to the Junta by refusing to challenge the 2020 Election Fraud. He previously overthrew American marriage laws in 2014 as well as upholding Obamacare. His RINO credentials and contempt for law was well-established when he was appointed by fellow-RINO George Bush to the Chief Justice's position. According to Wikipedia; "He worked pro bono for gay rights advocates, reviewing filings and preparing arguments for the 1996 Supreme Court case Romer vs. Evans, which was described in 2005 as 'the movement's most important legal victory'... He also argued on behalf of the homeless,and represented, pro bono, a man who was sentenced to death for killing eight people in Florida. During the late 1990s, while working for Hogan & Hartson. In 2000, Roberts advised Jeb Bush concerning Bush's actions in the Florida Election Recount." 

    Hogan & Harston is a shady Corporate Legal firm, now known as Hogan Lovells. Hogan Lovells is a Corporate sponsor of the Center for Disease Control Foundation, and was among the Top Five Beltway Lobbying firms, representing 68 Corporate interests this year alone. Over half of their lobbyists are revolving-door former federal bureaucrats, including former US Senator, Norm Coleman. 

    Garland likewise has a history as a Corporate lawyer, working several years with Arnold & Porter. This law firm is another global legal enterprise; and also a major Beltway lobbyist. At last report, they represented 38 Corporate interests and employed 20 lobbyists---14 of whom are revolving-door bureaucrats including former Congressman Jim Turner. Garland was probably best remembered as Obama's Supreme Court nominee following the highly suspicious death of Judge Antonin Scalia. The Senate never acted on this recommendation, but five years later several RINOs joined the Democrats to elevate Garland to the rank of Attorney-General within the Junta. Garland was previously known for his botched handling of DC Mayor Marion Berry's prosecution and his very questionable handling of the Oklahoma City Bombing Case. 

   

    It should be obvious that whatever court victories Conservatives 'win,' there is no chance of any long-term gains when the Legal Establishment is in the hands of characters like these. For decades, they have been utterly subservient to the Corporate Agenda, and this situation is bound to get worse as the Regime consolidates its power. We shouldn't allow ourselves to put any faith in litigation or court decisions anymore than we should put any trust in treasonous RINOs to save us through elections.

   The System has failed us repeatedly but the Elites count on us to keep believing in it. This way we stay distracted instead of organizing and building communities and networks outside the Regime's grasp. We should make it a point to avoid, not engage with, the Legal System as it currently stands. 

    

AND THE WINNER IS----NOBODY

     Here in the Land of American Exceptionalism---where the people of every land desire a system of government as pure as ours---for the third time out of the last six elections, we've ended in a disputed outcome. After the last few weeks of extensive cheating by the Democrats, today businesses boarded up in anticipation of further riots, Federal Marshals were sent out to observe elections, and California---the Grand-Daddy of Them All when it comes to electoral fraud---had its electoral system declared unconstitutional just hours before the voting started. The same systems by the way are in use in Oregon, Washington, Hawaii, and New Mexico---all states that Biden allegedly won. (We have no way of knowing of course, since the ballots there are all mailed in and there is zero transparency). Arizona had its election stolen too---the exact circumstances occurred there tonight as in the stolen Senate Election of 2018. Minnesota and Virginia have had some rather suspicious circumstances around their final tallies as well. 

    In Oregon, Antifa, BLM, and other assorted thugs have been seen multiple times tampering with ballot boxes and intimidating voters.. No wonder the Deep State had to bomb other countries to rubble to get them to accept our Exceptional Democracy. 

    As of this writing, both President Trump and Uncle Joe Biden have declared themselves the winners, even though not all States have finished fabricating totaling up the results. 

    Pennsylvania, Nevada, North Carolina, and Michigan are States run by Insurgent thugs who've ruled like dictators since the fake 'Covid Crisis' kicked off last February. Georgia's governor Brian Kemp is a good and loyal supporter of the Constitution, but his entire State government and major cities are under the thumbs of Rebel freebooters. None of these government can be trusted to declare Trump a winner if he should carry those States (and he was ahead in all five until counting mysteriously stopped. 

   The President took the bold step of refusing to concede until the legality of this entire farce is determined; likely by the US Supreme Court. The Court has the power incidentally to nullify a State's electoral votes, though this hasn't occurred in the US since 1876. Back then there were very similar problems in several States---mostly in the former Confederacy

     although as we can see from Thomas Nast's classic political cartoon from that day, the racial roles have been reversed in 2020. It boils down to the same thing, however: a gang of armed, well-organized, and well-financed crud-balls determined to rob the average citizen of his Fundamental Rights. 

    My attitude towards the President's Declaration is much like my feelings about his Stimulus Packages and Project Warp-Speed. I don't really like it, but under the circumstances I don't see what else he can do. Caught in the middle of the maelstrom of mass-hysteria, corruption, ignorance, and fanaticism that America's become the President really doesn't have much choice but whirl around in it or sink until a way out can be found. 

   The Rebel Forces threw down the gauntlet by breaking multiple laws in a concerted attempt to overthrow the legitimate government of the United States by force and fraud. Too often over the last 30 years, the Elites have committed abominable crimes and simply walked away untouched. That has got to stop. This time, they've gone way too far and can't be allowed to get away with what they've done. If it means that Trump voids the Election and has to rule without opposition to drain this damnable Swamp once and for all, so be it. 

   

    Because Trump has the legal authority to put down insurrections by any means necessary. Lincoln used that authority during the Civil War, and F. D. Roosevelt did so on the Pacific Coast and Islands during WW2. Grant used it during a KKK Revolt and Bush Senior did during the Rodney King riots. The preservation of the Nation from internal enemies is the primary directive of all Civilized Nations.

   Secondly, if Trump conceded to the fraudulent Election, we'd be getting another group which is liable to seize arbitrary power itself---so we'd be no better off and probably worse off, in fact. Trump at least has shown respect for the Constitution and likely (like his predecessors) will lay down his extraordinary powers after the crisis has passed and order is restored. As for the other side---many of the Insurgent Governors are still ruling by decree long after any alleged public health emergency has passed---a few of whom had pried out of power by the Courts. With control of the White House, there's no limit to what they can do. 

    We simply have to accept the fact that the events of last night are not going to turn out well, regardless. We have to hope for the best, be more vigilant of our liberties than ever before because the fight ahead of us is going to be a long and hard one. 

ANARCHIST PINHEADS STORM WASHINGTON DC

    In yet another well-timed and well-orchestrated outburst of street violence, Antifa, BLM, and other social dregs were shipped into the Nation's Capitol this weekend. Bear in mind that few or none of these rioters 'peaceful protesters' are, as the Corporate Media claims, mainstream Americans coming together in love. A brief background check on rioters arrested in Portland, for example, shows that almost all of them had prior arrests for mostly petty crimes; shoplifting, theft, DUI, drugs, assaults, etc. About 2/3 of the suspects were homeless bums; a majority of the others were not even from Portland and the few who were locals were living with relatives and have never held steady employment in their entire lives. 

   Corporate looters and political action front-groups are financially backing these uprisings while insurrectionist mayors and governors---as well as police officials--- do nothing to stop them. The character of this Rebellion is much different than that of 1861-65. Unlike the Southern Aristocracy, the postmodern Elites are employing asymmetric warfare. Their goal is not to defeat the United States and set up an independent government; the new Rebels desire to take the Nation over wholesale and rebuilt---knowing that the average Ameroboob won't resist any of their usurpation. 

   The situation in Washington is extremely dangerous right now. My fear is that these vermin intend to attack the White House, Capitol, and Supreme Court and create direct showdown with the Trump Administration. My suspicion all along is that the Elites are trying to force the President into taking military action; after which they then plan to employ the traitors, Fifth Columnists, and opportunists still inside the Beltway Swamp to mutiny. This is why, I believe, the President hasn't taken direct action. He knows that this Coup is afoot and how grave the situation really is. There are Republican Senators, Congressmen, and Judges who know this as well---and are in the same situation. The President instead has been using the cover of the upcoming Elections to plea for American patriots to put pressure on their local governments. 

   For those who sneer that it can't happen here, it wouldn't be the first time in the last two centuries that some degenerate and his gang of thugs have taken over a world power with a march on the Capitol.

  We even had a test-run of this last June with the short-lived Chaz Republic in Seattle. The former president of that experiment, Solomon Simone---who seems to have disappeared---was deeply connected to Corporate Media mogul and Israeli National, Lyor Cohen  and Corporate Media attorney and CEO Todd Moscowitz.  Simone also received a fat payoff from Seattle's bull-dyke DNC operative mayor, Jenny Durkan. That whole disgraceful episode in our nation's history was nothing but an effort from the Elites to gauge public reaction to an outright seizure of the government. And that, of course, met with just as much non-resistance as gubernatorial seizures of State Governments has. 

   The Sun reported this morning that some thug was already haranguing the rabble with threats of burning down the White House and murdering police. The scum in the crowd---their eyes dancing at the thought of looted national treasures and committing unspeakable perversions on the Trump women---are whipped into a frenzy. Tonight and tomorrow are perilous days for the Republic. The DC Mayor, a hateful Feminist named Muriel Bowser, is another Corporate shill, and a rabid anti-Trump fanatic. So far, she has resisted defunding the police; but that is likely because she is freely using them to suppress civil rights within her jurisdiction.  Bowser is very unlikely to stop any attacks against the President. 

   What's been especially troubling is rhetoric coming from the Insurgents political leadership recently. Barack Obama said at the DNC: "To the young people who led us this summer, telling us we need to be better -- in so many ways, you are this country's dreams fulfilled... the Commander-in-Chief doesn't use the men and women of our military as political props to deploy against peaceful protesters on our own soil. They understand that political opponents aren't "un-American" just because they disagree with you; that a free press isn't the "enemy" but the way we hold officials accountable; that our ability to work together to solve big problems like a pandemic depends on a fidelity to facts and science and logic and not just making stuff up. None of this should be controversial."

     Aside from this statement being some very sick psychological projection, Obama seems to be encouraging both the rioters to continue on as well as calling upon his shills in the Pentagon not to follow the President in defending the Constitution. Pelosi said of the attacks on Portland Federal Buildings in July: "Unidentified stormtroopers. Unmarked cars. Kidnapping protesters and causing severe injuries in response to graffiti. These are not the actions of a democratic republic. Trump & his stormtroopers must be stopped...First Amendment speech should never be met with one-sided violence from federal agents acting as Trump’s secret police, especially when unidentified. This is disgraceful behavior we would expect from a banana republic — not the government of the United States."

Pelosi's remarks are very much in the same vein: she is essentially accusing the Trump Administration of behaving in a tyrannical and unconstitutional fashion: basically is giving the rioters a cover of justification for their own terrorist acts. Along with her stupid comments about fumigating the White House, Pelosi also seems to be hoping for some violent action after being humiliated during the botched impeachment attempts in January. Just today, the stupid mayor of Portland screamed at a press conference:  "What America needs is for Trump to be stopped so we can come back together as one America while recognizing that we must to demand that all people, every color from every political persuasion, pull together and hold accountable in stopping racism and violence."

   Fortunately, the US Secret Service is well-armed, well-trained, and will fight to protect the President; and the White House itself doubtless has enough supplies to feed an army for a long time. But I can't imagine a worse scenario than Washington besieged, and we can't deny that the rioters and the Elites funding them are out for blood. Within the last few weeks they've been gunning down Trump supporters in the streets, attacking Republican officials, and randomly intimidating White Americans with orders to bow and kneel before them. There should be no doubt that Trump and his Administration aren't the only ones whom they intend to fumigate.

WHO'S BEHIND THE BLM RAMPAGES

    So this weekend Americans took a brief respite from COVID panic and hysteria while the Whacko Left Wing took to the streets again for a few days of mayhem. The so-called 'protests' spread arson, murder, and looting but not the flu virus according to our best and brightest. Only Free Enterprise is contaminating the public health system---to the point where we must all wear masks to help us break the chains of freedom. 

   Anyone who is remotely aware and hasn't completely sacrificed their reason for political expediency understands that the COVID hysteria and the fake race-riots are part and parcel of the same movement: a full-fledged coup against Constitutional government. Conservatives must keep ever before their eyes the fact that none of the events of 2020 are designed to destroy the economy, culture, and government. The goal is to replace them with an authoritarian regime. The gangsters known as Black Lives Matter, for example, are nothing but a front organization: controlled by those with a vested interest in the coup. BLM is largely a creation of the Corporate Media and Academia Incorporated, who work for the same interests. 

   

     The ostensible leadership of Black Lives Matter is vested in handful of sexual perverts and low-level street agitators who've had practically no accomplishments of any mention their entire lives. BLM is run by three women: Opal Tometi, Alicia Garza, and Patrisse Cullors. Tometi is the daughter of African immigrants and a former Domestic Violence caseworker. Garza is a Lesbian who has never held a job outside of 'activism.' Cullors is also a Lesbian who teaches art and social justice classes at some obscure Community College in Arizona. BLM's propaganda outreach is lead by DeRay McKesson, a homosexual and one of the ringleaders of the 2014 Ferguson Riots. He hosts a podcast on Youtube. 

   All of these idiots have been wined, dined, and celebrated by America's White Liberal establishment and BLM is a cause celebre among them. It's all the rage among the American in-crowd to support Black Lives Matter.  It hasn't seemed to occur to anybody that their leadership can't even run their own lives, let alone national social policy. We all see on television the spectacle of Corporate America bowing to BLM's demands. In reality, however, it's BLM who bows to Corporate America. 

   A few minutes on a search engine reveals that fact clearly. BLM's major donors are hardly a grass-roots bunch. Democracy Alliance, Solidaire, the Ford Foundation, and the Open Society Foundation are the cash sources behind the whole movement. 

  Democracy Alliance was founded in Phoenix in 2005 by George Soros; homosexual activist and Quark Software CEO, Tim Gill; and Progressive Insurance CEO Peter Lewis. Tom Steyer, another billionaire hedge-fund manager is a prominent member. So is Rob McKay, heir to the Taco Bell chain; Nick Hanauer, one of the founders of Amazon; Patricia Stryker of Big Pharma's Stryker Corporation; Susan Buell of North Face Clothing; Drummond Pike of Equilibrium Capital Group; Agribusiness magnate Scott Wallace of Pioneer Hybrid; among many others. 

  Solidaire was founded in 2012 by Hunt Oil heiress Leah Hunt-Hendrix. "Solidaire's mission is to organize philanthropists to address the deep, systemic causes of injustice and inequality by consolidating their efforts and collaborating in their giving. Solidaire has a rapid response protocol enabling members to meet the immediate needs of activists on the ground, such as bailing front-line activists out of jail when they are arrested during protests." This is the organization that is providing the rioters with logistical support. 

  The Ford Foundation is currently run by homosexual activist Darren Walker. Walker is a former corporate lawyer and investment banker. He also sits on the Board of the Arcus Foundation whose stated mission is  "to ensure that LGBT people and our fellow apes thrive in a world where social and environmental justice are a reality." (Let that view of humanity sink in). Arcus, incidentally, is run by Jon Stryker of the aforementioned Stryker Corporation. 

 Ford announced support for BLM in 2016, with a goal of raising $100 million by 2022. Their partner organizations included in this endeavor are the NoVo Foundation, headed by Peter Buffett, the son of Warren Buffett. Peter's wife Jennifer is a Radical Feminist and also connected with Democracy Alliance. Peter's dad Warren---as we saw in the last article---is connected with the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. It was also noted in that article that Allan Golston, head of the Board of Directors at Stryker Corporation, is an official for operations at Gates' club. Isn't it interesting how so many of the same people keep turning up wherever and wherever there's a 'crisis' going on? 

  Well, you can sneer all you want to, Hipster-Boy. But logic ought to tell you that if we really had a Free Market, corporations funding people to overthrow Capitalism might not be such a good idea. However, in Crony-Capitalism---where Big Government just becomes another player, it makes sense. And all of the folks we've mentioned here today have the time, money, political connections, and most of all, the incentive to try and pull it off. Take, for example the DC-based Hill-Snowden Foundation: another of Ford's partners. It's run by the heirs of Arthur Hill. Here's a syllabus from one of their webinars, taken from their own website: 
  
  "The purpose of this webinar was to help provide a landscape analysis of domestic policy changes and the impact on vulnerable and targeted communities in the Trump era.  While the policy agenda is becoming clearer, there is still a lot of anxiety and uncertainty and it is our hope that this session will try to provide some insights into some of the major policy changes on the horizon, the current and potential impact the Trump era is having in communities, where are prospects for folks fighting back effectively and building power, and what are the most necessary things to do in this environment."

  Can one make an agenda any clearer than that? It's completely oblivious to the fact that prior to the disasters that BLM and their cohorts caused in 2020; Black unemployment and crime rates were going down under Trump while entreprenuerial and educational opportunities were expanding. Instead, it focuses on how to fight back and build power; i.e. maintain the status quo even if that means going back to the race riots we saw so often under Bush and Obama. 

  Last but certainly not least, we meet again those ubiquitous global gadflies in the Open Society Foundation. George Soros' group has pumped about $300 million in hard cash to BLM; the amount of 'soft money' no one knows. It's widely suspected (though not yet proven) that OSF operatives engage in activities like transporting insurgents to riot sites; recruiting and agitation; supplying insurgents with weapons and passing along intelligence. Soros brings a lot of experience to the table. The tactical parallels between the so-called 'Floyd Riots' and the Ukraine 'Maidan' are especially pronounced. It's certainly no secret that Soros and OSF are deeply involved in everything BLM does (if not controlling them outright). 

   OSF's President is Patrick Gaspard, a major crony of former President Obama and of current NYC Mayor Bill DeBlasio, to whom he serves as an advisor. He headed the DNC Executive Committee from 2011-2013 and, prior to that, was a policy advisor on Obama's White House Staff. Gregory Meeks, a New York Democratic Congressman said of Gaspard:   “He’s a low key, behind-the-scenes, no-fingerprints kind of guy. I need something, I call Patrick. And if he calls, it’s a big deal. He’s close to the president.” This is quite an influential figure considering that he was born in the Congo to Haitian immigrants and---as far as I was able to determine---never became a US citizen. 

  The actual payout branch grant-disbursements for OSF is handled by a subsidiary, The Foundation to Promote Open Society, headed by the Big Weenie himself and his family. The major donors to OSF are all front-groups controlled by the Soros Family. Individual and Corporate donors make donations to various groups which then pool them in one of these entities; which in turn pass them up to OSF. Thus there's nearly no transparency in this complex web (Don't get any ideas---it's illegal for you to do it). Now, I wouldn't want to suggest without sufficient proof that Soros is engaged in money-laundering; but let's just say I think that the IRS and FBI maybe ought to examine this rather unusual system of fund-raising. 

  Well, Stacy: it wouldn't matter if social justice actually was their goal. Even in the earlier era of the Robber Barons, Carnegie and Rockefeller did a lot to promote better education, relief for the poor, and many other good works---in fact, they did even better than most state or religious programs were doing. But that's not what's going on with people like Bill Gates and George Soros. Men like Carnegie and Rockefeller had the goal of improving society; men like Gates and Soros have the goal of replacing society. (BTW, you have beautiful eyes). 

   It goes back to what Christ taught when He said, "By their fruits you shall know them." Real philanthropists do things like filling a need in a community. The fake philanthropists do things like burning communities down and poisoning people's minds with Marxist claptrap. Black Lives Matter is fake---a front for another agenda, and a very evil agenda at that. Americans are supporting a cause that they don't really understand; nor the depths and ulterior motives of what's moving it. Really being 'woke' means rejecting BLM and exposing the powers moving it. 

  

   

PORTLAND RIOTS AND CALLS TRUMP 'DIVISIVE'

   So, last weekend a group of Red Pill LARPers with the latent-homosexual name of The Proud Boys, showed up in Portland, Oregon. Naturally since (much to the relief of Washington State and Northern California residents) Portland has become the local slough for every Leftist political malcontent in the region, Antifa Anarchists and other whackos turned out for what's now being called The Battle of Portland. A punch was thrown; a hammer was swung; and the Portland Police---who've long ago given up in frustration---watched for most of the melee.

   Portland hasn't always been like this. Once upon a time, Portland Police were allowed to do their jobs, were respected, and maintained order. Back then, Portland was a decent place to live. 

   Decades of one-party Democrat rule has completely emasculated the city. During the riot, here's one poor boob getting attacked just walking down the sidewalk:

  Notice how this guy is so demoralized and dispirited that he not only won't defend himself; but casually walks on home as if it were a normal occurrence. This is was life under Liberalism leads to. 

  Of course, Antifa themselves are a bunch of social parasites who contribute absolutely nothing of value to the world, They are total losers, but their thuggery is complete control of places like Portland. 

  When looking for causes of this stupid violence, the Corporate Media reflexively blame Trump and have been parroting the "this is the result of the Divisive Era of Trump"---as if a city where anyone with dissenting views are met with scenes like this:

---is actually being 'inclusive.'

  But that point aside, let's look back a few years and see if 'divisiveness' is really a product of the Trump Administration. Doesn't anyone remember the Obama Administration?

Or the Bush Administration?

Or the Clinton Administration?

  So it's the Democrats who've been preaching this 'divisiveness' line for a long time. And the Corporate Media Cartels with their endless barrages of anti-Trump fake news is exacerbating the situation. Gangs like Antifa have been fueled with this garbage---insulated from the Outside World in groupthink gulags like Portland and fed a steady supply of mind-altering drugs have convinced these clowns that 21st Century America is a reincarnated version of the Third Reich. 

  All of this talk of 'divisiveness' exists nowhere but in these people's own heads. The Trump Administration meanwhile has been draining the swamp, cleaning up corruption, making government more responsive and efficient, and expanding the economy. That's not 'division' but unity. And it's the type of unity that the whacko Left can't tolerate. 

ANTHROPO-EXCEPTIONALISM; OR 'WHERE'S THE BEEF?'

      Blogger Insanity Bytes had a good article up today.  It seems that some doofus objected to something she said on the grounds that it was "anthropo-exceptionalist." For those who have real lives outside of postmodern academia; this term is another meaningless neologism that actually replaced an earlier nonsense term, Speciesism. 

     Like many of our current false philosophies, Speciesism gained currency during the effete decade of the Clinton Co-presidency, the 1990's. Proponents of this theory argue that human arrogance and egotism accounts for a false belief that mankind is superior to any other life form on earth. In college, I recall hearing a lecture by a professor of philosophy arguing this very thing. At the end of his speech, I asked "If what you say is true, why should we believe you any more than we'd believe a monkey?" He turned an angry red, and replied that I was an ignoramus. 

     We really do live in a deeply depraved age. People seriously argue that gender has no basis in either biology or psychology. They argue that a foetus isn't a living being. They say that Civilization is evil, and that religion is dangerous. So it's no surprise that they also believe that human beings and sewer rats are equal in the universal schemata of things. Attitudes like these in practical use lead to the kind of stupidity displayed in Portland yesterday.

      The State of Nature is not exactly kind to human beings, which is one reason why one of our earliest religious statutes is "to fill the earth and subdue it; to have dominion over the fishes of the sea; and over all the flying creatures in the skies; and over all the cattle and over all the creeping reptiles."  The proponents of Speciesism will scoff at the corresponding passage which states that man was created in the Image of God. But even their own evolutionary theories lead essentially to the same conclusion. According to Evolutionists, nature operates on the principle of survival of the fittest. Nature is full of threats like predatory animals, wildfires, violent storms, blizzards, earthquakes, volcanoes, tsunamis, and epidemic diseases. Civilization is mankind's defense against such things; therefore, we are the fittest species to survive and have every right to advance our species. 

       And, on the subject of Rights: the proponents of Speciesism talk of the rights of other species and our moral duties towards them without realizing that rights and morality are exclusively human concepts. Their whole theory is one massive contradiction of itself on nearly every aspect. 

      A century ago, German-American professor Wolfgang Kohler published The Mentality of Apes, the most exhaustive research on primate intelligence ever conducted. Kohler concluded that the most intelligent adult chimpanzees---mankind's closest genetic relative---never surpassed the average intelligence levels of a human 2-3 year old. By his own admission, even those levels were only reached by training and coaching. Contrast that with the findings of researchers like Maria Montessori and Jean Piaget on the rapid learning abilities of human children. 

     People who believe in theories like Speciesism must entertain an extremely low opinion of humanity and human nature. The same Professor Kohler mentioned above once pointed out that the leftist leanings of Academia even in his day were poisoning the soul of humanity. "If," he said at a speech at Dartmouth University, "mankind is a product of his economic class as the Marxists teach; or a product of subconscious drives as the Freudians teach---how is he ever responsible for his actions?" Add into that mix Atheism and Moral Relativism and you've a society well on the road to disaster. 

       For all of their prating about Ecology, the people who believe in Speciesism are about as far removed from nature as possible. Our ancestors who lived closer to nature understood it a lot better. My grandmother used to tell about the most terrifying experience of her childhood was her family riding in a sleigh on the way to Church and getting chased by a wolfpack. Those wolves weren't chasing them for fun, either. The horse ran into a neighbor's barn; and after Great-Grandpa bolted the door, the wolves started hurling themselves against the windows to break in. And yet there are animal-rights activists who insist that wolves never attack human beings.

      The animal world is driven by a survival instinct and human moral concepts aren't a factor. I recall a few years ago, a TV ad (that was removed after complaints) showing a mother and her two kids driving along when they saw a sow-bear and her cubs. They got out of the car and were walking out towards the happy Bear Family sharing their experiences. Anyone who knows anything about the instinctual habits of bears knows that doing things like that in real life are shortcuts to an early grave. It's hard way to learn the superiority of reason to instinct; but it's surprising how many humans end up mauled, crippled, or dead every year because they think that wild animals' brains work like ours. 

       

      

REEFER MADNESS ON THE WEST COAST

     Today's announcement from the Trump Administration which rescinded the so-called 'Holder Memorandum' has caused near panic among West Coast Leftists. In 2013, former US Attorney-General Holder issued this dictum, which essentially ordered Federal authorities to refrain from taking legal action against marijuana use in states where it had been legalized. 

     Politicians like Washington Governor Jay Inslee---people to whom the pothead vote is important---went so far as to threaten Federal authorities with violence. "Any Federal Prosecutor who tries to enforce this won't be safe on the streets of Washington State." Inslee vowed. A sentiment not unlike his fellow-Democrat George Wallace once proposed about desegregation laws. Wallace had to be reminded, rather pointedly, that threatening federal officials is a serious offence; it wouldn't hurt Inslee to remember the same thing.

      But Leftist hysteria aside, today's decision was part of a comprehensive policy initiated a few months ago. Previous Administrations had fallen into the illegal practice of creating laws out of whole cloth simply by attaching them to Memorandums which were intended to be nothing more than policy guidelines. The Department of Justice under President Trump has stopped this practice and is in the process of repealing Memorandums which are contrary to law. 

      The 2013 Memorandum was one of these. The Federal Government still classifies marijuana as a controlled substance. Congress never passed any law repealing that classification. Holder had no authority to permit states to opt out of the law. Therefore, the Memorandum itself was illegal; and therefore states which have legalized marijuana have done so in violation of Federal Law. 

     That is the extent of the legal problem here. Either Congress or the Courts will have to intervene and either repeal the existing law or declare it unconstitutional if marijuana is to be made legal. Or conversely, uphold the existing law. But that's what should have been the first place, because it really boils down to legal conflicts. For example, marijuana producers in a legal state cannot comply with IRS guidelines because they are officially engaged in a criminal enterprise. Likewise, states are profiting off revenues withheld from other states. 

      The other legal issue is that a State cannot nullify a Federal Law. This was decided in 1832 when South Carolina refused to uphold the federal cotton tax. Holder really messed this up badly because he essentially granted states the authority to nullify laws---and selectively, at that. The states which legalized marijuana are in the position of enforcing an ex post facto law on the marijuana industry, which is also unconstitutional. The Obama Administration once again put everybody involved in a legal Catch-22. 

      The way to approach this is to sort it out through the courts and through legislation. Above all, heavy-handed measures like the anarchistic Inslee suggests should be avoided. From the Trump Administration's side, going back to Clinton-Era 'Drug War' tactics would also be counterproductive. What we need is a cohesive national policy. It's simply wrong that people in one part of the country can get stoned in Hookah Lounges while people in another part face mandatory minimum prison sentences for far less egregious actions. It can't be both ways. 

       Granted, it's not to tell hop-heads to be patient and think clearly. But clear heads and reason are what's needed here the most. 

CATHOLIC BISHOPS ADDRESS OPIOID EPIDEMIC

     While the US Corporate Media has been fanning anti-Russian fake-news, the US Conference of Catholic Bishops has moved to join President Trump's initiative in fighting the Opioid Epidemic. The Center for Disease Control announced recently that an average of 91 Americans die per day from Opioid overdoses. Overdoses are now the leading cause of death among Americans under 50.

       The Trump Administration has taken steps to increase support for First Responders and has made funds available for new rehabilitation centers. Additionally, they have loosened federal restrictions on involuntary commitment. Hundreds of federal bureaucrats and contractors have been jailed for selling government-provided drugs on the Black Market.

       Most of the Political Left is in denial that a problem even exists: in fact, Oregon has just voted to decriminalize Heroin. The fact that the epidemic exploded under the Obama Administration is worth noting.

        Bishop Edward Malesic of Pennsylvania, whose Diocese saw hundreds of overdose deaths, proposed an initiative which would mandate parish educational programs addressing the crisis. But more importantly, he endorsed a growing movement among parishes to build support-groups for families effected by the problem. "This is a plague that has come into the homes and families of every city, town, and even rural areas in the Diocese." he stated. "We must accompany them with a courageous faith."

        Bishop Christopher Coyne of Vermont has such a program already in place in Burlington. He testified before the Conference that his ministry also has taken the initiative to unite babies and children born to addicts to foster-families within the parish. Bishop Coyne noted that his support programs are designed also to help family members support a relative in recovery. 

        Similar programs have been established elsewhere. There actually though is nothing new about the approach; it is a restoration of the type of community activism and involvement that local churches engaged in until recent times. Over the last several decades, churches have ceded social welfare to state and federal agencies. The Denizens of the Deep State marginalized the church to the point that they had nearly become irrelevant. And indeed, without church participation in community affairs, religious institutions tend to lose much of their relevance. As St. James the Apostle bluntly wrote: what good does it do to tell the destitute to have faith if they see no good works supporting that faith?

        State welfare programs have their purpose, but the State is not an institution that, at least on a collective level, considers itself answerable to God for the stewardship of a community. State officials are answerable to their superiors, the governor, and the legislature. While the Church and family may have intimate knowledge of a particular person's situation, the State typically does not; and follows a universal policy that may or may not be in the best interests of the needy.

        "The closer you get to the Catholic Church, the closer you get to the Wounds of Christ," Bishop Burns said at a press conference after the initiative was endorsed, "And it is important for us to recognize that we accompany many people who are wounded. It is the very essence of the Church to reach out to those who are wounded."

       True words, and we might add here that it is rarely the case that the State reaches out to anyone in need. That's a main distinction between legal and religious duty.

         In closing, it should also be noted that this resurgent spirit of Christian community activism seems to parallel the advent of the Trump Administration. Both President Trump and Vice-President Pence have voiced support for greater religious participation in community affairs. The previous three Administrations positively discouraged it. The three previous to those attempted a sort of government-church partnership in community affairs which was very ineffective other than to politicize churches and create religiously-based political lobbies (although it should be stated that Presidents Carter, Reagan, and Bush Sr. were probably well-intentioned in pursuing these policies).

         The Trump-Pence approach is far more pragmatic. Their policy seems to be that if Churches can do a better or equal job to the government in solving local problems---then don't interfere. It's very possible that younger generations of church leaders are seizing the opportunity to practice a dynamic and proactive faith after 40 years of stagnation. In America, churches have historically been community leaders. Bringing that back to American culture could only help.

        

       

VICTIM CARDS AND ALIBI TOWELS

    As Texas Ranger Jonathan Corbett said in the Western film, The Big Gundown, "It's a bad day for outlaws." And this week, the Bad Guys have been having an especially tough time. Various unsavory characters have been appearing before the Corporate Media to bewail their respective fates.

     Arch-RINO Senator John McCain was in Australia speaking at Sydney University and complaining that the Trump Administration was making victims out of everybody.

                              

          McCain apologized to 'America's Allies' everywhere and urged them to stand in patience and solidarity with the Deep State, which is struggling too. "Our foreign friends typically identify America with the White House. But America is much bigger and better than that."

          President Trump's electoral opponent Hillary Clinton was also playing the victim at high decibels. Her alibi for losing the Election this month was that the DNC was run by incompetents. There's actually some truth to that, however, as we learned from Wiki Leaks, Hillary herself was directing the DNC's activities.

            Hillary also claimed to the victim of 'fake news' that raised questions about her health. Then she was seen out and about wearing sunglasses typically worn by epileptics and others prone to seizures.

           Speaking of the DNC, former party Chairwoman Debbie Wassermann Schultz deserves a dishonorable mention because she's presumably complaining right now about the unfairness of Fate and Life in general.

         Miss Debbie was caught yesterday using a voice-changer and a fake name when talking by phone to an attorney who's representing a group suing the DNC. However, she forgot to change the name on the Caller ID. If the denizens of the Deep State weren't legally untouchable, this would go into the 'Dumbest Crook' category.

         He may not have been the dumbest crook, but George Tschaggeny is among the lowest. One of several thousand street bums that terrorize the streets of Portland, Tschaggeny was apprehended in a bum jungle this morning.

       This sterling specimen of humanity actually robbed the corpse of Ricky Best, one of the heroes killed by another psychotic street bum who was terrorizing two women on the Portland PDX. Tschaggeny stole Best's wedding-ring and backpack as he lay in a pool of blood. Anyone who's familiar with the West Coast's homeless population, though, knows that they're automatically accorded victim-status no matter what they do.

        Another round of victim-card playing relating to the PDX murders came from Alt-Right Red Pill blogger, Andrew Anglin of The Daily Stormer. 

          After defending the PDX attacker and ridiculing the three heroes, Anglin threw a fit, blaming the Jew Media for reporting unfavorably what he actually said. Anglin claims that---even though he created all the controversy---that the Jews were picking on him for merely casting doubt on the official story.

           And yet another advocate of violent solutions to political problems, Hollywood denizen Kathy Griffin wailed too that she dindu nuffin'.

       Ms. Kathy posted an anti-Trump meme so offensive that even CNN and Senator Al Franken distanced themselves from it. She then played the victim card in spades, complaining that Trump and other 'white males' were imposing on her freedom of speech. Actually, it sounds like her and Anglin are a perfect match for each other.

         Last but not least, our former president Barack Obama put his considerable spin talents to work after President Trump exposed the scam he was running with the now-defunct Paris Climate Accord.

   
         Obama claimed that Trump is the one who's 'sabotaging the future' and 'destroying American jobs'. Of course, he's conveniently left out that these future jobs were reserved for his cronies; especially groups like the Clinton Foundation that manages projects in developing countries.

          All of these people have built their shady careers on victimhood, and we're beginning to see where it all actually leads. Empathy for victims is one thing; enabling fake-victims to get away with their dubious activities is another. Discernment is knowing the difference. But even better is to recognize and reward ability than listening to professional victims and their alibis.
